Description
RELATED APPLICATIONS
The application is a divisional application of a Chinese patent application with the application date of 2018, 02/02 and the application number of 201810108442.6.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a pesticide composition and application thereof.
Background
The corn grows slowly in the early stage and has large field gaps, thereby being greatly beneficial to the generation of weeds. Weeds in the spring corn field begin to grow from the sowing of the corn and almost synchronously grow with the corn. The sowing time of summer corn is generally in the middle of 6 months, the air temperature is high, the corn and weeds grow faster, and the weeds are concentrated when the soil moisture content is good. The weeds in the corn field are related to various factors, and the weeds can be accelerated if irrigation or rainfall occurs, so that the weeds are easy to form on the wasteland. The corn seedling stage is seriously damaged by weeds, and the yield and the quality of corn are seriously influenced, so that the weeds in the corn field are controlled in two key stages of pre-emergence and early post-emergence after sowing.
The existing weed control pesticide has low utilization rate and poor control effect, and simultaneously, aiming at different weeds, different pesticides are required to be used, so that the cost is high, the environmental pollution is caused, and the herbicide resistance is easy to generate by continuously using the herbicide with a single active ingredient, so that the technical problem to be solved is needed at present.

Test example 1
The control effects of the pesticide compositions of examples 1 to 15 and comparative examples 1 to 10 on weeds are tested in a corn planting field, the test area is carried out in a farmer field in Xuanhua county of Zhangkou city in Hebei province, the test soil is loam, the fertility is moderate, the conventional management is carried out, the test corn variety is Nongda 108, most seedlings are in 4-6 leaf stage, and the weeds are mostly in 3-5 leaf stage.
The method comprises the following specific steps: the pesticide compositions of examples 1-15 and comparative examples 1-10 were spray applied in different growing areas. The application amount of the pesticide composition is 24 g.a.i/mu, the area of a planting area of each pesticide composition is 25 square meters, the pesticide composition is diluted 3000 times by water when being applied, the water is used for replacing the pesticide composition to be used as blank treatment, and other planting conditions of various planting areas are completely the same except that the pesticide composition is applied according to the scheme. 30 days after the pesticide composition is applied, the weeds in the planting area are identified and counted, the control effect is calculated according to the formula (A), and the result is shown in the table 1:
TABLE 1
Note: the blank control group provided reference data for each treatment area, and thus had no control effect data.
As can be seen from Table 1, the composition of the invention adopts a scheme of compounding two active ingredients, the biological activity and the control effect are not simple addition of the activities of the components, and compared with a preparation with a single ingredient, the composition has obvious control effect and also has obvious synergistic action. Therefore, the dosage can be reduced, the cost is reduced, and the pollution of pesticide residue to the environment is reduced. Meanwhile, two active components in the pesticide composition are combined and used according to a specific proportion, so that multiple field weeds can be simultaneously controlled, and compared with single-component topramezone, ametryn, foramsulfuron, benzobicyclon, amicarbazone, bromoxynil octanoate and topramezone, the pesticide composition has an obvious synergistic effect and low dosage, the generation of drug resistance of the weeds is delayed, and the cost is saved. The pesticide composition is suitable for preventing and controlling weeds in corn fields, has good safety and plays a positive role in protecting the ecological environment.
As can be seen from the test effect data of the examples, the pesticide composition of the present invention has a weight ratio of the two active ingredients within a preferred range, and when a preferred second active ingredient is selected to be compounded with the first active ingredient or a preferred formulation is selected, a better control effect can be obtained, and specifically, the weight ratio of the two active ingredients in the pesticide compositions of examples 1,2, 4 and 6 is within a most preferred weight ratio of 1: (0.2-20), and the formulation is a preferred formulation-suspending agent, and the second active ingredient in the pesticidal composition belongs to one of the preferred "ametryn, foramsulfuron, amicarbazone and bromoxynil octanoate", so that the control effect of the pesticidal compositions of examples 1,2, 4 and 6 is optimal; secondly, the formulations of examples 3,5, 14 and 15 are in the form of suspensions, the weight ratio of the two active ingredients being in the most preferred weight ratio 1: (0.2-20), but the second active ingredient formulated with the first active ingredient is not the most preferable species, so that the pesticidal compositions of examples 3,5, 14 and 15 have slightly poorer controlling effects than the pesticidal compositions of examples 1,2, 4 and 6; again, the weight ratio of the two active ingredients in the pesticide composition of examples 7-9 is in the most preferred weight ratio of 1: (0.2 to 20) but the formulation is not a suspending agent, so that the pesticidal compositions of examples 7 to 9 are inferior in controlling effect to those of examples 3,5, 14 and 15; again, the weight ratio of the two active ingredients in examples 10, 11 is in the more preferred weight ratio 1: (0.02 to 50), the formulation is not a suspending agent, so that the control effect of the pesticide compositions of examples 10 and 11 is inferior to that of the pesticide compositions of examples 7 to 9; finally, the weight ratio of the two active ingredients in the pesticidal compositions of examples 12, 13 was in the general range 1: (0.01-90), the formulation is not a suspending agent, so the control effect of the pesticide composition of examples 12 and 13 is inferior to that of examples 10 and 11.
The pesticide composition can be used by a conventional method, for example, the pesticide composition can be directly scattered in the field or sprayed, and preferably, the pesticide composition can be diluted and sprayed to enable the pesticide composition to have higher utilization rate and better control effect after application.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
