Abstract
A preparation process of rare earth antibacterial natural latex products. Provides a preparation process of a rare earth antibacterial natural latex product which has a long-acting antibacterial effect and is more sanitary and safer. The method comprises the steps of raw material preparation, pre-vulcanization, foaming, vulcanization, washing and drying, wherein the added antibacterial agent is a nano cerium oxide doped modified nano zinc oxide dispersoid, and in order to improve the dispersibility of the antibacterial agent and the compatibility with natural latex, the nano cerium oxide doped modified nano zinc oxide dispersoid is prepared by ultrasonic and ball milling processes. Finally, in the washing procedure of the latex product finished product, a spraying device is additionally arranged, so that the antibacterial effect of the surface of the product is better than that of the inside of the product.
