After the descaling mechanism 1 works for a period of time, the scales of the fish in the descaling mechanism 1 are removed completely, a first period of duration after the electric cylinder 11 is opened is arranged on the PLC, the fish after the descaling is discharged from a discharge hole of the descaling mechanism 1 under the action of a descaling roller in the period of time, and after the period of time is over, the PLC controls the electric cylinder 11 to be started again to drive the baffle door 12 to block the discharge hole of the descaling mechanism 1; and (3) setting the time from the closing of the baffle door 12 by the electric cylinder 11 to the next opening of the baffle door 12 on the PLC, adding the fish to be descaled into the descaling mechanism 1 from the feeding hopper 3 through the conveying device in the time, and carrying out descaling treatment on the fish added into the descaling mechanism 1 by the descaling rollers in the cycle setting. This eliminates the need for manual opening and closing of flapper door 12, further reducing labor intensity and labor costs for personnel.
The PLC controls the electromagnetic valve and the electric cylinder 11 through an intermediate relay and an alternating current contactor.
A material guide chute 16 is arranged below the discharge port of the descaling mechanism 1 and can guide the fish discharged from the discharge port of the descaling mechanism 1 into the storage device.
The advantages of the second embodiment over the first embodiment are: an annular water tank 13 is arranged on the outer wall of the upper end of the water tank 5, when the water tank 5 is cylindrical, the annular water tank 13 is circular, and when the water tank 5 is cuboid, the annular water tank 13 is in a shape of Chinese character 'hui'; the bottom wall of the annular water tank 13 is provided with the water outlet 1301, the water outlet 1301 is provided with the water outlet joint 14, the water outlet joint 14 is connected with the water outlet pipe 15, the water outlet pipe 15 conveys water entering from the water outlet joint 14 to the descaling mechanism 1, and the arrangement is such that when the floating ball switch 9 fails to cause the water supply of the tap water pipe ceaselessly to the water tank 5 through the water supply pipe 8, the water overflowing from the upper end of the water tank 5 enters the annular water tank 13 and then enters the descaling mechanism 1 through the water outlet pipe 15, and the descaling mechanism 1 can be prevented from being damaged by the water overflowing from the upper end of the water tank 5.
The rack 2, the support rod 4, the water tank 5 and the annular water tank 13 are all made of stainless steel materials, the water tank is used in a water environment, the stainless steel materials can improve the water corrosion resistance of the water tank, and the service life of the water tank is longer
The use method comprises the following steps:
s1, tap water is stored in a water tank, a valve is opened, the tap water in the water tank enters a descaling mechanism through a water outlet pipe, and fish scales removed by a descaling roller are flushed out through a fish scale outlet of the descaling mechanism;
s2, after the descaling mechanism works for a period of time, the scales of the fish in the descaling mechanism are removed completely, a first period of duration after the electric cylinder is opened is set on the PLC, the fish after descaling is discharged from a discharge hole of the descaling mechanism under the action of the descaling roller in the period of time, and after the period of time is over, the PLC controls the electric cylinder to be started again to drive the baffle door to block the discharge hole of the descaling mechanism;
s3, setting the time from the closing of the baffle door by the electric cylinder to the next opening of the baffle door on the PLC, adding the fish to be descaled into the descaling mechanism through the feeding hopper by the conveying device in the time, and descaling the fish added into the descaling mechanism by the descaling roller;
s4: after the fish scales are removed, the fish scales enter the feeding cavity through the fish scale discharging port, the fish scales are conveyed to the liquid removing cavity through the feeding cavity, then liquid nitrogen is sprayed to the cooling reaction area through the cooling sprayer by the cooling liquid tank, the fish scales are quickly frozen, after the fish scales are quickly cooked and frozen, the cooling reaction area is driven to rotate by the rolling mechanism, frozen fish scale mucus falls off through centrifugal force, the fallen fish scale mucus is discharged outwards from the liquid outlet channel B214, then the material discharging cavity B3 is opened, and the fish scales with the mucus falling off are discharged from the material discharging cavity B3.

a discharge hole is formed in the outer side wall of the descaling mechanism (1), a feeding funnel (3) is arranged at the upper end of the descaling mechanism (1), a support rod (4) is arranged on the rack (2), a water tank (5) is installed on the support rod (4), the water tank (5) is located right above the feeding funnel (3), a descaling roller (17) is further arranged below the feeding funnel (3), a water outlet pipe (6) communicated with the inside of the water tank (5) is arranged on the bottom wall of the water tank (5), the water outlet pipe (6) is vertically arranged, the water outlet pipe (6) is located right above the feeding funnel (3), and a valve (7) is arranged on the water outlet pipe (6); a water replenishing pipe (8) is arranged on the water tank (5), the water replenishing pipe (8) is connected with a tap water pipe, a floating ball switch (9) is arranged on the water replenishing pipe (8), a floating ball of the floating ball switch (9) is arranged in the water tank (5), a fish scale discharging port (18) is further arranged below the descaling mechanism (1), and the fish scale discharging port (18) is in conduction connection with the feeding cavity (B1);
an electric cylinder (11) is arranged on the outer side wall of the descaling mechanism (1), the electric cylinder (11) is vertically arranged, an extension rod of the electric cylinder extends from top to bottom, the electric cylinder (11) is positioned right above a discharge port of the descaling mechanism (1), a baffle door (12) is arranged at the discharge port of the descaling mechanism (1), and the top end of the extension rod of the electric cylinder (11) is fixedly connected with the baffle door (12);
the descaling mechanism (1) is provided with a control box (10), a PLC (programmable logic controller) is arranged in the control box (10), and the electric cylinder (11) is electrically connected with the PLC;
an annular water tank (13) is arranged on the outer wall of the upper end of the water tank (5), a water outlet (1301) is arranged on the bottom wall of the annular water tank (13), a sewer pipe joint (14) is arranged at the position of the water outlet (1301), the sewer pipe joint (14) is connected with a sewer pipe (15), and the sewer pipe (15) conveys water entering from the sewer pipe joint (14) to the descaling mechanism (1);
the valve (7) is a manual throttle valve;
the valve (7) is an electromagnetic valve, and the valve (7) is electrically connected with the PLC;
the liquid stored in the cooling liquid tank (B212) is liquid nitrogen.
2. Use of a fish scale detangling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
s1, storing tap water in a water tank (5), opening a valve (7), enabling the tap water in the water tank (5) to enter a descaling mechanism (1) through a water outlet pipe (6), and flushing scales removed by a descaling roller (17) out of a scale discharging port (18) of the descaling mechanism (1);
s2, after the descaling mechanism (1) works for a period of time, the scales of the fish in the descaling mechanism (1) are removed completely, a first period of duration after the electric cylinder (11) is opened is arranged on the PLC, the descaled fish is discharged from a discharge hole of the descaling mechanism (1) under the action of the descaling roller (17) in the period of time, and the PLC controls the electric cylinder (11) to be started again after the period of time is over, so that the baffle door (12) is driven to block the discharge hole of the descaling mechanism (1);
s3, setting the time from the closing of the baffle door (12) by the electric cylinder (11) to the next opening of the baffle door (12) on the PLC, adding the fish to be descaled into the descaling mechanism (1) through the feeding hopper (3) by the conveying device in the time, and descaling the fish added into the descaling mechanism (1) by the descaling roller;
s4: after fish scales are removed, the fish scales enter the feeding cavity (B1) through the fish scale discharging port, the fish scales are conveyed to the liquid removing cavity (B2) through the feeding cavity (B1), then liquid nitrogen is sprayed to the cooling reaction area (B213) through the cooling sprayer (B211) by the cooling liquid tank (B212), the fish scales are quickly frozen, after the fish scales are quickly frozen, the cooling reaction area (B213) is driven to rotate by the rolling mechanism (B22), frozen fish scale mucus falls off through centrifugal force, the fallen fish scale mucus is outwards discharged from the liquid outlet channel (B214), then the material outlet cavity (B3) is opened, and the fish scales with the mucus falling off are discharged from the material outlet cavity (B3).
