As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present application provides a clamping device 10, the clamping device 10 includes a weight portion 11, a clamping arm 12, a sliding blade assembly 13 and a buffer block 14.
The clamping arm 12 is connected with the counterweight part 11, the sliding vane component 13 is movably connected with the clamping arm 12, and the buffer block 14 is fixed with the clamping arm 12.
In one embodiment, the weight 11 is an end of the gripping device 10, and the mass of the weight 11 is greater than the sum of the masses of the clamping arm 12, the slide assembly 13 and the buffer block 14. Alternatively, the center of gravity of the gripping device 10 is located at a side of the geometric center thereof biased toward the weight portion 11. This structure makes the weight of the two ends of the gripping device 10 asymmetric, and when the gripping device 10 falls, the counterweight part 11 can be easily in contact with the ground first, further protecting the clamping arms 12, the sliding piece assembly 13 and the buffer block 14.
The clamp arm 12 includes a first clamp arm 121 and a second clamp arm 122, and one end of the first clamp arm 121 and one end of the second clamp arm 122 are connected to the weight portion 11.
In an embodiment, the clamping arm 12 and the weight portion 11 are an integral structure, and the first clamping arm 121 and the second clamping arm 122 are formed by extending from the weight portion 11 to the same side.
In one embodiment, the first clamping arm 121 includes a first end 1211 and a second end 1212 that are opposite to each other, the second clamping arm 122 includes a third end 1221 and a fourth end 1222 that are opposite to each other, and the first end 1211 and the third end 1221 are connected to the weight portion 11.
The first clamping arm 121 further includes a first buffer area 1213 and a first through slot 1214, the first buffer area 1213 is disposed between the first end 1211 and the second end 1212, and a surface of the first buffer area 1213 away from the second clamping arm 122 is provided with a first texture 151. The first through groove 1214 penetrates the first clamp arm 121, and the first through groove 1214 is disposed in the first buffer area 1213. In one embodiment, the first through groove 1214 may be a long strip, and in other embodiments, the first through groove 1214 may have other shapes.
The second clamping arm 122 further includes a second buffer area 1223 and a second through slot 1224, the second buffer area 1223 is disposed between the third end 1221 and the fourth end 1222, and a surface of the second buffer area 1223 away from the first clamping arm 121 is provided with a first texture 151. The second penetrating groove 1224 penetrates the second clamping arm 122, and the second penetrating groove 1224 is disposed in the second buffer area 1223. In one embodiment, the second through-groove 1224 may be elongated, and in other embodiments, the second through-groove 1224 may have other shapes.
The slide assembly 13 includes a first slide set 131 and a second slide set 132, the first slide set 131 is movably connected to the first clamping arm 121, and the second slide set 132 is movably connected to the second clamping arm 122.
In summary, the clamping arm 12 may be made of conductive plastic, so that the clamping device 10 may be suitable for processing and mounting components sensitive to static electricity, and further improve the operation efficiency.
The first sliding plate set 131 includes a first sliding plate 1311, a first fixing block 1312, and a first connecting member 1313, and the first sliding plate 1311 and the first fixing block 1312 are connected by the first connecting member 1313. At least a portion of the first connecting member 1313 is disposed in the first through groove 1214, and the first sliding piece 1311 and the first fixing block 1312 are disposed on two sides of the first clamping arm 121, respectively. In one embodiment, the first connector 1313 may be an elastic body, and may be a spring; when not in operation, the first connecting member 1313 is in a stretched state, and the first sliding piece 1311 and the first fixing block 1312 are fixed to the first clamping arm 121 by the first connecting member 1313 via the elastic force of retraction. In an embodiment, the surface of the first sliding plate 1311 contacting the first buffer 1213 is provided with a second texture 152, the first texture 151 and the second texture 152 may be wave-shaped or zigzag, and the first texture 151 and the second texture 152 are engaged to fix the first sliding plate 1311 and the first clamping arm 121.
The second sliding plate set 132 includes a second sliding plate 1321, a second fixed block 1322, and a second connecting member 1323, and the second sliding plate 1321 and the second fixed block 1322 are connected by the second connecting member 1323. At least a portion of the second connecting member 1323 is disposed in the second penetrating slot 1224, and the second sliding piece 1321 and the second fixing block 1322 are disposed on two sides of the second clamping arm 122, respectively. In one embodiment, the second connecting element 1323 may be an elastic body, and may be a spring; when not operated, the second connecting member 1323 is in a stretched state, and the second slide 1321 and the second fixing block 1322 are fixed to the second clamping arm 122 by the second connecting member 1323 due to the elastic force of retraction. In one embodiment, the surface of the second slip-sheet 1321 contacting the second buffer 1223 is provided with a second texture 152, the first texture 151 and the second texture 152 may be wavy or zigzag, and the first texture 151 and the second texture 152 are engaged to fix the second slip-sheet 1321 and the second clamping arm 122.
The first slide plate set 131 and the second slide plate set 132 can move up and down compared with the clamping arm 12, and the clamping arm 12 and the slide plate assembly 13 can be fixed through the first grains 151 and the second grains 152, so that the function of adjusting the stress position according to the size of an object to be clamped or the use habit of an operator is realized, and the comfort degree of the operator and the use range of the clamping device can be improved.
The buffer block 14 is connected to the end of the clamping arm 12 away from the counterweight 11, the buffer block 14 includes a first buffer block 141 and a second buffer block 142, and the first buffer block 141 and the second buffer block 142 are disposed on opposite sides of the clamping arm 12. The first buffer block 141 is disposed on a side of the second end portion 1212 away from the second clamping arm 122, and the second buffer block 142 is disposed on a side of the fourth end portion 1222 away from the first clamping arm 121. The first buffer block 141 and the second buffer block 142 are made of deformable insulating materials, so that an operator can press a lens or other clamping elements by using the first buffer block 141 and the second buffer block 142.

Claims (10)

1. A gripping apparatus, comprising:
a counterweight portion;
the clamping arm is connected with the counterweight part and comprises a first clamping arm and a second clamping arm, and one end of the first clamping arm and one end of the second clamping arm are connected with the counterweight part;
the sliding plate assembly comprises a first sliding plate group and a second sliding plate group, the first sliding plate group is movably connected with the first clamping arm, and the second sliding plate group is movably connected with the second clamping arm; and
the buffer block, the buffer block with the arm lock is kept away from the end connection of counter weight portion, the buffer block includes first buffer block and second buffer block, first buffer block reaches the second buffer block set up in the both sides that the arm lock was carried on the back mutually.
2. The grasping apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the grasping arm and the weight portion are integrally formed, and the first grasping arm and the second grasping arm are formed by extending the weight portion toward the same side.

5. The gripper apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mass of said counterweight is greater than the sum of the masses of said gripping arms, said slide assembly, and said buffer block.
6. The grasping apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first and second buffers are deformable, insulative, and the gripping arms are conductive plastic.

The clamping device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first clamping arm further includes a first buffer area and a first through slot, the first buffer area is disposed between the first end portion and the second end portion, the first through slot penetrates the first clamping arm, the first through slot is disposed in the first buffer area, the first sliding vane set includes a first sliding vane, a first fixed block and a first connecting member, the first sliding vane and the first fixed block are connected by the first connecting member, at least a portion of the first connecting member is disposed in the first through slot, and the first sliding vane and the first fixed block are disposed on two sides of the first clamping arm, respectively.
8. The clamping device as claimed in claim 7, wherein said second clamping arm further includes a second buffer area and a second through slot, said second buffer area is disposed between said third end portion and said fourth end portion, said second through slot penetrates said second clamping arm, said second through slot is disposed in said second buffer area, said second sliding vane set includes a second sliding vane, a second fixed block and a second connecting member, said second sliding vane and said second fixed block are connected by said second connecting member, at least a portion of said second connecting member is disposed in said second through slot, and said second sliding vane and said second fixed block are disposed on two sides of said second clamping arm, respectively.

The clamping device as claimed in claim 8, wherein said first and second connecting members are elastic members, and when not in operation, said first and second connecting members are in a stretched state, said first connecting member secures said first slide and said first fixed block to said first clamping arm by a retracting elastic force, and said second connecting member secures said second slide and said second fixed block to said second clamping arm by a retracting elastic force.

The gripping device of claim 8, wherein a surface of the first buffer zone away from the second gripper arm and a surface of the second buffer zone away from the first gripper arm are provided with a first texture, a surface of the first slide in contact with the first buffer zone and a surface of the second slide in contact with the second buffer zone are provided with a second texture, and the first texture is engaged with the second texture.
