Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, it is necessary to provide a monitoring system, a monitoring method, a monitoring device, an intelligent gateway and a storage medium based on an intelligent gateway.
A monitoring system based on an intelligent gateway, the system comprising: the system comprises a monitoring system, a control system and an intelligent gateway; the monitoring system and the control system are arranged in a machine room; the monitoring system and the control system are in communication connection with the intelligent gateway;
the monitoring system is used for controlling the monitoring equipment to monitor the environmental parameters of the production environment in the machine room to obtain environmental parameter information;
the intelligent gateway is used for acquiring the environmental parameter information acquired by the monitoring equipment; when at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information is monitored not to meet a preset environmental condition, the environmental parameter is confirmed to be in an abnormal state, and an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter is output;
the control system is used for generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to corresponding environment adjusting equipment.
In one embodiment, the monitoring device further comprises a video sensor;
the intelligent gateway is further used for acquiring video stream data of a target area acquired by the video sensor, wherein the video stream data comprises a plurality of frames of images; acquiring the average brightness of the current frame of the image, judging whether the average brightness is greater than a brightness threshold value, and if the average brightness is greater than the brightness threshold value, determining that the target area is in an abnormal state.
In one embodiment, the monitoring device further comprises an infrared sensor; the infrared sensor is arranged in a preset area in the machine room and used for judging whether an object enters the preset area or not;
the intelligent gateway is also used for outputting an alarm signal representing that an object enters the preset area to the control system under the trigger of the infrared sensor; and the control system controls the video sensor to collect the video stream data of the preset area and send the video stream data to a preset terminal according to the alarm signal.
In one embodiment, the monitoring device further comprises a temperature sensor, wherein the temperature sensor is used for acquiring the current temperature in the machine room; the environment conditioning device comprises an air conditioner;
the intelligent gateway is also used for outputting an alarm signal of abnormal temperature when the current temperature in the machine room is monitored to exceed a preset temperature threshold; the alarm signal of the temperature abnormity is used for triggering the control system to control the air conditioner to reduce the current temperature in the machine room through the environment adjusting instruction.
In one embodiment, the monitoring device further comprises a humidity sensor, and the humidity sensor is used for acquiring the current humidity in the machine room; the environment conditioning equipment comprises air supply equipment;
the intelligent gateway is also used for outputting an alarm signal of humidity abnormity when the current humidity in the machine room is monitored to exceed a preset humidity threshold value; and the alarm signal of the abnormal humidity is used for triggering the control system to control the air supply equipment to supply air into the machine room through the environment adjusting instruction until the current humidity in the machine room is less than or equal to the preset humidity threshold value.
In one embodiment, the monitoring device further comprises an electric field strength sensor; the electric field intensity sensor is used for sensing the surrounding electric field intensity.
A monitoring method based on an intelligent gateway, the method further comprises:
controlling monitoring equipment to monitor environmental parameters of a production environment in a machine room to obtain environmental parameter information;
when at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information is monitored not to meet a preset environmental condition, the environmental parameter is confirmed to be in an abnormal state, and an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter is output;
generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to corresponding environment adjusting equipment.
A monitoring device based on an intelligent gateway, the device comprising:
the environmental parameter monitoring module is used for controlling the monitoring equipment to monitor the environmental parameters of the production environment in the machine room to obtain environmental parameter information;
the alarm signal output module is used for confirming that the environmental parameters are in an abnormal state and outputting an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameters when at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information is monitored not to meet a preset environmental condition;
the adjusting equipment control module is used for generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to corresponding environment adjusting equipment.
An intelligent gateway comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
controlling monitoring equipment to monitor environmental parameters of a production environment in a machine room to obtain environmental parameter information;
when at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information is monitored not to meet a preset environmental condition, the environmental parameter is confirmed to be in an abnormal state, and an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter is output;
generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to corresponding environment adjusting equipment.
A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of:
controlling monitoring equipment to monitor environmental parameters of a production environment in a machine room to obtain environmental parameter information;
when at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information is monitored not to meet a preset environmental condition, the environmental parameter is confirmed to be in an abnormal state, and an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter is output;
generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to corresponding environment adjusting equipment.
The monitoring system, the monitoring method, the monitoring device, the intelligent gateway and the storage medium based on the intelligent gateway comprise: the system comprises a monitoring system, a control system and an intelligent gateway; the monitoring system and the control system are arranged in the machine room; the monitoring system and the control system are in communication connection with the intelligent gateway; the monitoring system is used for controlling the monitoring equipment to monitor the environmental parameters of the production environment in the machine room to obtain environmental parameter information; the intelligent gateway is used for acquiring environmental parameter information acquired by the monitoring equipment; when at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information is monitored not to meet the preset environmental condition, the environmental parameter is confirmed to be in an abnormal state, and an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter is output; the control system is used for generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to the corresponding environment adjusting equipment. The intelligent gateway is connected with the monitoring system and the control system, and can directly judge whether the environment parameters collected by the monitoring system are abnormal or not according to the environment parameters collected by the monitoring system and output an alarm signal to the control system for regulation; the control system can also adjust the environment according to the alarm signal; the intelligent gateway is directly communicated with the monitoring system and makes abnormal judgment, so that the generation efficiency of the monitoring result is greatly improved.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a monitoring system based on an intelligent gateway, and each component of the system is described in detail below.
The structure of the monitoring system based on the intelligent gateway provided by the application is shown in fig. 1, and the system comprises a monitoring system 11, a control system 12 and an intelligent gateway 13; the monitoring system 11 and the control system 12 are arranged in the machine room; the monitoring system 11 and the control system 13 are in communication connection with the intelligent gateway;
the monitoring system 11 is used for controlling the monitoring equipment to monitor the environmental parameters of the production environment in the machine room to obtain environmental parameter information;
the intelligent gateway 13 is used for acquiring environmental parameter information acquired by monitoring equipment; when at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information is monitored not to meet the preset environmental condition, the environmental parameter is confirmed to be in an abnormal state, and an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter is output;
the control system 12 is used for generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to the corresponding environment adjusting equipment.
Wherein the monitoring system 11 may be implemented by a plurality of monitoring devices; the monitoring device can be but is not limited to an image acquisition device, a sound acquisition device, various sensors and the like; different monitoring functions can be realized to the monitoring facilities of different grade type, for example image acquisition equipment can gather the picture of monitored region, and sound acquisition equipment can gather the sound etc. of monitored environment.
Control system 12 may be implemented by a number of devices capable of adjusting environmental parameters; for example, an air conditioner can adjust the temperature in the environment, an air supply device can adjust the humidity in the environment, and a lighting device can adjust the brightness in the environment; the control system is connected with the equipment and can play a role in adjusting the environmental parameters by controlling each equipment.
The intelligent gateway 13 is a core module generally implemented by an industrial personal computer (industrial personal computer) or an embedded processor, and the gateways have access capability of a part of hardware interfaces and conversion capability of a part of hardware interface protocols, can be connected with a plurality of types of devices at the same time, can implement conversion of the interface protocols, and improve the convenience of mutual compatibility and mutual communication between the devices. The intelligent gateway is a novel gateway component which can realize functions of data processing, equipment control and the like to a certain degree on the basis of a conventional gateway; in the disclosure, the intelligent gateway can realize functions of acquiring, processing, analyzing and the like of monitoring equipment data, and can output an alarm signal and the like according to a data processing result; the intelligent gateway reduces the data processing pressure of the back-end equipment and improves the data processing efficiency.
The machine room in the disclosure is a space containing a set of perfect power equipment; the machine room is usually arranged in a concealed area, so that the maintenance is inconvenient; therefore, the monitoring system arranged in the machine room can replace manual work, so that the operation conditions of each power device in the machine room and the environmental parameters in the machine room can be determined remotely by manual work.
The environmental parameters are parameters of the production environment in the machine room, and parameters which can affect the operation of the power equipment, such as temperature, humidity, brightness and the like, can be environmental parameters.
The preset environmental conditions are the environmental conditions required by normal and efficient operation of each power device in the machine room; for example, the device a needs to operate most efficiently in an environment with temperature a and humidity b, and the temperature a and the humidity b are set as preset environmental conditions of the device a.
The abnormal state is a corresponding condition when the environmental parameters do not meet the environmental conditions required by the efficient and stable operation of the power equipment, and the monitoring system needs to identify the first moment when the abnormal state occurs as soon as possible so as to adjust the production environment in the machine room as soon as possible.
The alarm signal is information which is sent by the intelligent gateway and used for prompting the control system to adjust the environmental parameters of the production environment when the intelligent gateway identifies that the environmental parameters do not meet the preset environmental conditions.
Specifically, the monitoring system acquires the production environment in the machine room and the running conditions of each power device in real time or periodically through monitoring equipment to obtain environmental parameter information; the intelligent gateway acquires environmental parameter information from a monitoring system in real time or periodically, compares the environmental parameters in the environmental parameter information with corresponding preset environmental conditions, and judges the states of all the environmental parameters; when a certain environmental parameter is distinguished to exceed a preset environmental condition or not meet the preset environmental condition, determining that the environmental parameter is in an abnormal state; generating an alarm signal according to the environment parameter identified as the abnormal state, and outputting the alarm signal to a control system; the control system determines environment adjusting equipment capable of responding to the alarm signal according to the alarm signal output by the intelligent gateway, generates a corresponding environment adjusting instruction and sends the corresponding environment adjusting instruction to the environment adjusting equipment; the environment adjusting equipment executes corresponding environment adjusting operation after receiving the environment adjusting instruction, and adjusts the environment parameters of the production environment in the machine room until the environment parameters reach preset conditions.
The above-mentioned monitored control system based on intelligent gateway includes: the system comprises a monitoring system, a control system and an intelligent gateway; the monitoring system and the control system are arranged in the machine room; the monitoring system and the control system are in communication connection with the intelligent gateway; the monitoring system is used for controlling the monitoring equipment to monitor the environmental parameters of the production environment in the machine room to obtain environmental parameter information; the intelligent gateway is used for acquiring environmental parameter information acquired by the monitoring equipment; when at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information is monitored not to meet the preset environmental condition, the environmental parameter is confirmed to be in an abnormal state, and an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter is output; the control system is used for generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to the corresponding environment adjusting equipment. The intelligent gateway is connected with the monitoring system and the control system, and can directly judge whether the environment parameters collected by the monitoring system are abnormal or not according to the environment parameters collected by the monitoring system and output an alarm signal to the control system for regulation; the control system can also adjust the environment according to the alarm signal; the intelligent gateway is directly communicated with the monitoring system and makes abnormal judgment, so that the generation efficiency of the monitoring result is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, the monitoring device further comprises a video sensor; the intelligent gateway is also used for acquiring video stream data of a target area, which is acquired by the video sensor, wherein the video stream data comprises a plurality of frames of images; and acquiring the average brightness of the current frame of the image, judging whether the average brightness is greater than a brightness threshold value, and if the average brightness is greater than the brightness threshold value, determining that the target area is in an abnormal state.
The video sensor can be realized by camera equipment; the target area refers to an area which can be covered by the video sensor; the video stream data refers to a video file consisting of a plurality of frames of continuous images, and is acquired by a video sensor. The video sensor usually monitors a stable production scene, so that the average brightness of the monitored graph of each frame is basically kept within a range under normal conditions and cannot be increased suddenly; if the change is abrupt, the abnormity can happen, such as accidents of fire, power failure and the like; therefore, the brightness under normal conditions can be set as the brightness, and whether the monitored production environment is abnormal or not can be identified by identifying the relation between the average brightness of the current frame of the image and the brightness threshold value.
The intelligent gateway judges whether the target area is in an abnormal state or not by comparing the average brightness of the current frame of the image with the brightness threshold, the average brightness is convenient to calculate, the data volume is small, the intelligent gateway is suitable for being rapidly processed to obtain an analysis result, and the monitoring efficiency of the intelligent gateway is improved.
In one embodiment, the monitoring device further comprises an infrared sensor; the infrared sensor is arranged in a preset area in the machine room and used for judging whether an object enters the preset area or not;
the intelligent gateway is also used for outputting an alarm signal indicating that an object enters a preset area to the control system under the trigger of the infrared sensor; and the control system controls the video sensor to collect video stream data in a preset area and send the video stream data to the preset terminal according to the alarm signal.
Wherein, infrared sensor can sense the people and the thing that get into preset area, can ensure the property safety in the computer lab through infrared sensor. The preset terminal can be a mobile phone, a computer and a portable device of the alarm receiving personnel, and the alarm receiving personnel can quickly know the field situation through videos, pictures and the like by sending the video stream data to the preset terminal.
The intelligent gateway judges whether an object enters a preset area or not through the infrared sensor, and the safety of power equipment in a machine room is improved.
In one embodiment, the monitoring device further comprises a temperature sensor, wherein the temperature sensor is used for acquiring the current temperature in the machine room; the environment conditioning equipment comprises an air conditioner;
the intelligent gateway is also used for outputting an alarm signal of abnormal temperature when the current temperature in the machine room is monitored to exceed a preset temperature threshold; the alarm signal of the abnormal temperature is used for triggering the control system to control the air conditioner to reduce the current temperature in the machine room through the environment adjusting instruction.
Specifically, when the intelligent gateway monitors that the current temperature in the machine room exceeds a preset temperature threshold value through a temperature sensor, an alarm signal of abnormal temperature can be output to the control system; the control system can control the air conditioner to start or adjust the output air volume or temperature according to the alarm signal of the abnormal temperature, so that the temperature in the machine room is reduced, and the normal operation of each power device in the machine room is guaranteed.
The temperature in the computer lab is monitored through intelligent gateway to this embodiment to trigger control system control air conditioner and cool down in the computer lab when the temperature exceedes temperature threshold value, make each power equipment's in the computer lab normal operating.
In one embodiment, the monitoring device further comprises a humidity sensor, wherein the humidity sensor is used for acquiring the current humidity in the machine room; the environment conditioning equipment comprises air supply equipment;
the intelligent gateway is also used for outputting an alarm signal of humidity abnormity when the current humidity in the machine room is monitored to exceed a preset humidity threshold value; the alarm signal of the humidity abnormity is used for triggering the control system to control the air supply equipment to supply air into the machine room through the environment adjusting instruction until the current humidity in the machine room is less than or equal to a preset humidity threshold value.
Specifically, when the intelligent gateway monitors that the current humidity in the machine room exceeds a preset humidity threshold value through a humidity sensor, an alarm signal of humidity abnormity can be output to a control system; the control system can control the air supply equipment to output air quantity into the machine room according to the alarm signal of humidity abnormity, so that the humidity in the machine room is reduced, and the normal operation of each power equipment in the machine room is guaranteed.
Humidity in the intelligent gateway monitoring computer lab is passed through to this embodiment to trigger air supply equipment and carry out defeated wind in the computer lab when humidity exceedes humidity threshold value, make each power equipment normal operating under suitable humidity in the computer lab.
In one embodiment, the monitoring device further comprises an electric field strength sensor; the electric field intensity sensor is used for sensing the surrounding electric field intensity.
Specifically, the electric field intensity sensor can be attached to the surface of the power equipment, and the electric field intensity of the power equipment can be monitored in real time or periodically to determine whether the electric field intensity is normal.
The monitoring system based on the intelligent gateway can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 2. Wherein, the monitoring device 21 communicates with the intelligent gateway 22 through the network, and the environment adjusting device 23 communicates with the intelligent gateway 22 through the network. The intelligent gateway 22 controls the monitoring equipment 21 to monitor the environmental parameters of the production environment in the machine room to obtain environmental parameter information; when the intelligent gateway 22 monitors that at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information does not meet the preset environmental condition, the environmental parameter is determined to be in an abnormal state, and an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter is output; the intelligent gateway 22 generates an environment adjustment instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; the intelligent gateway 22 transmits the environment adjustment instruction to the corresponding environment adjustment device 23.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a monitoring method based on an intelligent gateway is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the intelligent gateway 22 in fig. 2, and includes the following steps:
and step 31, controlling the monitoring equipment to monitor the environmental parameters of the production environment in the machine room to obtain environmental parameter information.
And step 32, when it is monitored that at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information does not meet the preset environmental condition, determining that the environmental parameter is in an abnormal state, and outputting an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter.
Step 33, generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to the corresponding environment adjusting equipment.
In the monitoring method based on the intelligent gateway, the monitoring equipment is controlled to monitor the environmental parameters of the production environment in the machine room to obtain the environmental parameter information; when at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information is monitored not to meet the preset environmental condition, the environmental parameter is confirmed to be in an abnormal state, and an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter is output; generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to the corresponding environment adjusting equipment. The intelligent gateway is connected with the monitoring system and the control system, and can directly judge whether the environment parameters collected by the monitoring system are abnormal or not according to the environment parameters collected by the monitoring system and output an alarm signal to the control system for regulation; the control system can also adjust the environment according to the alarm signal; the intelligent gateway is directly communicated with the monitoring system and makes abnormal judgment, so that the generation efficiency of the monitoring result is greatly improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 3 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a monitoring apparatus based on an intelligent gateway, including: environmental parameter monitoring module 41, alarm signal output module 42 and adjusting equipment control module 43, wherein:
the environmental parameter monitoring module 41 is used for an environmental parameter monitoring module and is used for controlling monitoring equipment to monitor environmental parameters of the production environment in the machine room to obtain environmental parameter information;
the alarm signal output module 42 is configured to, when it is monitored that at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information does not meet a preset environmental condition, confirm that the environmental parameter is in an abnormal state, and output an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter;
a regulating device control module 43 for generating an environmental regulation instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to the corresponding environment adjusting equipment.
For specific limitations of the monitoring apparatus based on the intelligent gateway, reference may be made to the above limitations of the monitoring method based on the intelligent gateway, and details are not repeated here. The modules in the monitoring device based on the intelligent gateway can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the intelligent gateway, and can also be stored in a memory in the intelligent gateway in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute the corresponding operations of the modules.
In one embodiment, an intelligent gateway is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure diagram of the intelligent gateway may be as shown in fig. 5. The intelligent gateway comprises a processor, a memory and a network interface which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the intelligent gateway is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the intelligent gateway comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the intelligent gateway is used for storing monitoring data based on the intelligent gateway. The network interface of the intelligent gateway is used for connecting and communicating with an external terminal through a network. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an intelligent gateway based monitoring method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is a block diagram of only a portion of the architecture associated with the subject application, and does not constitute a limitation on the intelligent gateway to which the subject application applies, and that a particular intelligent gateway may include more or fewer components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, an intelligent gateway is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
controlling monitoring equipment to monitor environmental parameters of a production environment in a machine room to obtain environmental parameter information;
when at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information is monitored not to meet the preset environmental condition, the environmental parameter is confirmed to be in an abnormal state, and an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter is output;
generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to the corresponding environment adjusting equipment.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
controlling monitoring equipment to monitor environmental parameters of a production environment in a machine room to obtain environmental parameter information;
when at least one environmental parameter in the environmental parameter information is monitored not to meet the preset environmental condition, the environmental parameter is confirmed to be in an abnormal state, and an alarm signal corresponding to the environmental parameter is output;
generating an environment adjusting instruction corresponding to the alarm signal; and sending the environment adjusting instruction to the corresponding environment adjusting equipment.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application.
