本发明涉及控制阀技术领域,具体为一种单向背压阀结构,其结构简单紧凑,使用成本低,其包括两端开口的壳体,壳体一端开口为进口、另一端开口为出口,壳体内安装有活动的阀芯,阀芯包括阀杆和安装于阀杆一端的顶尖块,壳体的开口处安装有固定座,固定座包括一体成型的上座体和下座体,上座体上开设有连通进口的第一通孔,第一通孔朝向阀芯的一端的形状与顶尖块外形对应一致,下座体上开设有一圈第二通孔,第一通孔与第二通孔之间通过贯穿下座体的顶尖块的移动实现连通和阻断,壳体的出口处固定有阀杆安装座,阀杆安装座上开设有与壳体的出口连通的第三通孔,阀杆穿过阀杆安装座,顶尖块与阀杆安装座之间设置有弹簧。

技术领域
本发明涉及控制阀技术领域,具体为一种单向背压阀结构。
背景技术
背压阀可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动,当压力超过阀芯开闭的力时,阀芯被顶开,让气体或者液体流过,阀芯的导向和开合力是其中重要的部分,为了保证背压阀的正常使用,一般会设置比较复杂的导向和复位机构,导致整体背压阀结构复杂,使用成本高。
发明内容
为了解决现有背压阀结构复杂,使用成本高的问题,本发明提供了一种单向背压阀,其结构简单紧凑,使用成本低。
其技术方案是这样的:一种单向背压阀结构,其包括两端开口的壳体,所述壳体一端开口为进口、另一端开口为出口,所述壳体内安装有活动的阀芯,其特征在于,所述阀芯包括阀杆和安装于所述阀杆一端的顶尖块,所述壳体的开口处安装有固定座,所述固定座包括一体成型的上座体和下座体,所述上座体上开设有连通所述进口的第一通孔,所述第一通孔朝向所述阀芯的一端的形状与所述顶尖块外形对应一致,所述下座体上开设有一圈第二通孔,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔之间通过贯穿所述下座体的所述顶尖块的移动实现连通和阻断,所述壳体的出口处固定有阀杆安装座,所述阀杆安装座上开设有与所述壳体的出口连通的第三通孔,所述阀杆穿过所述阀杆安装座,所述顶尖块与所述阀杆安装座之间设置有弹簧。
其进一步特征在于,所述固定座一端抵住所述壳体内壁、另一端通过卡簧卡住固定;
阀杆安装座上安装有轴套,所述阀杆为不等径杆,所述阀杆的小径段插装于所述轴套,所述阀杆的大径段连接所述顶尖块。
采用本发明后,顶尖块通过弹簧的弹力抵住第一通孔实现阀的关闭,当顶尖块端面受到的压力大于弹簧的弹力时,顶尖块被顶开使得壳体的进口与出口之间连通,实现阀的开启,导向和复位为一体结构,结构简单紧凑,使用成本低。

具体实施方式
见图1所示,一种单向背压阀结构,其包括两端开口的壳体1,壳体1一端开口为进口2、另一端开口为出口3,壳体1内安装有活动的阀芯,阀芯包括阀杆4和安装于阀杆4一端的顶尖块5,壳体1的开口处安装有固定座,固定座包括一体成型的上座体6和下座体7,通过贴住壳体1内壁的中间环连接成一体,上座体6上开设有连通进口2的第一通孔8,第一通孔8朝向阀芯的一端的形状与顶尖块5外形对应一致,下座体7上开设有一圈第二通孔9,第一通孔8与第二通孔9之间通过贯穿下座体7的顶尖块5的移动实现连通和阻断,壳体1的出口处固定有阀杆安装座10,阀杆安装座10上开设有与壳体1的出口连通的第三通孔11,阀杆4穿过阀杆安装座10,顶尖块5与阀杆安装座10之间设置有弹簧14。具体的,阀杆安装座10上安装有轴套12,阀杆4为不等径杆,阀杆4的小径段插装于轴套12,阀杆4的大径段连接顶尖块5。
固定座一端抵住壳体1内壁、另一端通过卡簧13卡住固定。
工作原理如下所述:初始状态,顶尖块5在弹簧14的弹力作用下抵住第一通孔8,实现封闭,此时阀处于关闭状态;当气体或者液体从壳体1的进口2流入,顶尖块5的端面压力大于弹簧14的弹力时,顶尖块5被顶开,气体或液体顺着顶尖块5与第一通孔8内壁的间隙进入,经过第二通孔9、壳体1内部、第三通孔11后从壳体1的出口3出去,实现阀的导通,当压力小于弹簧14的弹力时,顶尖块5被弹簧顶着复位。

1.一种单向背压阀结构,其包括两端开口的壳体,所述壳体一端开口为进口、另一端开口为出口,所述壳体内安装有活动的阀芯,其特征在于,所述阀芯包括阀杆和安装于所述阀杆一端的顶尖块,所述壳体的开口处安装有固定座,所述固定座包括一体成型的上座体和下座体,所述上座体上开设有连通所述进口的第一通孔,所述第一通孔朝向所述阀芯的一端的形状与所述顶尖块外形对应一致,所述下座体上开设有一圈第二通孔,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔之间通过贯穿所述下座体的所述顶尖块的移动实现连通和阻断,所述壳体的出口处固定有阀杆安装座,所述阀杆安装座上开设有与所述壳体的出口连通的第三通孔,所述阀杆穿过所述阀杆安装座,所述顶尖块与所述阀杆安装座之间设置有弹簧;所述固定座一端抵住所述壳体内壁、另一端通过卡簧卡住固定;阀杆安装座上安装有轴套,所述阀杆为不等径杆,所述阀杆的小径段插装于所述轴套,所述阀杆的大径段连接所述顶尖块。
