Along with the continuous strengthening of the engine, the engine displacement matched with the whole vehicle has the trend of obviously developing towards reducing the displacement. The miniaturization of the engine has little influence on the dynamic property, the heat efficiency is improved because the discharge capacity is smaller, the heat taken away by a cooling system of the engine is relatively reduced, the volume of a water jacket is reduced because the discharge capacity is reduced, the flow is also reduced, and the requirements of a warm air system, such as certain flow, certain temperature, pressure and the like, are unchanged or even improved to some extent. Therefore, the flow of the warm air is insufficient, the temperature of the circulating water is low, and the influence on a warm air system is large.
In addition, in cold areas, the engine is required to have a warm air requirement as soon as possible after being started, and in order to ensure driving safety, the defrosting requirement of the car window meets the requirements of relevant regulations. For a small-displacement engine, it is difficult to satisfy warm air only by depending on circulating water (antifreeze) of the engine, and the warming time is long.
