In the normal process of processing tobacco into cut tobacco, the selenium-containing organic acid solution is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the cut tobacco, and after the solvent is completely volatilized, the selenium-containing organic acid with the amount of 0.0001 microgram-10000 microgram is deposited and doped on the surface of the cut tobacco of one cigarette, wherein the tobacco comprises but is not limited to flue-cured tobacco, dark-color sun-cured tobacco, light-color sun-cured tobacco, burley tobacco, aromatic tobacco, cigar, open-fire flue-cured tobacco, local tobacco, cigarette and the like. The product containing the tobacco shred with the selenium-containing organic acid sprayed and doped on the surface comprises a cigarette smoking product containing the tobacco shred and a heating non-burning smoking set containing the tobacco shred.

0.0001 g of L-selenomethylselenocysteine, 0.0001 g of 3- (methylseleno) -L-alanine, 0.0001 g of selenocysteine, 0.0001 g of methylselenocysteine, 0.0001 g of selenium-phenyl-L-selenocysteine, 0.0001 g of D-selenomethionine, 0.0001 g of DL-selenomethionine, 0.0001 g of methylselenic acid and 0.0002 g of seleno-diacetic acid are sequentially added to a mixed solvent containing 99 g of ethanol and 0.999 g of ethylene glycol to form 100 g of a solution containing 0.001% of a selenium-containing organic acid, and the solution is loaded into a spray gun. 2. A tobacco shred with selenium-containing organic acid sprayed and doped on the surface of the tobacco shred, wherein the tobacco shred is contained in the tobacco shred according to claim 1.
