The contact between the pair of stoppers 142 and the inclined section 1213 may be an inclined surface, which facilitates the pair of stoppers 142 to push the inclined section 1213.
In a possible embodiment, the driving assembly 14 further includes a fixing block 144, a pair of stoppers 142 are connected to the lower end of the movable handle 141 through the fixing block 144, the pair of stoppers 142 are respectively connected to both ends of the fixing block 144, and the movable handle 141 is connected to the upper end of the fixing block 144.
In one possible embodiment, the lower ends of first and second clamping members 121 and 122 each have a finger 1214 that extends into pressure retention chamber 23. In a possible embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 6, the housing 11 includes a vertical frame 111 and a cover plate 113, the rear side of the vertical frame 111 has a rear cover plate 1113, the cover plate 113 covers the front side of the vertical frame 111, the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 are relatively pivoted on the rear cover plate 1113, and the connecting member 123 is fixed on the rear cover plate 1113. First clamping member 121 may be pivotally connected to rear cover plate 1113 via pin 126, second clamping member 122 may be pivotally connected to rear cover plate 1113 via pin 126, and first clamping member 121 and second clamping member 122 may move relatively.
In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 9, the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 may be rod-shaped, such as a round rod-shaped or a square rod-shaped. The first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 each include an inclined section 1213, a first section 1211 and a second section 1212 connected in sequence, wherein a pin shaft hole 1215 is formed at a connection position of the first section 1211 and the second section 1212, the pin shaft 126 is connected in the pin shaft hole 1215, the connecting member 123 is located between the first section 1211 of the first clamping member 121 and the first section 1211 of the second clamping member 122, and the hook 1214 is located at a lower end of the second section 1212.
In a possible embodiment, the top of the upright frame 111 has a cross beam 1111, two sides of the upright frame 111 have a side beam 1112, the upper end of the side beam 1112 is connected with the cross beam 1111, the rear sealing plate 1113 is connected with the cross beam 1111 and the side beam 1112, the rear sealing plate 1113 may be rectangular, the cross beam 1111 may be perpendicular to the two side beams 1112, and the movable handle 141 is disposed on the cross beam 1111.
In a possible embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 6, the magnetic bodies 24 may be disposed on the bottom surfaces of the two side beams 1112, and the magnetic bodies 24 disposed on the bottom surfaces of the two side beams 1112 are opposite to the magnetic body 24 embedded on the upper surface of the first mold plate 21, so that the magnetic bodies 24 disposed on the bottom surfaces of the two side beams 1112 and the magnetic body 24 embedded on the upper surface of the first mold plate 21 are attracted to each other by magnetic force.
In order to facilitate taking up the whole terminal pressure maintaining jig provided by the embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 6, the terminal pressure maintaining jig provided by the embodiment further includes a handle 15, and one end of the handle 15 is fixedly connected to a surface of the rear sealing plate 1113 opposite to the front cover plate 113.
In a possible embodiment, a guide plate 114 is further disposed in the housing 11, the guide plate 114 is fixed to the lower end of the rear cover plate 1113, the guide plate 114 is located between the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122, openings 115 are respectively formed between two ends of the guide plate 114 and the two side beams 1112, the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 respectively extend downward from the two openings 115, the pressing rod 41 penetrates through the guide plate 114, and the retaining sleeve 411 abuts against the guide plate 114.
The guide plate 114 is internally provided with a guide hole 1141, the pressure lever 41 penetrates through the guide plate 114, namely, the pressure lever 41 penetrates through the guide hole 1141 formed in the guide plate 114 and moves up and down along the guide hole 1141, the outer diameter of the baffle sleeve 411 is larger than the inner diameter of the guide hole 1141, the guide plate 114 plays a role in guiding and limiting for the movement of the pressure lever 41, when the lower end of the pressure lever 41 is pressed on the terminal 30 to be held in pressure, the third spring 42 is compressed, and the pressure lever 41 keeps the state of elastically pressing the terminal 30 to be held in pressure by virtue of the elasticity of the third spring 42.
In the terminal pressure maintaining jig provided in this embodiment, when the clamping device 10 performs clamping operation, by continuously pushing the movable handle 141, the stopper 142 presses the inclined section 1213 at the upper end of the first clamping member 121 and the inclined section 1213 at the upper end of the second clamping member 122, so that the upper ends of the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 move closer to each other, the first spring 124 and the second spring 125 are compressed, the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 are relatively pivoted on the rear sealing plate 1113, so that the lower ends of the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 move away from each other, the hook 1214 at the lower end of the first clamping member 121 and the hook 1214 at the lower end of the second clamping member 122 are kept open, at this time, the terminal 30 to be pressure maintained can be placed between the hook 1214 at the lower end of the first clamping member 121 and the hook 1214 at the lower end of the second clamping member 122, the pushing of the movable handle 141 is stopped, and under the restoring forces of the first spring 124 and the second spring 125, the upper ends of the first clamping piece 121 and the second clamping piece 122 move away from each other, the lower ends of the first clamping piece 121 and the second clamping piece 122 move close to each other, the hook 1214 at the lower end of the first clamping piece 121 and the hook 1214 at the lower end of the second clamping piece 122 are respectively clamped at the bottoms of two sides of the pressure maintaining terminal 30, the pressing rod 41 is just elastically pressed on the pressure maintaining terminal 30, the second template 22 is installed at the lower ends of the first clamping piece 121 and the second clamping piece 122, and the first template 21 is pushed, so that the first template 21 and the second template 22 are buckled with each other, and pressure is maintained for the pressure maintaining terminal 30.
The invention further provides a terminal pressure maintaining method, which uses the terminal pressure maintaining jig, and is shown in fig. 15, and the terminal pressure maintaining method comprises the following steps:
s10, providing a terminal pressure maintaining jig;
s20, referring to fig. 11, the first template 21 is inserted through the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122, and is attached to the lower end of the seat 11 by the magnetic member 24;
s30, assembling a shell of the terminal, a touch screen and a flexible printed circuit board to form the terminal 30 to be subjected to pressure maintaining;
s40, referring to fig. 12, the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 are respectively clamped at both sides of the pressure-maintaining terminal 30, and the pressing rod 41 is pressed against the pressure-maintaining terminal 30;
s50, referring to fig. 2, the first template 21 and the second template 22 are fastened to each other, so that the terminal 30 to be pressure-maintained is located in the first template 21 and the second template 22;
and S60, standing the terminal pressure maintaining jig and the terminal 30 to be subjected to pressure maintaining for preset pressure maintaining time.
After the assembly operation of the terminal 30 to be held is completed, the first clamping piece 121 and the second clamping piece 122 are respectively clamped at two sides of the terminal 30 to be held, the pressing rod 41 is pressed on the terminal 30 to be held, so that the terminal 30 to be held is in a compressed state, the first template 21 and the second template 22 are mutually buckled, the terminal 30 to be held is placed in the first template 21 and the second template 22, therefore, the terminal 30 to be held can be always kept in a pressure holding state, even if the terminal 30 to be held is in a pressure holding state in the circulation process among the processes, and the terminal 30 to be held is loaded into the pressure holding device 20, the pressure holding state of the terminal 30 to be held can still be ensured, the uninterrupted state can reduce the occurrence of poor touch screen floating problem, the second pressing is not needed, and the reject ratio is reduced. The reject ratio of the terminal water leakage test is less than 0.001 percent.
In a possible implementation, step S30, assembling the housing of the terminal, the touch screen and the flexible printed circuit board, forming the terminal 30 to be pressure-maintained; after the touch screen is fastened with the flexible printed circuit board, the touch screen and the flexible printed circuit board are bonded by glue dispensing on the housing of the terminal, so that the housing of the terminal, the touch screen and the flexible printed circuit board are assembled, and the terminal 30 to be subjected to pressure maintaining is formed.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, in a possible implementation, the first template 21 and the second template 22 are fastened to each other so that the terminal 30 to be held is located in the first template 21 and the second template 22, including:
s51, referring to fig. 13, the second template 22 is mounted on the lower portions of the first and second clamps 121 and 122 such that the terminal 30 to be held in pressure is located in the second template 22;
s52, referring to fig. 2, the first form 21 is pushed to separate from the lower end of the seat 11 and is fastened to the second form 22.
In a possible implementation manner, the step S30 of assembling the housing of the terminal, the touch screen and the flexible printed circuit board to form the terminal 30 to be pressure-maintained includes: the touch screen is assembled and mounted on the housing of the terminal after the flexible printed circuit board is fastened, and the terminal 30 to be pressure-maintained is formed.
In a possible implementation, step S40 is to clamp the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 at two sides of the pressure-maintaining terminal 30, respectively, and press the pressing rod 41 on the pressure-maintaining terminal 30; the method comprises the following steps:
the movable handle 141 is kept pushed to move towards the direction close to the seat body 11, so that the terminal 30 to be held at pressure is placed between the hook 1214 of the first clamping member 121 and the hook 1214 of the second clamping member 122 in the state that the first clamping member 121 and the second clamping member 122 are kept elastically opened, and then the movable handle 141 is stopped being pushed, and the hook 1214 of the first clamping member 121 and the hook 1214 of the second clamping member 122 are respectively clamped at the bottoms of the two sides of the terminal 30 to be held at pressure.
In a possible implementation manner, the step S60 of pushing the first mold plate 21 to separate from the lower end of the seat body 11 and fastening the first mold plate to the second mold plate 22 includes: the first mold plate 21 is pushed to move in a direction away from the lower end of the seat body 11 until the first mold plate 21 moves to be magnetically attracted with the second mold plate 22 through the magnetic body 24.
In one possible embodiment, the preset dwell time is greater than or equal to 24 hours. For example, it may be 24 hours, 26 hours, 30 hours, etc., so that the terminal 30 to be held is firmly bonded.
After the pressure holding is completed, as shown in fig. 14, the holding device 10 is removed, the holding device 10 is separated from the pressure holding device 20, and the terminal is taken out to perform the subsequent detection process.
It should be noted that the numerical values and numerical ranges referred to in this application are approximate values, and there may be some error due to the manufacturing process, and the error may be considered to be negligible by those skilled in the art.

The terminal pressure maintaining jig of claim 2, wherein a magnetic body (24) is embedded inside each of the first template (21) and the second template (22), the first template (21) and the second template (22) are attracted to each other through the magnetic body (24), and the first template (21) is attracted to the lower end of the seat (11) through the magnetic body (24) in the first template (21).

A terminal pressure holding jig according to claim 3, characterized in that the connecting member (123) is located between the first clamping member (121) and the second clamping member (122), and the first spring (124) abuts between the connecting member (123) and the first clamping member (121), and the second spring (125) abuts between the connecting member (123) and the second clamping member (122).

providing the terminal pressure maintaining jig;

assembling the shell of the terminal, the touch screen and the flexible printed circuit board to form a terminal (30) to be subjected to pressure maintaining;
clamping the first clamping piece (121) and the second clamping piece (122) at two sides of the terminal (30) to be pressurized respectively, and pressing a pressing rod (41) on the terminal (30) to be pressurized;
buckling the first template (21) and the second template (22) with each other so that the terminal (30) to be maintained in pressure is located in the first template (21) and the second template (22);
and standing the terminal pressure maintaining jig and the terminal (30) to be subjected to pressure maintaining for preset pressure maintaining time.
10. A terminal dwell method according to claim 9, characterized by snapping the first template (21) and the second template (22) to each other such that the terminal (30) to be dwell is located in the first template (21) and the second template (22); the method comprises the following steps:
-mounting the second template (22) in the lower part of the first clamp (121) and the second clamp (122) so that the terminal (30) to be pressurized is located inside the second template (22);
the first template (21) is pushed to be separated from the lower end of the seat body (11) and is buckled on the second template (22).
11. The end dwell process of claim 9, wherein the preset dwell time is greater than or equal to 24 hours.
