本发明涉及防爆灯技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种多功能防爆灯。
背景技术
防爆灯是指用于可燃性气体和粉尘存在的危险场所,能防止灯内部可能产生的电弧、火花和高温引燃周围环境里的可燃性气体和粉尘,从而达到防爆要求的灯具。也称作防爆灯具、防爆照明灯。不同的可燃性气体混合物环境对防爆灯的防爆等级和防爆形式有不同的要求。
现有的防爆灯由于是密封的,会导致防爆灯散热效果不是很好,长时间使用,使得防爆灯内的热量集聚,导致防爆灯的安全性降低;且现有的防爆灯使用不方便只能固定在墙体上,拆卸不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能防爆灯,散热效果好且拆卸方便、使用范围广。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种多功能防爆灯,包括灯壳,所述灯壳上设有灯盖,所述灯盖上设有透光膜,所述灯壳内设有灯板,所述灯板前设有灯罩,所述灯板后设有电源盒,所述电源盒与所述灯板之间设有密封圈,所述灯壳内后端设有透气口,所述透气口两侧设有冷液腔,所述透气口上设有若干横板,所述横板上均设有电机,所述灯壳下端设有散热装置,所述散热装置由出风通道、扇叶、转轴和端块组成,所述转轴一端穿过所述横板与所述电机连接,所述转轴另一端设有扇叶,所述转轴端口通过端块固定,所述出风通道呈倾斜状与所述灯壳之间夹角度数为40°到45°,所述灯壳后端面设有若干透气孔,所述灯壳外后端面设有固定装置。

本发明的工作原理:当需要安装防爆灯时,只需将定位块14通过螺栓固定在墙面上,再通过卡扣块13与多形槽141的扣合,使得防爆灯安装在墙面上,可分别通过打开灯按钮5或者是风扇按钮9来控制防爆灯或者散热装置的开关,当打开散热装置时,电源盒8内电源产生的热量使得气体发热,电机12带动转轴15转动,使得扇叶152旋转,两边的冷液腔10内装有冷却液,使气体降温,通过扇叶152旋转进入出风通道6,使得电源达到散热的效果,当人站在防爆灯前还能感受到凉风;当需要手拿防爆灯进入另外的工作区域时,只需将卡扣块13移出多形槽141,即可变成手提灯,使用方便,无需重新拆卸安装。

1.一种多功能防爆灯,包括灯壳(1),其特征在于,所述灯壳(1)上设有灯盖(2),所述灯盖(2)上设有透光膜(201),所述灯壳(1)内设有灯板(4),所述灯板(4)前设有灯罩(7),所述灯板(4)后设有电源盒(8),所述电源盒(8)与所述灯板(4)之间设有密封圈(801),所述灯壳(1)内后端设有透气口(103),所述透气口(103)两侧设有冷液腔(10),所述透气口(103)上设有若干横板(11),所述横板(11)上均设有电机(12),所述灯壳(1)下端设有散热装置,所述散热装置由出风通道(6)、扇叶(152)、转轴(15)和端块(151)组成,所述转轴(15)一端穿过所述横板(11)与所述电机(12)连接,所述转轴(15)另一端设有所述扇叶(152),所述转轴(15)端口通过所述端块(151)固定,所述出风通道(6)呈倾斜状与所述灯壳(1)之间夹角度数为40°到45°,所述灯壳(1)后端面设有若干透气孔(102),所述灯壳(1)外后端面设有固定装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能防爆灯,其特征在于,所述灯壳(1)外一侧设有风扇按钮(9),所述风扇按钮(9)控制所述电机(12)开关,所述灯壳(1)另一侧设有灯按钮(5),所述灯按钮(5)与所述电源盒(8)电连接控制所述灯板(4)开关。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能防爆灯,其特征在于,所述灯壳(1)两侧设有内螺纹槽(101),所述灯壳(1)上设有手提架(3),所述手提架(3)两端均设有螺纹扣(301),所述螺纹扣(301)与所述内螺纹槽(101)相匹配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能防爆灯,其特征在于,所述固定装置由卡扣块(13)和定位块(14)组成,所述定位块(14)上设有多形槽(141),所述多形槽(141)与所述卡扣块(13)相匹配。
