Example 6
This example provides a method of assembling an actively implanted medical device as described in example 2, comprising the steps of:
fixing the tested hard circuit board 3 in the first accommodating groove 1 of the first layer of the coil bracket assembly;
inserting a rigid connecting piece 5 into an insertion hole 6 of a coil bracket assembly, and respectively inserting two ends of the rigid connecting piece 5 into a first layer and a second layer of the coil bracket assembly;
connecting the coil 4 in the second layer of the coil bracket assembly with one end of the rigid connecting piece 5 by welding;
the other end of the rigid connector 5 is connected to the hard-wired board 3 in the first layer of the coil carrier assembly by soldering.
According to the assembling method, before the hard circuit board is electrically connected with the coil, the hard circuit board is tested firstly, so that the influence of the test work on the coil or the rigid connecting piece is avoided, and the unqualified hard circuit board is convenient to remove; the rigid connecting piece is fixed in the inserting hole of the coil bracket assembly and then is electrically connected with the hard circuit board and the coil through two ends of the rigid connecting piece respectively, so that the defect that the flexible connecting piece is required to be adopted for electrical connection is overcome.
Example 7
This embodiment provides a flexible connector for an active implantable medical device, which is made of a flexible material, and the flexible connector 27 is connected to two parallel connection holes 13 on the frame 11, as shown in fig. 18.
Above the elastic connecting piece 27, there is an elastic deformation section, which has an arc structure formed by bending, and the arc structure is used for connecting with the coil.
After the elastic deformation section forms the arc-shaped structure, a clamping structure is formed by bending, and the clamping structure is used for extending into the lower part of the connecting hole 13 and is clamped on the bottom surface of the frame 11.
The lower part of the elastic connecting piece 27 is provided with a first connecting section which is straightened downwards and is of a vertical structure and used for being inserted into a hard circuit board for connection.
As shown in fig. 19, the elastic connecting member is first elastically deformed to allow the two ends of the elastic connecting member to pass through the corresponding hole sites respectively from the upper side to the lower side of the connecting hole 13, and after the two ends of the elastic connecting member pass through the connecting holes, the elastic connecting member is elastically restored, wherein the shorter end of the elastic connecting member extends downwards out of the frame, and bends under the frame, so that the elastic connecting member is clamped and fixed on the connecting hole.
As for the connection structure of the elastic connection member 27 described in the present embodiment, two connection holes 13 are provided in parallel on the frame 11.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
