Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological preparation, and particularly relates to bead blasting particles and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the production of the bead blasting particles adopts colloid coat, essence is arranged in the colloid coat, and then the colloid coat is cooled, dripped, dried and finally packaged.
Application publication number, CN106666822A, discloses a bead blasting for tobacco and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following steps: and (3) preparing a bead blasting rubber shell material: 10 parts of water, 1-2 parts of gelatin, 1-2 parts of Arabic gum, 0.2-1 part of modified starch, 0.5-2 parts of chitosan and 0.1-0.5 part of sodium alginate, mixing, heating and melting, and continuously stirring in the heating process to obtain a shell glue solution; mixing 1-2 parts of essence and 5-10 parts of light liquid paraffin to obtain a core material glue solution; in concentric circle dripping equipment, introducing core material glue solution from an inner layer, introducing shell material glue solution from an outer layer, and allowing the formed concentric flow column to flow into cooling liquid, so that liquid drops shrink into pills under the action of surface tension to obtain preliminarily formed wet pills; the wet pills after preliminary forming are calcified, dyed, absorbed with oil and dried to obtain the finished product.
The popping beads prepared by the formula and the method have poor taste, high breakage rate and deformation rate and inconvenient preparation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of poor taste and inconvenient preparation of the popping beads in the prior art, and provides popping bead particles and a preparation method thereof to solve the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the bead blasting granule comprises, by weight, 0.5-2% of sodium alginate, 0.1-0.5% of carrageenan, 1-3% of pectin, 8-15% of agar, 1-3% of xanthan gum, 0.5-2% of glycerol, 0.1-3% of essence, 0.01-0.05% of vegetable essential oil, 0.5-1% of mint juice or 0.05-0.15% of mint oil, 5-15% of caprylic/capric glyceride, and the balance of purified water.
A method of preparing an exploded bead particle comprising: step 1) preparing a base material; step 2) preparing auxiliary materials; step 3), preparing and forming; step 4), drying and screening; and 5) quantitatively packaging.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: step 1) preparing a base material, heating a purified book to 70-75 ℃, adding sodium alginate, carrageenan, pectin, agar, xanthan gum and glycerol into water according to a proportion, uniformly stirring and dissolving, and maintaining the temperature to be at least 70 ℃;
step 2), preparing auxiliary materials, mixing the essence, the plant essential oil, the mint juice or oil and the caprylic/capric glyceride, and uniformly stirring;
step 3), preparing and forming, namely respectively putting the base material and the auxiliary material into corresponding raw material tanks, and carrying out dripping to prepare granules; the feeding ratio of the base material to the auxiliary material is 8-15: 1; in the dripping device, a cooling medium is connected with a high-speed cutting pipe through an electromagnetic valve, and the flow ratio of the cooling medium in the cutting pipe to the material in unit time is 2-3: 1; in the cooling column, a cooling medium is connected with the middle-layer column, and the flow ratio of the cooling medium to the material in the middle-layer column in unit time is 10-15: 1; the initial temperature of the cooling medium is lower than 4 ℃, and the temperature of the formed particles after draining is lower than 5 ℃;
step 4), drying and screening, namely drying by using a roller cage dryer through cold air, wherein the temperature of a drying chamber is lower than 16 ℃, and drying is carried out until the water content is less than 15%; broken particles are removed through a mesh screen and a vibrating screen in sequence.
Step 5), quantitatively packaging, namely flatly paving the bead blasting particles on a subpackaging table, and manually carrying out secondary screening; then spread all over the quantitative container, and package.
Further, the plant essential oil is prepared by supercritical extraction of a single plant essential oil or a mixture of plant essential oils, preferably flowers of plants.
The popping bead prepared by the method has good taste, good cooling effect and high efficiency in the production process, is convenient to screen and package, and effectively solves the technical problem in the prior art.

The shape enclosed by the ring of baffles 16 is preferably circular and rectangular; where the error of the circle is minimal.
Example 6, comparative prior art blasting beads with the blasting beads prepared in the present application, experimental groups were examples 1 and 2, see table 1.
TABLE 1
|
10 mean demographics score | Profit margin | Production efficiency | |
Experimental group | Less than 3 percent | 97.5 | 31% | 28-31 ten thousand grains/8 hours |
Control group | 5-9% | 93.3 | 29% | 4-28 ten thousand grains/8 hours |
As can be seen from Table 1, the breakage rate of the present application
The cooling is fast enough to be obviously lower than the prior art, and the colloid component is fast solidified; the mouthfeel score increased by about 4 percentage points; the profit is increased by 2 percent, and under the condition that the material cost is approximately the same, the profit is improved by improving the efficiency and reducing the breakage rate; because the cooling speed is higher in the process of saving the labor, the production can be carried out quickly, and the production efficiency is improved.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited thereto, and that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
