The invention relates to a vehicle door structure above a vehicle door waist line, in particular to a vehicle door structure capable of realizing the flush of vehicle door glass and a vehicle door upright post decorative plate.
Background
At present, the traditional framed vehicle door has good sealing performance, but a step is arranged between vehicle door glass and a vehicle door upright post decorative plate above a vehicle door waist line, so that the appearance of the vehicle door is not smooth, the integral sense of the side surface shape of the vehicle door is damaged, and the side surface shape is not smooth, thereby increasing the wind resistance. The side surface of the frameless vehicle door is smooth in modeling, but the rigidity above the waist line of the vehicle door is poor due to the absence of a window frame, and the vehicle door glass and the vehicle door trim panel are not smooth in transition, so that the vehicle sealing performance is poor.
With the development of the automobile industry, customers pay more and more attention to the side modeling of the automobile door and the wind noise performance of the whole automobile. In order to meet the requirements of customers, how to simultaneously meet the requirements of the customers on the shapes and the performances becomes an industrial problem. Accordingly, there is a need to develop a flush door structure that has both the sealing properties of a framed door and a sleek, smooth appearance of a frameless door. The realization of a flush door structure is critical to how to realize the sliding connection of the door glass on the window frame.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a flush door structure for a door pillar area, door glass, a door sash and a door trim, and the brand new matching structure realizes the appearance of a pillar of a frameless door and has the sealing performance of a framed door.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a flush door structure comprises door glass, a door glass lifting guide rail, a door glass lifting slide block and a glass guide groove sealing strip, wherein the door glass is arranged on a side door for a vehicle and is used for opening and closing a window opening of the side door along with the lifting of the glass; the vehicle door glass lifting slide block is bonded on the inner side surface of the vehicle door glass; the vehicle door glass lifting guide rail is fixedly connected to a vehicle door window frame; the car door glass is matched with the sliding part of the car door glass lifting guide rail through the car door glass lifting slide block, so that the car door glass is lifted along the car door glass lifting guide rail; the glass guide groove sealing strip is arranged on the door window frame and plays a role in supporting and buffering the door glass.
Further, the door glass lifting/lowering rail is disposed on the vehicle width direction inner side of the glass end portion on the vehicle front-rear direction side of the door glass, and extends in the vehicle vertical direction.
Further, the door glass lifting slider has a cross-sectional shape of a "Z" shape and is fixed to an inner surface of the glass end portion in the vehicle width direction by an adhesive, and forms an opening having one side in the vehicle front-rear direction together with the door glass, and the door glass lifting rail sliding portion is inserted into the opening, so that the assembly member of the door glass and the door glass lifting slider can be lifted along the door glass lifting rail.
Furthermore, a glass lifting guide rail sealing strip is arranged on the vehicle door glass lifting guide rail, and the guide rail sealing strip extends in the vertical direction of the vehicle to isolate the vehicle door glass lifting guide rail from the vehicle door glass lifting slide block.

Furthermore, the two ends of the vehicle door glass lifting slide block are respectively provided with an upper limiting part and a lower limiting part, the upper limiting parts and the lower limiting parts protrude along the outer side of the vehicle width direction, the middle part of the vehicle door glass lifting slide block is a non-bulge surface, and the non-bulge surface is in clearance fit with the limiting surface corresponding to the guide rail sealing strip.
Further, the upper limiting part of the vehicle door glass lifting slide block is attached to the limiting surface corresponding to the guide rail sealing strip along the inside and the outside of the vehicle; and the surfaces of the vehicle door glass lifting slide block and the limiting surfaces corresponding to the guide rail sealing strips are attached along the front and back directions of the vehicle door.
Further, the door glass lifting rail is fixed to the door sash by a fastener.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention can enable the glass and the door sash to be flush in the B column area of the door, and realize smooth appearance of the side surface of the door. The flush vehicle door structure has the advantages of clean and concise appearance, excellent performance and low cost, and is beneficial to large-scale popularization of the flush vehicle door structure.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, a flush door structure includes a door glass 1, a door trim 2, and the side appearance of the entire door, as well as the location of the door pillar region (section A-A, B-B).
As shown in fig. 2, the door glass raising/lowering slider 9 is bonded to the door glass inner side face 2b in the vicinity of the door glass edge 2a by a glue 7, and the door glass raising/lowering rail 5 is fixed to the door sash 12 by a screw 4. The sealing strip 6 of the door glass lifting guide rail is added on the flanging 5a of the door glass lifting guide rail, and the second limiting surface 6d of the sealing strip of the door glass lifting guide rail is attached to the second limiting surface 9d of the door glass lifting slide block to limit the door glass 2 along the inward and outward directions of the door. The first limiting surface 6c of the door glass lifting guide rail sealing strip and the first limiting surface 9b of the door glass lifting slide block are attached to limit the door glass 2 in the front-back direction of the door. The side surface 8b of the sealing strip of the glass guide groove of the vehicle door and the side surface 9a of the glass lifting slide block of the vehicle door are provided with a clearance of 1-4 mm, so that the retardation of the glass lifting is avoided. The lip edge 8a of the sealing strip of the glass guide groove of the vehicle door and the surface 9e of the lifting slide block of the glass guide groove of the vehicle door are provided with a clearance of 2-4 mm, so that the collision between the lifting slide block of the glass guide groove of the vehicle door 9 and the sealing strip 8 of the glass guide groove is avoided. The bottom surface 8c of the sealing strip of the glass guide groove of the vehicle door and the bottom surface 9c of the lifting slide block of the glass guide groove of the vehicle door are provided with 2-4 mm gaps, so that the collision between the lifting slide block of the glass guide groove of the vehicle door 9 and the sealing strip 8 of the glass guide groove is avoided. The door glass riser rail bead lip 6a and the door glass inner side face 2b are compression fitted inside and outside the door in the vicinity of the door glass edge 2a to seal the gap between the door glass edge 2a and the door pillar trim edge 1 a. The gap between the edge 2a of the door glass and the edge 1a of the door upright post trim panel is 2-6 mm. The lip 8a of the sealing strip of the glass guide groove and the inner side surface 2b of the door glass are in compression fit inside and outside the door, and play a role in sealing and supporting the door glass 2. The door sash interior 10 is coated on the door sash 12, and the glass weather strip 8 and the door first weather strip 11 are matched to play a decorative role.
As shown in fig. 3, the door pillar trim 1 is bonded to the assembly of the door glass lifter rail 5 and the door sash 12 by the double-sided adhesive tape 3, and the door glass outer side surface 2c and the door pillar trim outer side surface 1b are flush.
As shown in fig. 4, when viewed from the top to the bottom of the vehicle, the door glass lifting slider 9 is in a "Z" shape, the upper and lower ends of the door glass lifting slider are respectively provided with an upper limiting surface 9b and a lower limiting surface 9g to limit the outward movement of the door glass 2 along the inside and the outside of the vehicle, and the non-limiting surface 9f and the door glass lifting guide rail sealing strip limiting surface 6e are in clearance fit to reduce the risk of retardation of the door glass 2 during lifting.
