Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of floors, relates to a dimpled grain roller, and particularly relates to a design method of a dimpled grain coating roller with wood grain patterns and a roller coating applied to a wood floor.
Background
In the process of wood growth, the edge wood and the core material have color difference. The color difference between the edge material and the core material can affect the overall decorative effect of the wooden product. In the production process of wood products with decorative function, coating is often arranged on the surface of the wood products in order to protect or decorate the wood products. The coating is generally transparent or translucent, and if the coating is opaque, the decorative effect of the wood grain surface on the surface of the wood product is lost.
Currently, the color difference defects of finishing materials treated in the industry are mainly covered or concealed by dyeing or bleaching processes. For example, patent CN105127077A discloses a method for antique treatment of a fast-growing modified surface for furniture, and specifically discloses the following technical contents, including the steps of (1) bleaching, (2) white blank paint spraying, (3) water ash filling, (4) manual sanding, (5) material retouching, and (6) PU primer. The technical scheme has two defects: 1. the surface of the wood is bleached, the strength of fibers on the surface of the wood can be damaged by using strong oxide, particularly, fibers on the surface of the wood can be embrittled, when the surface of the wood is colored (dyed) in a subsequent process, too much coloring (dyeing) agent is accumulated at the embrittled fibers on the surface of the wood, and the local color of the surface of the wood is darker from the decorative effect of a finished product, so that a paint film is integrally hazy and poor in permeability; 2. the white blank paint spraying and the water ash filling, especially the water ash water putty, contain a large amount of calcium carbonate and partial pigment, and directly shield the texture and color of the surface of the wood, thereby reducing the decorative value of the wood.
For example, patent CN107322735A adds four processes of water tracing, bleaching, color tracing and color brushing on the basis of the conventional floor production process, and partially bleaches the dark color facing part and dyes the light color facing part to achieve the purpose that the color of the facing material tends to be uniform by means of bleaching and dyeing. Similarly, when the surface of the wood is treated by the bleaching solution, the strong oxide (hydrogen peroxide) can destroy the fiber strength of the surface of the wood, especially the fibers on the surface of the wood can be embrittled, when the surface of the wood is colored (dyed) in the subsequent process, too much coloring (dyeing) agent can be accumulated on the embrittled fibers on the surface of the wood, and the local color on the surface of the wood is darker from the viewpoint of the decorative effect of a finished product, so that the whole feeling of a paint film is dim, the permeability of the paint film is poor, and the decorative effect is influenced by the surface.
How to improve the utilization rate of the wood, reasonably utilize the wood with the color difference of the edge material core material as the facing material, and a method for arranging a transparent or semitransparent coating on the surface of the wood product is necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a concave grain roller coating process for the surface of a wooden floor. One or more layers of transparent or semitransparent coatings with certain grains and different colors are formed on the surface of the wooden floor, the grains of the coatings are synchronous with the wood grain parts on the surface of the wooden product, and the color difference of visual discrimination caused by the color difference on the surface of the wooden product can be further reduced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the intaglio coating roller with the wood texture pattern to coat one or more layers of transparent or semitransparent intaglio coatings on the surface of the floor, and then one or more layers of transparent or semitransparent coatings are arranged on the intaglio coatings, so as to achieve the required effect, and the invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
A design method of a concave grain coating roller with wood grain patterns comprises the following steps:
A. processing a wood texture material by drawing software to obtain a single group of intaglio plates, wherein the patterns of the single group of intaglio plates consist of intaglio stripes, and one or more single group of intaglio plates are made into the intaglio plates, wherein the single group of intaglio plates are orderly arranged on the same row, the length direction of the intaglio stripes of the single group of intaglio plates and the axial included angle alpha of the intaglio coating roller is 0-90 degrees, preferably 80-90 degrees, the rows are parallel to one another, and the intaglio stripes are staggered and orderly extend to the periphery;
B. and engraving the designed intaglio plate on the surface of the intaglio coating roller by engraving equipment to obtain the intaglio coating roller with wood texture patterns.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material of the gravure coating roll includes, but is not limited to, metal, polymer material, and preferably polyurethane.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the length of the concave stripe in the step A is less than or equal to the length of the single-group concave stripe plate, the width of the concave stripe is 0.01-0.4 mm, preferably 0.02-0.05 mm, the depth of the concave stripe is 0.01-1 mm, preferably 0.05-0.3 mm, and the distance between two adjacent concave stripes is 0.0-2 mm, preferably 0.0-0.8 mm.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, during the step B of plate making, the single-group intaglio plates are not jointed in the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the intaglio coating roller, namely, the intaglio on the surface of the intaglio coating roller is superposed in the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the intaglio coating roller, and each single-group intaglio plate is completely and seamlessly jointed.
It is still another object of the present invention to disclose the above gravure roll with wood grain pattern applied to roll coating of wood flooring.
A roller coating process of a concave grain coating roller with wood grain patterns applied to a wood floor comprises the following steps:
(A) coating the coating on the surface of the wooden floor by adopting more than one group of rotary roll coating devices, wherein each rotary roll coating device comprises a pair of rolls, a concave grain coating roll with texture patterns on the surface is used as a coating roll, the opposite roll is used as a supporting roll, and a scraper is arranged above the concave grain coating roll;
(B) the coating amount is adjusted by adjusting the distance between two rollers, the speed ratio of the conveying speed of the wood floor to the coating roller and the pressure applied to the coating roller by a scraper, and the coating is coated on the surface of the wood floor by a rotary roller device once or for multiple times to form a continuous uneven-thickness concave grain coating; wherein, the coating which permeates into the surface of the wooden floor forms a coating root after being cured; the concave stripes of the concave stripe coating roller are transferred to the coating on the surface of the wood board, and the cured coating is thicker and is a coating peak; the smooth part of the concave grain coating roller is transferred to the coating on the surface of the wood texture plate, and the cured coating is thinner and is a coating valley; transparent or semitransparent coatings with wood texture patterns and different color depths are formed on the coatings with different thicknesses, and the average thickness of the intaglio coating is 1-100 micrometers, preferably 5-50 micrometers;
(C) one or more semitransparent protective layers or transparent protective layers can be further arranged on the surface of the concave grain coating, and the thickness of the protective layers is 5-500 mu m, preferably 5-200 mu m.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the coating may be a water-based coating of one or a mixture of red, yellow, black, blue and white.
Because timber is the multicell material, part coating can permeate into the timber surface, again because the coating has mobility, has the trend of levelling at level surface, makes originally discontinuous liquid levelling become continuous even liquid layer, and after the drying, the uneven line coating that forms continuous thickness is inhomogeneous. In order to make the texture of the coating more apparent, a doctor blade is provided above the gravure coating roll. The scraper adjusts the smooth part of the dimpled grain coating roller to transfer the coating on the surface of the wood texture plate, and does not influence the coating transferred from the dimpled grains in the dimpled grain coating roller to the surface of the wood texture plate. I.e., the coating thickness at the valleys of the coating was adjusted without changing the coating thickness at the peaks of the coating.
According to the working principle of the concave grain coating roller, the concave grains are filled with the coating, the concave grain coating roller rotates, after the concave grains leave a coating groove, the coating is temporarily stored at the smooth part of the surface of the concave grain coating roller and the concave grains at the same time, and the coating is contacted with the surface of the coated wooden floor through the concave grain coating roller. The volume of the coating at the concave lines is determined according to the different sizes of the concave line volumes. The pressure applied to the coating roller by the scraper is controlled, so that the coating quantity at the smooth part can be adjusted, the coating quantity at the concave lines is more than that at the smooth part, and the coating at the smooth part and the concave lines of the surface of the concave line coating roller is transferred to the surface of the wood board. The coating roller with the concave grains rotates at a constant speed, is immersed into the coating again after running for one circle, and the coating can fill the smooth part and the concave grains on the surface of the coating roller with the concave grains, and the coating can be transferred to the surface of the wood board by the coating roller with the concave grains repeatedly.
