Preferably, in step S5, the ink-absorbing bottom layer is composed of water-based acrylic acid and natural stone powder, the ink-absorbing middle layer is composed of vinyl acetate, PVA and natural stone powder, and the ink-absorbing surface layer is composed of vinyl acetate, PVA, silica and cationic water-based color fixing agent.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the canvas is formed by interweaving warps and wefts, and the warps and the wefts are both made of fiber filament fibers; selecting a polyethylene film, and carrying out modification treatment to obtain a modified polyethylene film; compounding a waterproof film on one side of the canvas; coating the other side of the canvas with a functional layer: the functional layer consists of a fire retardant containing aluminum tripolyphosphate, aqueous polyurethane emulsion, secondary butyl polyacrylate, nitrocellulose, polybutylene terephthalate fiber, nano silicon dioxide, an auxiliary agent, a reinforcing agent, a toughening agent, polyvinyl ether and a preservative; spraying an ink absorption bottom layer, an ink absorption middle layer and an ink absorption surface layer on one side of the functional layer in sequence; spraying a polyethylene moisture-proof layer, drying and rolling; one side of the canvas is compounded with a layer of waterproof membrane, so that the side is prevented from being damaged due to water spraying; by arranging the functional layer, the functional layer is composed of the aluminum tripolyphosphate-containing fire retardant, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, the secondary butyl polyacrylate, the nitrocellulose, the polybutylene terephthalate fiber, the nano silicon dioxide, the auxiliary agent, the reinforcing agent, the toughening agent, the polyvinyl ether and the preservative, so that the performances of fire prevention, corrosion prevention, water prevention and the like of the canvas are enhanced, and the drawing of the canvas is not influenced; by arranging the ink absorbing bottom layer, the ink absorbing middle layer and the ink absorbing surface layer, the ink absorbing performance of the canvas is enhanced, and the prepared canvas has better effect when the canvas is returned to the later stage.

Claims (6)

1. A method for manufacturing a waterproof canvas is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: selection of a substrate: the canvas is formed by interweaving warps and wefts, and the warps and the wefts are both made of fiber filament fibers;
s2: preparing a waterproof film: selecting a polyethylene film, and carrying out modification treatment to obtain a modified polyethylene film;
s3: compounding a waterproof film on one side of the canvas;
s4: coating the other side of the canvas with a functional layer: the functional layer consists of a fire retardant containing aluminum tripolyphosphate, aqueous polyurethane emulsion, secondary butyl polyacrylate, nitrocellulose, polybutylene terephthalate fiber, nano silicon dioxide, an auxiliary agent, a reinforcing agent, a toughening agent, polyvinyl ether and a preservative;
s5: spraying an ink absorption bottom layer, an ink absorption middle layer and an ink absorption surface layer on one side of the functional layer in sequence;
s6: spraying a polyethylene damp-proof layer, drying and rolling.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the canvas comprises: in the step S1, the diameters of the warp and the weft are the same, and the length of the gap formed by the warp and the weft is 20% of the diameter of the warp.

The method of claim 1, wherein the canvas comprises: the modification treatment of the polyethylene film is to treat the polyethylene film by a mixed solution consisting of a vinyl silane coupling agent, acrylic resin, sodium hydroxymethylbenzene sulfonate, magnesium hydroxide and deionized water, and then take out and dry the polyethylene film.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the canvas comprises: the step S3 of compositing the waterproof film is to calender the waterproof film and the canvas of the substrate.

The method of claim 1, wherein the canvas comprises: the functional layer in the step S4 is specifically composed of the following materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of aluminum tripolyphosphate-containing refractory agent, 1-2 parts of waterborne polyurethane emulsion, 40-60 parts of secondary butyl polyacrylate, 25-40 parts of polybutylene terephthalate fiber, 0.02-0.05 part of nitrocellulose, 2-4 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 1-2 parts of auxiliary agent, 5-20 parts of reinforcing agent, 4-6 parts of toughening agent, 20-30 parts of polyvinyl ether layer and 10-15 parts of preservative.

The method of claim 1, wherein the canvas comprises: in the step S5, the ink absorbing bottom layer is composed of water-based acrylic acid and natural stone powder, the ink absorbing middle layer is composed of vinyl acetate, PVA and natural stone powder, and the ink absorbing surface layer is composed of vinyl acetate, PVA, silica and cationic water-based color fixing agent.
