The following describes a management and control apparatus for engineering change processes according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of a management and control device for engineering change processes provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the management and control device is applied to a management and control node for managing and controlling engineering change processes in a bill of material BOM system. As shown in fig. 5, the management device 500 for engineering change process includes:
an obtaining module 501, configured to obtain a change scheme parameter, where the change scheme parameter includes a quantity parameter, where the quantity parameter is used to indicate the number of target processes, and the target processes are changed processes related to an engineering change scheme;
a determining module 502, configured to determine an execution condition of the target process when the BOM data change is completed; the BOM data is data which needs to be changed in an engineering change scheme;
a generating module 503, configured to generate a breakpoint management and control record table when the execution condition indicates that the number of the target processes that have been started to be executed reaches the number indicated by the number parameter; the breakpoint management and control record table comprises management and control information of the at least two target processes;
an updating module 504, configured to update the breakpoint management and control record table when the management and control information of the at least two target processes reaches an information updating condition.
Optionally, the generating module 503 includes:
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining a breakpoint management and control data model under the condition that the execution condition shows that the number of the target processes started to be executed reaches the number indicated by the number parameter;
the first generation unit is used for generating control information of at least two target processes based on the breakpoint control data model;
and the second generating unit is used for generating a breakpoint management and control record table based on the management and control information of the at least two target processes.
Optionally, the management and control information includes a breakpoint management and control type of the target flow, and the apparatus further includes:
the sending module is used for sending notification information to a processing node associated with the target process if the breakpoint management and control type is a first management and control type; the notification information is used for indicating the processing node to feed back information related to the engineering change progress corresponding to the target process;
the updating module is specifically configured to update the breakpoint management and control record table when receiving the feedback information sent by the processing node.
Optionally, the update module 504 includes:
the determining unit is used for determining an updating record based on the received feedback information under the condition that the feedback information sent by the processing node is received; the updating record is used for indicating the information content which needs to be updated in the management and control information in the breakpoint management and control record table;
and the updating unit is used for updating the management and control information in the breakpoint management and control record table based on the updating record.
Optionally, the determining unit is specifically configured to determine a first update record based on the received first feedback information; the first feedback information is feedback information sent by a first processing node, the first processing node comprises a purchasing node and a process node, the first updating record is used for indicating that the information content of which the control field is in a breakpoint control state is updated into a breakpoint waiting application, and the breakpoint waiting application is used for indicating that a BOM data effective notification is issued at the earliest time when the corresponding time in the first feedback information arrives; if the second feedback information is received, determining a second updating record; the second feedback information is feedback information sent by a second processing node, the second processing node includes a warehouse node or a manufacturing node, the second update record is used for indicating that the information content of the management and control field which is a breakpoint effective time field is updated to the time determined based on the second feedback information, and the time determined based on the second feedback information is used for indicating that a BOM data effective notification is issued at the corresponding time.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the electronic device is a management node in a bill of material BOM system for managing an engineering change process. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 includes: a processor 601, a memory 602, a user interface 603, and a bus interface 604.
The processor 601, which is used to read the program in the memory 602, executes the following processes:
acquiring change scheme parameters, wherein the change scheme parameters comprise quantity parameters, the quantity parameters are used for indicating the number of target processes, and the target processes are changed processes related to the engineering change scheme;
determining the execution condition of the target process under the condition that the BOM data is changed; the BOM data is data which needs to be changed in an engineering change scheme;
generating a breakpoint management and control record table under the condition that the execution condition indicates that the number of the target processes started to be executed reaches the number indicated by the number parameter; the breakpoint management and control record table comprises management and control information of the at least two target processes;
and updating the breakpoint control record table under the condition that the control information of the at least two target processes reaches the information updating condition.
The control device of the engineering change process of the embodiment of the invention can realize each process of the control method embodiment of the engineering change process, and can achieve the same technical effect, and the details are not repeated here to avoid repetition.
In fig. 6, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with one or more processors represented by processor 601 and various circuits of memory represented by memory 602 being linked together. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The bus interface 604 provides an interface. For different user devices, the user interface 603 may also be an interface capable of interfacing with a desired device externally, including but not limited to a keypad, display, speaker, microphone, joystick, etc.
The processor 601 is responsible for managing the bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 602 may store data used by the processor 601 in performing operations.
Optionally, the processor 601 is specifically configured to:
acquiring a breakpoint control data model under the condition that the execution condition indicates that the number of the target processes started to be executed reaches the number indicated by the number parameter;
generating control information of at least two target processes based on the breakpoint control data model;
and generating a breakpoint control record table based on the control information of the at least two target processes.
Optionally, the management and control information includes a breakpoint management and control type of the target flow, and the processor 601 is further configured to:
if the breakpoint management and control type is a first management and control type, sending notification information to a processing node associated with the target process; the notification information is used for indicating the processing node to feed back information related to the engineering change progress corresponding to the target process;
the processor 601 is specifically configured to:
and updating the breakpoint management and control record table under the condition of receiving the feedback information sent by the processing node.
Optionally, the processor 601 is specifically configured to:
under the condition of receiving feedback information sent by the processing node, determining an update record based on the received feedback information; the updating record is used for indicating the information content which needs to be updated in the management and control information in the breakpoint management and control record table;
and updating the management and control information in the breakpoint management and control record table based on the update record.
Optionally, the processor 601 is specifically configured to:
determining a first update record based on the received first feedback information; the first feedback information is feedback information sent by a first processing node, the first processing node comprises a purchasing node and a process node, the first updating record is used for indicating that the information content of which the control field is in a breakpoint control state is updated into a breakpoint waiting application, and the breakpoint waiting application is used for indicating that a BOM data effective notification is issued at the earliest time when the corresponding time in the first feedback information arrives;
if the second feedback information is received, determining a second updating record; the second feedback information is feedback information sent by a second processing node, the second processing node includes a warehouse node or a manufacturing node, the second update record is used for indicating that the information content of the management and control field which is a breakpoint effective time field is updated to the time determined based on the second feedback information, and the time determined based on the second feedback information is used for indicating that a BOM data effective notification is issued at the corresponding time.
Preferably, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, which includes a processor 601, a memory 602, and a computer program stored in the memory 602 and capable of running on the processor 601, where the computer program, when executed by the processor 601, implements each process of the above embodiment of the method for managing and controlling an engineering change flow, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of the above-mentioned embodiment of the method for managing and controlling an engineering change flow, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here. The computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.

Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a U disk, a removable hard disk, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (12)

1. A management and control method of an engineering change process is applied to a management and control node used for managing and controlling the engineering change process in a bill of materials (BOM) system, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring change scheme parameters, wherein the change scheme parameters comprise quantity parameters, the quantity parameters are used for indicating the number of target processes, and the target processes are changed processes related to the engineering change scheme;
determining the execution condition of the target process under the condition that the BOM data is changed; the BOM data is data which needs to be changed in an engineering change scheme;
generating a breakpoint management and control record table under the condition that the execution condition indicates that the number of the target processes started to be executed reaches the number indicated by the number parameter; the breakpoint management and control record table comprises management and control information of at least two target processes;
and updating the breakpoint control record table under the condition that the control information of the at least two target processes reaches the information updating condition.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein in a case that the execution condition indicates that the number of target processes that have started to be executed reaches the number indicated by the number parameter, generating a breakpoint management record table includes:
acquiring a breakpoint control data model under the condition that the execution condition indicates that the number of the target processes started to be executed reaches the number indicated by the number parameter;
generating control information of at least two target processes based on the breakpoint control data model;
and generating a breakpoint control record table based on the control information of the at least two target processes.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the management and control information includes a breakpoint management and control type of the target flow, and before updating the breakpoint management and control record table when the management and control information of the at least two target flows reaches an information update condition, the method further includes:
if the breakpoint management and control type is a first management and control type, sending notification information to a processing node associated with the target process; the notification information is used for indicating the processing node to feed back information related to the engineering change progress corresponding to the target process;
the updating the breakpoint management and control record table when the management and control information of the at least two target processes reaches the information updating condition includes:
and updating the breakpoint management and control record table under the condition of receiving the feedback information sent by the processing node.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the updating the breakpoint management record table in the case of receiving the feedback information sent by the processing node includes:
under the condition of receiving feedback information sent by the processing node, determining an update record based on the received feedback information; the updating record is used for indicating the information content which needs to be updated in the management and control information in the breakpoint management and control record table;
and updating the management and control information in the breakpoint management and control record table based on the update record.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining an update record based on the received feedback information comprises:
determining a first update record based on the received first feedback information; the first feedback information is feedback information sent by a first processing node, the first processing node comprises a purchasing node and a process node, the first updating record is used for indicating that the information content of which the control field is in a breakpoint control state is updated into a breakpoint waiting application, and the breakpoint waiting application is used for indicating that a BOM data effective notification is issued at the earliest time when the corresponding time in the first feedback information arrives;
if the second feedback information is received, determining a second updating record; the second feedback information is feedback information sent by a second processing node, the second processing node includes a warehouse node or a manufacturing node, the second update record is used for indicating that the information content of the management and control field which is a breakpoint effective time field is updated to the time determined based on the second feedback information, and the time determined based on the second feedback information is used for indicating that a BOM data effective notification is issued at the corresponding time.
6. A management and control device for engineering change processes is applied to a management and control node for managing and controlling the engineering change processes in a bill of materials (BOM) system, and is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring parameters of a change scheme, the parameters of the change scheme comprise quantity parameters, the quantity parameters are used for indicating the number of target processes, and the target processes are changed processes related to the engineering change scheme;
the determining module is used for determining the execution condition of the target process under the condition that the BOM data is changed; the BOM data is data which needs to be changed in an engineering change scheme;
the generating module is used for generating a breakpoint management and control record table under the condition that the execution condition indicates that the number of the target processes started to be executed reaches the number indicated by the number parameter; the breakpoint management and control record table comprises management and control information of at least two target processes;
and the updating module is used for updating the breakpoint management and control record table under the condition that the management and control information of the at least two target processes reaches the information updating condition.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the generating module comprises:
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining a breakpoint management and control data model under the condition that the execution condition shows that the number of the target processes started to be executed reaches the number indicated by the number parameter;
the first generation unit is used for generating control information of at least two target processes based on the breakpoint control data model;
and the second generating unit is used for generating a breakpoint management and control record table based on the management and control information of the at least two target processes.
8. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the management information includes a breakpoint management type of the target flow, and the apparatus further includes:
the sending module is used for sending notification information to a processing node associated with the target process if the breakpoint management and control type is a first management and control type; the notification information is used for indicating the processing node to feed back information related to the engineering change progress corresponding to the target process;
the updating module is specifically configured to update the breakpoint management and control record table when receiving the feedback information sent by the processing node.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the update module comprises:
the determining unit is used for determining an updating record based on the received feedback information under the condition that the feedback information sent by the processing node is received; the updating record is used for indicating the information content which needs to be updated in the management and control information in the breakpoint management and control record table;
and the updating unit is used for updating the management and control information in the breakpoint management and control record table based on the updating record.

The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the determining unit is specifically configured to determine the first update record based on the received first feedback information; the first feedback information is feedback information sent by a first processing node, the first processing node comprises a purchasing node and a process node, the first updating record is used for indicating that the information content of which the control field is in a breakpoint control state is updated into a breakpoint waiting application, and the breakpoint waiting application is used for indicating that a BOM data effective notification is issued at the earliest time when the corresponding time in the first feedback information arrives; if the second feedback information is received, determining a second updating record; the second feedback information is feedback information sent by a second processing node, the second processing node includes a warehouse node or a manufacturing node, the second update record is used for indicating that the information content of the management and control field which is a breakpoint effective time field is updated to the time determined based on the second feedback information, and the time determined based on the second feedback information is used for indicating that a BOM data effective notification is issued at the corresponding time.

An electronic device, which is a management and control node in a bill of materials BOM system for managing an engineering change process, comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the method for managing an engineering change process according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored thereon, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of managing engineering change flows of any one of claims 1 to 5.
