Background

The side surface of the frameless vehicle door is smooth in modeling, but the rigidity of the frameless vehicle door is poor above a waist line due to the absence of a window frame, so that the vehicle door is easy to stretch outwards in the high-speed driving process of a vehicle, and the wind noise is increased. And the transition between the door glass and the door trim panel is not smooth, so that the sealing performance of the door is poor.
With the development of the automobile industry, customers pay more and more attention to the side modeling of the automobile door and the wind noise performance of the whole automobile. In order to meet the requirements of customers, how to simultaneously meet the requirements of the customers on the shapes and the performances becomes an industrial problem.
Accordingly, there is a need to develop a flush door structure that has both the sealing properties of a framed door and a sleek, smooth appearance of a frameless door. The key to realizing a flush door structure is how to realize the sliding connection of the door glass on the window frame.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a brand new matching structure used for a vehicle door pillar area, namely a vehicle door glass, a vehicle door sash and a vehicle door trim, and the brand new matching structure has the sealing performance of a framed vehicle door while realizing the pillar appearance of the frameless vehicle door.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a flush door structure for a door pillar region, comprising:
a door glass provided in a vehicle side door and configured to open and close a window opening of the side door in accordance with the lifting of the glass;
a door glass lifting guide rail which is provided with a concave part opened along one side of the vehicle inner and outer direction, is arranged on the door sash and extends along the vehicle vertical direction;
a door glass lifting slider fixed on the inner side surface of the end area of the door glass in the vehicle width direction, and a door glass forming glass assembly, the sliding part of which is inserted into the concave part of the door glass lifting guide rail, so that the assembly component formed by the door glass and the door glass lifting slider can lift along the door glass lifting guide rail;
and the limiting parts of the vehicle door glass lifting slide block are respectively arranged on the upper end part and the lower end part of the vehicle door glass lifting slide block and protrude along the outer side of the vehicle width direction.
Further, a guide rail sealing strip is arranged on the vehicle door glass lifting guide rail, extends in the vertical direction of the vehicle and isolates the vehicle door glass lifting guide rail from the vehicle door glass lifting slide block.
Furthermore, the two ends of the vehicle door glass lifting slide block are respectively provided with a limiting part A and a limiting part B, the middle part surface of the vehicle door glass lifting slide block is not provided with a bulge, and the middle part surface and the limiting surface of the guide rail sealing strip are in four-clearance fit.
Further, the limiting part A of the vehicle door glass lifting slide block and the limiting surface of the guide rail sealing strip are attached to the inside and the outside of the vehicle door along the fourth edge, and the limiting surface III of the vehicle door glass lifting slide block and the limiting surface III of the guide rail sealing strip are attached to the front and the back of the vehicle door along the third edge.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the flush vehicle door structure, the vehicle door glass lifting slide block is bonded to the inner side face of the edge of the vehicle door glass through glue, the vehicle door glass lifting guide rail is fixed on a vehicle door window frame, and the vehicle door glass lifting slide block is matched with the vehicle door glass lifting guide rail; the guide rail sealing strip is arranged on the vehicle door glass lifting guide rail and is matched with the vehicle door glass lifting slide block and the vehicle door glass; the glass guide groove sealing strip is arranged on the door window frame and matched with the door glass; the door sash inner decoration piece is coated on the door sash; the outer side of the car door upright post decorative plate is flush with the outer side of the car door glass. The outward appearance is clean succinct, the performance is excellent, and with low costs, does benefit to the parallel and level door structure and promotes on a large scale.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, a flush door structure for a door pillar region includes a door glass 1 and a door trim 2, and the entire side of the door, as well as the location of the door pillar region section A-A, B-B.
As shown in fig. 2, the door glass raising/lowering slider 11 is bonded to the door glass inner side face 2c in the vicinity of the door glass edge 2a by a glue 8, and the door glass raising/lowering rail 15 is fixed to the door sash 4 by a screw 6. The door glass lifting guide rail weather strip 16 is mounted on the door glass lifting guide rail 15, and the door glass lifting slider sliding portion 11h is fitted to the concave portion of the door glass lifting guide rail 15, so that the door glass 2 is lifted along the door glass lifting guide rail 15. And the fourth 16d of the sealing strip limiting surface of the door glass lifting guide rail is attached to the fourth 11d of the limiting surface of the door glass lifting slide block, so that the door glass 2 is limited along the inside and the outside of the door. The third door glass lifting guide rail sealing strip limiting surface 16c is attached to the third door glass lifting slide block limiting surface 11c, and the door glass 2 is limited in the front-back direction of the door. And a gap of 1-4 mm is formed between the second door glass lifting guide rail sealing strip limiting surface 16b and the second door glass lifting slide block limiting surface 11 b. A gap of 2-4 mm is formed between the first door glass lifting guide rail sealing strip limiting surface 16a and the first door glass lifting slide block limiting surface 11 a. The door glass run channel weather strip 9 is mounted on the door sash 4, and the door glass run channel weather strip holding portion 9d is held on the door sash flange 4 a. The glass run sealing strip lip 9a is in compression fit with the inner side surface 2c of the door glass, and plays a role in sealing and supporting the door glass 2. The glass run seal lip 9b is in compression fit with the door glass lifter slide 11. The bottom surface 9c of the glass guide groove sealing strip and the five 11e of the door glass lifting slide block surface are provided with 2-4 mm gaps, so that the collision between the door glass lifting slide block 11 and the glass guide groove sealing strip 9 is avoided. The first door glass lifter rail weather strip restriction surface 16a and the door glass inner side surface 2c are compression-fitted inside and outside the door in the vicinity of the door glass edge 2a to seal the gap between the door glass edge 2a and the door pillar trim edge 1 a. The gap between the edge 2a of the door glass and the edge 1a of the door upright post trim panel is 2-6 mm. The door sash inner decoration 10 is coated on the door sash 4, and is matched with the glass sealing strip 9 and the door first sealing strip 13 to play a decorative role. The door weather strip 13 is connected to the door sash 4 by a bead pin 14.
As shown in FIG. 3, a gap of 0.5-5 mm is formed between the limiting surface six 11f of the door glass lifting slide block and the limiting surface four 16d of the door glass lifting guide rail sealing strip, and the outer side surface 2b of the door glass is flush with the outer side surface 1b of the door upright post trim.
As shown in fig. 4, the second door glass lifting slider limiting surface 11b and the seventh door glass lifting slider limiting surface 11g limit outward movement of the door glass 2 along the inside and outside of the vehicle, and the sixth limiting surface 11f is in clearance fit with the fourth door glass lifting guide rail sealing strip limiting surface 16d to reduce the risk of retardation of lifting of the door glass 2.
