However, the decorative portion 17a shields a gap between the lower horizontal portion 9a on the upper side in the lower kick plate base 9 and the upper horizontal portion 12a on the lower side in the upper kick plate base 12 from the inside of the car 2.
Therefore, the horizontal flow of the air is blocked by the decorative portion 17 a. As a result, the air flows upward. Then, the air flows toward the inside of the car 2 through the gap between the kick plate body 13 and the side wall 5.
According to embodiment 1 described above, the upper kick plate base 12 is fixed to the lower kick plate base 9 and the side wall 5 from the inside of the car 2. The skirting board main body 13 is inserted into the clamp 10 from the inside of the car 2. At this time, the skirting board body 13 forms a ventilation path of a labyrinth structure together with the lower skirting board seat 9 and the upper skirting board seat 12. In the labyrinth structure, the distance of the ventilation path can be extended. As a result, the side wall 5 can be easily attached while maintaining the sound insulation performance.
The plurality of spacers 11 are arranged in a horizontal direction on the upper surface of the upper lower horizontal portion 9a of the lower kick plate base 9. Therefore, a gap for ventilation can be easily formed between the lower horizontal portion 9a on the upper side in the lower kick plate base 9 and the upper horizontal portion 12a on the lower side in the upper kick plate base 12.
Further, in the decorative plate 17, the abutting portion 17b abuts against the lower hanging portion 9b of the lower skirt plate holder 9 when the insertion portion 16b is inserted into the plurality of clips 10. Therefore, the sound flowing into the car from the plurality of clip mounting holes can be reduced.
