Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a waterproof oil painting, which comprises the following steps: selecting materials, namely waterproof canvas and a picture frame; cloth stretching: the waterproof canvas is stretched on the picture frame; drawing: drawing the outline of the drawn pattern on the waterproof canvas by using a pencil; coating a ground color on the waterproof canvas; drawing an oil painting by using waterproof pigment according to a set pattern; naturally drying the drawn oil painting; after the oil painting is naturally dried, polishing the surface of the painting with oil; and (6) inspecting and packaging. The waterproof canvas disclosed by the invention consists of a base material layer, a base coating, a fire-resistant layer, a water-resistant layer and an ink-absorbing layer, and the fire resistance and the water resistance of the canvas are improved to a great extent; the pigment adopted by the method is waterproof, so that the waterproof performance of the pigment is improved, the canvas and the pigment have the waterproof performance, and the waterproof performance of the oil painting is further improved; the ink absorbing layer can improve the permeability of ink, so that the picture is not easy to fade, and the storage time is long.
