The dispersing agent for gasified ash water is prepared by dissolving quaternary ammonium salt and block polyether in deionized water according to a certain proportion and compounding, the quaternary ammonium salt and the block polyether can form an adsorption layer on the surfaces of ash suspended matters and colloid particles, so that the growth and precipitation of dirt in water can be effectively prevented to form hard scale, meanwhile, the good permeability of the block polyether is utilized to facilitate the quaternary ammonium salt to permeate into the interior of the scale forming particles, and the functions of dispersion, solubilization, permeation and scale inhibition of the quaternary ammonium salt and the colloid particles are compounded and cooperated to ensure that the dirt in the gasified ash water is soft and easy to clean, so that the dispersion scale inhibition function of the ash water dispersing agent is greatly enhanced, the adding concentration of the ash water dispersing agent can be reduced, and the processing cost of gasified ash water is further reduced.

The coal gasification grey water has the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure, high turbidity, high hardness, high alkalinity and the like, so that adverse phenomena such as deposition, scaling and the like are easily generated in the circulating operation process of the coal gasification grey water, thereby seriously influencing the normal and stable operation of the coal gasification equipment. In order to effectively slow down the influence of grey water scaling on production equipment, reduce the discharge capacity and improve the repeated utilization rate of the grey water, the coal gasification grey water treatment process widely adopts a chemical agent treatment method added with a grey water dispersing agent.
At present, the field of coal gasification grey water treatment process generally adopts an anionic surface active component grey water dispersing agent, but because of the diversity of the surface electrical property and the existing state of scale forming particles in water, the dispersion scale inhibition effect of the grey water dispersing agent which only takes the anionic surface active component as a main body is limited to a certain extent. The ash water dispersing agent in the current market is a compound product generally composed of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, sulfonate copolymer, hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride, polyepoxysuccinic acid, polyaspartic acid and the like, and has dispersing and scale inhibiting effects on suspended particles such as carbonate, sulfate, silicate, hydrated iron oxide and the like. The addition concentration of the grey water dispersing agent in the coal gasification grey water is higher, so that the dispersion scale inhibition performance of the coal gasification grey water can reach an ideal effect, and if the addition concentration is lower, the required dispersion scale inhibition performance cannot be realized, so that the use cost is higher.

As a further improvement of the grey water dispersing agent, the block polyether is one or more of L35, L45, L64, F38 and F68.
The invention also aims to provide application of the coal gasified ash water dispersing agent, which can be used as an ash water scale inhibition and dispersion agent in a coal water slurry gasification process and a pulverized coal gasification process.

The comparative tests show that the ash water dispersing agent can obviously enhance the dispersion scale inhibition performance of ash in coal gasification ash water, and when the coal gasification ash water is treated, the adding concentration of the ash water dispersing agent can be reduced by 30%, so that the treatment cost of coal gasification ash water can be greatly reduced, and the economic benefit can be improved.
