The third circulating pipe 8 is provided with a second heater 12 electrically connected with the controller, when the environmental temperature is too low, for example, the second heater 12 can be started to work when the environmental temperature is minus 5 ℃, and the circulating water is heated simultaneously through the first heater 9 and the second heater 12, so that the warm-up time can be further reduced.
The structure of the first heater 9 is the same as that of the second heater 12. The first heater 9 comprises a heat-conducting tube 13, an electric heating wire 14 with a spiral structure is arranged on the outer wall of the heat-conducting tube 13, a protective layer 15 is arranged on the periphery of the electric heating wire 14, and the protective layer 15 is made of heat-insulating materials, such as heat-insulating cotton.
