现有的赋能乳有些不足之处:1、现有的赋能乳的原材料种类较多但是成分单一,且对赋能乳的PH值没有一定的调节过程,从而使赋能乳具有一定的刺激效果,对使用者的皮肤有一定的损害,长期使用容易产生副作用或者不具有作用,降低了赋能乳的实用性。2、现有的赋能乳在生产的过程中需要使用大量的原料溶剂,因为生产工艺的差异,在提纯的过程中会造成大量的物料浪费,且生产工艺的过程中部分会因搅拌混合不均匀导致生产出的成品赋能乳稀稠不均,造成购买者的心理差异,且在生产过程中造成能源的浪费,不符合节能环保的生产理念。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种胶原赋能乳配方和制作工艺,通过添加了多种皮肤调理剂,例如异硬脂醇、丁二醇椰油酸酯和乙基纤维素等等物料,使赋能乳的性能更加中性,且在生产的过程中添加精氨酸作为PH调节剂,对混合的物料进行统一的PH值调节为7,PH值为7使物料成中性,从而使赋能乳符合人体皮肤的适应范围,符合的绝大多数人群的使用,使赋能乳的性能更加中性,对皮肤的润湿保护效果更佳明显,且在不同的环境下依然可以附着在皮肤表面,是皮肤达到长久的认识效果,各项指标符合了标准,满了清洁环保生产的理念。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种胶原赋能乳配方,包括下列重量份的原料:水100份、丁二醇6-8份、异硬脂醇3-5份、丁二醇椰油酸酯5-10份、乙基纤维素10-20份、氢化橄榄油酸乙基己酯30-40份、氢化橄榄油不皂化物10-15份、角鲨烷5-15份、异十六烷20-30份、聚丙烯酸酯-13(10-20份)、聚异丁烯30-40份、聚山梨醇酯-20(10-20份)、水解透明质酸钠5-15份、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸20-40份、甘油10-20份、鲟鱼子酱提取物25-35份、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇15-25份、肌肽10-20份、糖原15-20份、水解胶原10-20份、白兰花油8-10份、白兰叶油8-10份、卡波姆10-12份、精氨酸20-22份、黄原胶15-17份、丁二醇20-25份、辛酰羟肟酸15-20份、1,2-己二醇20-30份。它的制备方法包括以下步骤:第一步,将丁二醇、水解透明质酸钠、卡波姆、黄原胶和水混合在第一个搅拌容器内,将异硬脂醇、丁二醇椰油酸酯、乙基纤维素、氢化橄榄油酸乙基己酯、氢化橄榄油不皂化物、角鲨烷和异十六烷混合倒入第二个搅拌容器内,将聚丙烯酸酯-13、聚异丁烯和聚山梨醇酯-20混合倒入第三个搅拌容器内,将四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、甘油、鲟鱼子酱提取物、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇、肌肽、糖原、水解胶原、白兰花油、白兰叶油、丁二醇、辛酰羟肟酸、1,2-己二醇和水混合倒入第四个搅拌容器内,第二步,依次向第一个、第二个、第三个和第四个搅拌容器内滴入精氨酸调节PH值,并使用PH检测设备依次对容器内的混合物料进行PH检测,当四个容器内的混合物料经过检测PH值皆达到符合要求,第三步,则接通容器的电源,使搅拌容器分别对容器内的混合物料进行均匀的搅拌,搅拌的同时使用加热设备对容器进行伴随加热,将四个容器内的混合物料搅拌后全部倒入同一个密封容器内,使用高速离心机对密封容器内的物料进行中和混合,第四步,将混合后的物料放置沉淀,当混合物料沉淀后发酵,会在物料上层形成有机溶剂,使用真空蒸馏设备对有机溶剂去除,将剩余的混合物料进行消毒后静置冷却,静置冷却后的混合物料即可装瓶。
优选的,所述65%的皮肤调理剂与10%保湿剂、10%保湿剂、10%增稠剂、1%螯合剂、1PH调节剂和溶剂水精炼得到胶原乳。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
本发明通过添加了多种皮肤调理剂,例如异硬脂醇、丁二醇椰油酸酯和乙基纤维素等等物料,使赋能乳的性能更加中性,且在生产的过程中添加精氨酸作为PH调节剂,对混合的物料进行统一的PH值调节为7,PH值为7使物料成中性,从而使赋能乳符合人体皮肤的适应范围,符合的绝大多数人群的使用,使赋能乳的性能更加中性,对皮肤的润湿保护效果更佳明显,且在不同的环境下依然可以附着在皮肤表面,是皮肤达到长久的认识效果,各项指标符合了标准,满了清洁环保生产的理念。

实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的不同点在于:它由以下重量份数的原料组成:水100份、丁二醇7份、异硬脂醇4份、丁二醇椰油酸酯7.5份、乙基纤维素15份、氢化橄榄油酸乙基己酯35份、氢化橄榄油不皂化物12.5份、角鲨烷10份、异十六烷25份、聚丙烯酸酯-13(15份)、聚异丁烯35份、聚山梨醇酯-20(15份)、水解透明质酸钠10份、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸30份、甘油15份、鲟鱼子酱提取物30份、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇20份、肌肽15份、糖原17.5份、水解胶原15份、白兰花油9份、白兰叶油9份、卡波姆11份、精氨酸21份、黄原胶16份、丁二醇22.5份、辛酰羟肟酸17.5份、1,2-己二醇25份。其他原料组成、制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的不同点在于:它由以下重量份数的原料组成:水100份、丁二醇9份、异硬脂醇5份、丁二醇椰油酸酯10份、乙基纤维素20份、氢化橄榄油酸乙基己酯40份、氢化橄榄油不皂化物15份、角鲨烷15份、异十六烷30份、聚丙烯酸酯-13(20份)、聚异丁烯40份、聚山梨醇酯-20(20份)、水解透明质酸钠15份、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸40份、甘油20份、鲟鱼子酱提取物35份、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇25份、肌肽20份、糖原20份、水解胶原20份、白兰花油10份、白兰叶油10份、卡波姆12份、精氨酸22份、黄原胶17份、丁二醇25份、辛酰羟肟酸20份、1,2-己二醇30份。其他原料组成、制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的不同点在于:它由以下重量份数的原料组成:实施例1所述65%的皮肤调理剂与10%保湿剂、10%保湿剂、10%增稠剂、1%螯合剂、1PH调节剂和溶剂水;上述各组分混合得到胶原赋能乳,可直接涂抹在皮肤表面,湿润爽肤,对擦拭后的皮肤残留胶原赋能乳的含量,多种环境下测试结果皆得到赋能乳依然对大量存在皮肤表面,且对皮肤有润湿保护的作用,各项指标均符合相应国家标准。
综上所述:本发明提供的一种胶原赋能乳配方和制作工艺,与其它处理工艺相比,具备以下优点:通过添加了多种皮肤调理剂,例如异硬脂醇、丁二醇椰油酸酯和乙基纤维素等等物料,使赋能乳的性能更加中性,且在生产的过程中添加精氨酸作为PH调节剂,对混合的物料进行统一的PH值调节为7,PH值为7使物料成中性,从而使赋能乳符合人体皮肤的适应范围,符合的绝大多数人群的使用,使赋能乳的性能更加中性,对皮肤的润湿保护效果更佳明显,且在不同的环境下依然可以附着在皮肤表面,是皮肤达到长久的认识效果,各项指标符合了标准,满了清洁环保生产的理念。

1.一种胶原赋能乳配方,其特征在于:包括下列重量份的原料:水100份、丁二醇6-8份、异硬脂醇3-5份、丁二醇椰油酸酯5-10份、乙基纤维素10-20份、氢化橄榄油酸乙基己酯30-40份、氢化橄榄油不皂化物10-15份、角鲨烷5-15份、异十六烷20-30份、聚丙烯酸酯-13(10-20份)、聚异丁烯30-40份、聚山梨醇酯-20(10-20份)、水解透明质酸钠5-15份、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸20-40份、甘油10-20份、鲟鱼子酱提取物25-35份、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇15-25份、肌肽10-20份、糖原15-20份、水解胶原10-20份、白兰花油8-10份、白兰叶油8-10份、卡波姆10-12份、精氨酸20-22份、黄原胶15-17份、丁二醇20-25份、辛酰羟肟酸15-20份、1,2-己二醇20-30份。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶原赋能乳配方,其特征在于:所述65%的皮肤调理剂与10%保湿剂、10%保湿剂、10%增稠剂、1%螯合剂、1PH调节剂和溶剂水精炼得到胶原乳。
