Abstract
含有下述成分的防水石膏组合物:
(A)100重量份熟石膏;
(B)0.05-50重量份碱金属和/或碱土金属的氧化物和/或氢氧化物,
(C)0.05-20重量份含键合于硅原子上的羟基和/或烷氧基的有机聚硅氧烷。
Description
本发明涉及含有碱金属的、和/或碱土金属的氧化物和/或氢氧化物,及含有键合于硅原子上的羟基和/或烷氧基团的有机聚硅氧烷的防水石膏(plaster)组合物,并涉及石膏的防水处理方法。
从US-A-3455710人们知道,用含Si-键合氢子的有机硅氧烷(H-硅氧烷)浸渗,可以赋于石膏防水性能。该参考文献也介绍了石膏和氢氧化钙混合物用H-硅氧烷的浸渗处理法。但是该H-硅氧烷的防水作用并不能令人满意,而且H-硅氧烷很贵,还可推定其上的氢可与水接触。
US-A4411702介绍由二水合硫酸钙、矿渣及氢氧化钙组分生产的,且在生产该部分组分时,以聚二甲基硅氧烷液体将其处理过的防水成型制品。但聚二甲基硅氧烷液体的防水作用也不能令人满意。
本发明的一个目的是提供低成本并容易加工的防水石膏组合物及可由其生产的成型制品。
本发明提供的防水石膏组合物包括下述组分:
(A)100重量份熟石膏(gypsum plaster)
(B)0.05-50重量份的碱金属和/或碱土金属之氧化物和/或氢氧化物。
(C)0.05-20重量份的带有键合于硅原子上的羟基和/或烷氧基的有机聚硅氧烷。
该防水石膏组合物可含任何类型之硫酸钙。硫酸钙各类型中,优选石膏(CaSO4.H2O),例如,将其用于形成建筑物石膏,粉饰(stucco)石膏或绝缘石膏,也优选CaSO4.1/2H2O熟石膏(plaster of Paris)。其它类型之石膏,例如样板石膏、大理石石膏及无水石膏也可使用,烟道气脱硫处理中形成的硫酸钙也很适用。
至于碱金属和/或碱土金属的氧化物和/或氢氧化物,优选CaO、MgO、Ca(OH)2、Mg(OH)2和NaOH,尤其是Ca(OH)2、CaO和NaOH。
按100重量份熟石膏(A)计,优选使用0.1-35重量份,尤其是0.5-25重量份氧化物和/或氢氧化物(B)。
有机聚硅氧烷(C)优选由通式(I)单元组成,
Ra(OR′)bSiO(4-a-b)/2 (I)其中:
R相同或不同,是未取代的或卤素取代的C1-C18烃基,
R′是相同的或不同的C1-C4烷基或氢原子,
a是0、1、2或3,其平均值0.1-2.5,
b是0、1、2、3或4,其平均值0.1-3.5。
未取代的R基的例子是烷基,例如甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、异戊基、新戊基、叔戊基、己基(如正己基)、庚基(如正庚基)、辛基(如正辛基及2,2,4,-三甲基戊基之类的异辛基)、壬基(如正壬基)、癸基(如正癸基),十二烷基(如正十二烷基)、十八烷基(如正十八烷基);是链烯基,例如乙烯基和烯丙基;是环烷基,例如环戊基、环己基,环庚基和甲基环己基;是芳基、例如苯基、萘基、蒽基和菲基;是烷芳基,例如邻-、间-、或对-甲苯基、二甲苯基和乙苯基;是芳烷基,例如苯基、α-和β-苯乙基。
卤素取代的R基的例子是由氟和氯取代之基团,例如,3,3,3-三氟正丙基、2,2,2,2′,2′,2′-六氟异丙基、七氟异丙基,及o-,m-和p-氯苯基之类的卤芳基。
优选R基是未取代的烃基,尤其是有1-8个碳原子之烃基,具体如甲基、乙基、丙基、正辛基,异辛基,乙烯基,甲苯基和苯基。
R′基的例子是氢原子,甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基,正丁基、仲丁基、异丁基和叔丁基,尤其是甲基和乙基。
下标数a优选平均值0.3-2.0,尤其是0.5-1.8。
下标数b优选平均值0.2-1.5,尤其是0.3-1.3。
有机聚硅氧烷(C)优选以类似树脂的方式分支交联,因此a+b之和优选值为1.5-1.9。
有机聚硅氧烷(C)优选25℃为液体,优选其粘度为0.5-3000mPa.s,特别是1-500mPa.s,尤其是2-200mPa.s(25℃)。
具体地说,有机聚硅氧烷(C)有式(II)通式:
[(RSiO3/2)c(R2SiO)d(RSiO(OR′))e
(R2SiO1/2(OR′))f(RSiO(OH))g(R2SiO1/2(OH)h]i
(II)其中
c值为0.5-0.9,
d值为0-0.3,
e+f+g+h之和为0.1-0.4,
i值为2-100,尤其是3-40,
R和R′与上面之定义相同。
特别优选的有机聚硅氧烷(C)是由甲基三氯硅烷或苯基三氯硅烷,在水中与甲醇或乙醇反应而获得之产物,例如下述经验式的那些:
CH3Si(OC2H5)0.8O1.1 或
C6H5Si(OC2H5)0.72O1.14
由于上述制备方法,可使该有机聚硅氧烷(c)含有甲基三甲氧基硅烷和甲基三乙氧基硅烷之类的有机硅烷,但优选不超过30%(重量),尤其不超过10%(重量)。
以熟石膏(A)为100重量份计,优选所用有机聚硅氧烷(C)之重量份数为0.1-8,尤其是0.3-5。
该防水石膏组合物,也可以进一步含有无羟基和/或烷氧基键合于硅原子上的其它有机聚硅氧烷。以有机聚硅氧烷(C)为100重量份计,优选其它有机聚硅氧烷之量,最多30重量份,尤其是最多10重量份。
该防水石膏组合物,可以含有有助于成型石膏制品生产,或改进成型石膏制品性能的其它添加剂(D)。这些添加剂例如是二氧化硅、珍珠岩和纤维素纤维之类的填充剂,玻璃纤维及玻璃无纺布之类的加固剂、硫酸钾和硫酸铝之类的促凝剂,蛋白质或酒石酸之类的阻滞剂,有机磺酸酯或有机硫酸酯之类的气孔形成剂、磺酸化木质素等石膏浆液的增塑剂,以及淀粉和纸浆等纸板偶联剂。
以熟石膏(A)重量为100份计,优选添加剂(D)之重量份数最多25份,尤其是最多15份。
本发明也提供石膏的防水处理方法,包括:
(A)100重量份熟石膏,与(B)0.05-50重量份碱金属和/或碱土金属的氧化物和/或氢氧化物,与(C)0.05-20重量份带有与硅原子键合的羟基和/或烷氧基的有机聚硅氧烷相混合。
在成型制品制膜前,将氧化物或氢氧化物(B),有机聚硅氧烷(C),假入需要,还有添加剂D,加入到石膏中,可以按任何顺序将这些成份在此处混合。
氧化物和/或氢氧化物(B)及有机聚硅氧烷(C),可以各自以粉末或水溶液、悬浮液、乳液的形成加入。氧化物和/或氢氧化物(B)及有机聚硅氧烷(C),可以与干石膏,或与水和石膏的浆液混合。也可以将氧化物和/或氢氧化物(B)先与有机聚硅氧烷(C)混合,随后再加入石膏(A)中。还可以先将氧化物和/或氢氧化物(B)与石膏(A)混合,然后再与有机聚硅氧烷(C)混合。
假如有机聚硅氧烷(C)以乳剂使用,则采用本身已知的乳化剂。
特别适宜的阴离子乳化剂是
1、烷基硫酸酯,特别是链长为8-18个碳原子的烷基硫酸酯,其疏水基中有8-18个碳原子,并含有1-40个亚乙基氧(EO)或亚丙基氧(PO)单元的烷基和烷芳基醚硫酸酯。
2、磺酸酯,特别是有8-18个碳原子的烷基磺酸酯,有8-18个碳原子的烷芳基磺酸酯,氨基乙磺酸酐(taurides)、磺基琥珀酸与单羟醇或4-15个碳原子的烷基酚形成的酯或半酯,假如需要,上述醇或烷基酚也可以被乙氧基化,使其具1-40个EO单元。
3、其烷基、芳基、烷芳基或芳烷基中含8-20碳原子的羧酸的碱金属盐和铵盐。
4、部分酯化的磷酸及其碱金属盐和铵盐,特别是有机基中含8-20个碳原子的烷基和烷芳基磷酸酯,是其烷基或烷芳基中含8-20个碳原子,并含有1-40个EO单元的烷基醚或烷芳基醚磷酸酯。
特别适宜的非离子乳剂是:
5、仍含有5-50%(优选8-20%)乙酸乙烯酯单元,其聚合度500-3000的聚乙烯醇。
6、烷基聚乙二醇醚,优选含8-40个EO单元及8-20个碳原子之烷基的烷基聚乙二醇醚。
7、烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚,优选含8-40个EO单元,且其烷基和芳基中含8-20个碳原子的烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚。
8、亚乙基氧/亚丙基氧(EO/PO)嵌段共聚物,优选有8-40个EO单元或PO单元之嵌段共聚物。
9、6-24个碳原子的脂肪酸。
10、天然材料及其衍生物,例如卵磷酯、羊毛脂、皂角苷、纤维素,其烷基均多至4个碳原子的纤维素烷基醚、和羧烷基纤维素。
11、含极性基团的直链有机(聚)硅氧烷,尤其是含有多至24个碳原子和/或多至40个EO和/或PO基之烷氧基的该有机(聚)硅氧烷。
特别适宜的阳离子乳化剂是:
12、有8-24个碳原子的伯、仲、叔脂肪基胺与乙酸、硫酸、盐酸和磷酸形成的盐。
13、季烷基铵和烷基苯铵盐,特别是有6-24个碳原子的烷基的季铵盐,尤其是其卤化物盐,硫酸盐,磷酸盐及乙酸盐。
14、烷基吡啶鎓,烷基咪唑鎓,和烷基噁唑鎓盐,特别是其烷基链有多至18个碳原子的上述鎓盐,尤其是其卤化物盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐和乙酸盐。
特别适宜的两性乳化剂是:
15、长链经取代的氨基酸,例如N-烷基二(氨基乙基)甘氨酸或N-烷基-2-氨基丙酸盐。
16、内铵盐,例如有C8-C18酰基的N-(3-酰氨基丙基-N,N-二甲基铵盐,和烷基咪唑鎓内铵盐。
优选乳化剂是非离子乳剂,特别是上面第5所述聚乙烯醇。特别优选的聚乙烯醇是仍含5-20%(尤其是10-15%)乙酸乙烯酯单元,优选聚合度为500-3000(尤其是1200-2000)的聚乙烯醇。有机聚硅氧烷(C)水乳液优选含30-95%(重量)水,尤其是35-70%(重量)、特别是45-60%(重量)水。乳化剂的量可占有机聚硅氧烷(C)重量的0.1-15%,优选2-10%(重量)。
优选实施方案中,由水、乳化剂和有机聚硅氧烷(C)制成泡沫胶,将该泡沫胶加入水、熟石膏(A)、氧化物和/或氢氧化物(B),假如需要,还有添加剂(D)形成的浆液中。所得的混合物可用于生产有孔成型石膏制品。
假如需要,有机聚硅氧烷可以分散于水中,也可含有纸浆,随后将之与熟石膏(A)和氧化物和/或氢氧化物(B)混合,或与(A)和(B)(假如需要也含D)的水浆液混合。
另一优选实施方案中,将水和有机聚硅氧烷(C)混合,假如需要,同时与添加剂(D)一起混合,混合是在有湍流的长管中进行的,随后将该混合物加入熟石膏(A)和氧化物和/或氢氧化物(B)中。
除非另有说明,下述实施例中:
(a)所有量均指重量,
(b)所有压力是0.10MPa(abs),
(c)所有温度是25℃。
实施例生产试验样品:
由如表I所示X重量份熟石膏(CaSO4.1/2H2O)、80重量份水、Y重量份氢氧化钙粉,及Z重量份任何其它成分,配制石膏浆液,并随后将其倾入环形模具中,形成直径85mm和厚度6mm的试验样品。60分钟后,从模具中移出固化的实验样品,并于40℃通风炉中干燥24小时。吸水率(根据DIN18180测定):
将试验样品按水平位置浸入23℃水中,要使试验品表面上方之水有50mm深。水平放置2小时后,从水中取出实验样品,除去粘附于表面的水,称重,测定所增加的质量。吸水率以%(质量)计,列入表I中有机聚硅氧烷(C):
所用为由下述经验式所制得的液态有机聚硅氧烷,
CH3Si(OC2H5)0.8O1.1其粘度为21mPa.s(25℃)。有机聚硅氧烷乳液的组成:
由240重量份上述有机聚硅氧烷,120重量份10%(重量)浓度的聚乙烯醇水溶液(该聚乙烯醇仍含有12%乙酸乙烯酯单元,且其聚合度为1600),以及120重量份去离子水。

实施例10
100重量份上述有机聚硅氧烷和40重量份氢氧化钙相混合,作为4重量份混合物加入到100重量份熟石膏(plaster of Paris)和80重量份水中,如上所述,用此浆液浇铸试验样品,并进行干燥。根据DIN18180测得其吸水率为3.1%。
实施例11
以99重量份熟石膏(plaster of Paris),1重量份氢氧化钠,80重量份水和1重量份上述有机聚硅氧烷乳液的混合物,如上所述浇铸试验样品并进行干燥。根据DIN18180所测吸水率为3.6%。
实施例12
由98重量份熟石膏(plaster of Paris)、2重量份氢氧化钠、80重量份水和3重量份上述有机聚硅氧烷乳液的混合物,如上所述,浇铸试验样品,并进行干燥。根据DIN18180测得其吸水率为3.4%。
实施例13(非本发明方法)
由90重量份熟石膏(plaster of Paris)、10重量份氢氧化钙、80重量份水和2重量份粘度为95mPa.s的直链聚二甲基硅氧烷油状物的混合物,如上所述浇铸试验样品,并进行干燥。根据DIN18180测得其吸水率为47.9%。
实施例14(非本发明方法)
重复实施例13,不同之处是只用0.5重量份直链聚二甲基硅氧烷油。根据DIN18180测得其吸水率为47.9%。
实施例15
将30重量份水,0.1重量份醚硫酸酯(商品名ZeliquidR LP 2,产自HoechstAG德国),和2重量份上述有机聚硅氧烷,在泡沫发生器中以1200转/分进行混合。将所得泡沫胶再与含90重量份熟石膏(plaster of Paris)、10重量份氢氧化钙、和50重量份水的石膏浆液混合。然后如上所述浇铸试验样品,并进行干燥。根据DIN18180测得其吸水率为2.9%。
Claims (7)
1、含下述成份的防水石膏组合物:
(A)100重量份熟石膏,
(B)0.05-50重量份碱金属的,和/或碱土金属的氧化物和/或氢氧化物,
(C)0.05-20重量份含键合于硅原子上的羟基和/或烷氧基的有机聚硅氧烷。
2、根据权利要求1的防水石膏组合物,其中CaO,MgO,Ca(OH)、Mg(OH)2和NaOH作为碱金属的,和/或碱土金属的氧化物和/或氢氧化物(B)使用。
3、根据权利要求1或2的防水石膏组合物,其中,以熟石膏(A)之重量为100份计,氧化物和/或氢氧化物(B)之重量为0.1-35重量份。
4、根据权利要求1-3的防水石膏组合物,其中有机聚硅氧烷(C)由通式(I)之单元组成,Ra(OR′)bSiO(4-a-b)/2 (I)其中,
R相同或不同的,是未取代的或经卤素取代的C1-C18烃基,
R′是相同或不同C1-C4烷基,或氢原子,
a是0,1,2或3,其平均值为0.1-2.5,
b是0,1,2,3或4,其平均值0.1-3.5。
5、根据权利要求1-4的防水石膏组合物,其中,以熟石膏(A)之重量为100份计,所用有机聚硅氧烷(C)之重量为0.1-8份。
6、石膏的防水处理方法,其中(A)100重量份熟石膏与(B)0.05-50重量份碱金属和/或碱土金属的氧化物和/或氢氧化物,并与(C)0.05-20重量份含有键合于硅原子上的羟基和/或烷氧基的有机聚硅氧烷混合。
7、根据权利要求6的方法,其中有机聚硅氧烷(C)以乳液使用。
