Abstract

the total area of the air inlet holes 51 and the total area of the vent holes 52 are not smaller than the effective area specified by the relevant standard (national standard, industry standard or international standard).
Preferably, there are a plurality of air inlet holes 51;
the vent hole 52 is plural in number.
Preferably, the air inlet holes 51 and the air outlet holes 52 can be any shape such as square holes, round holes, etc.

Claims (17)
1. An elevator car wall structure is characterized by comprising a car wall plate (1), a skirting board (2) and a sealing plate (3);
the skirting board (2) comprises a skirting upper transverse surface (21) and a skirting vertical surface (22) which are connected together;
the outer end of the upper skirting transverse surface (21) is connected with the upper end of the vertical skirting surface (22);
the car wall plate (1) comprises a car wall vertical surface (11) and a car wall lower transverse folding surface (12);
the inner end of the car wall lower transverse folding surface (12) is connected with the lower end of the car wall vertical surface (11);
the lower cross folding surface (12) of the car wall is attached to the upper cross surface (21) of the skirting;
the lower end of the sealing plate (3) is hermetically connected with the lower cross-folding surface (12) of the car wall, and the upper end, the front end and the rear end of the sealing plate are hermetically connected with the vertical surface (11) of the car wall, so that the sealing plate (3), the vertical surface (11) of the car wall and the lower cross-folding surface (12) of the car wall jointly enclose a noise elimination air duct;
an air inlet hole (51) is formed in the front of the sealing plate (3);
a ventilation hole (52) is formed on the car wall lower transverse folding surface (12) and the kick upper transverse surface (21) which are attached and installed together at the rear part of the sealing plate (3);
the lower end of a skirting vertical surface (22) of the skirting board (2) is used for abutting against the bottom plate of the elevator car.
2. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 1,
at least one acoustic cavity partition sheet (8) is assembled on the sealing plate (3);
the sound cavity dividing sheet (8) is used for dividing the silencing air channel into a plurality of sub sound cavities and eliminating the sound cavity mode of 200-400Hz of the silencing air channel.
3. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 2,
the acoustic cavity dividing sheet (8) can move up and down or back and forth on the sealing plate.
4. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 2,
the sealing plate is provided with a guide positioning groove;
the acoustic cavity partition plate (8) is detachably fitted to a selected position of the guide positioning groove through a positioning rod.
5. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 1,
and a sound absorption material (9) is adhered to the side surface of the air channel of the sealing plate (3), the vertical surface (11) or the lower transverse surface (12) of the car wall, which form the silencing air channel.
6. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 5,
the sound absorption material (9) adopts sound absorption cotton.
7. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 5,
and sound-absorbing wedges are formed on the non-attaching surface of the sound-absorbing material (9).
8. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 7,
the sound-absorbing wedge is triangular or conical in shape.
9. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 8,
sound absorption materials (9) are arranged on two opposite sides of the silencing air channel, and sound absorption wedges of the sound absorption materials (9) arranged on the two opposite sides are staggered with each other.
10. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 1,
the section of the sealing plate (3) is in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', and the sealing plate is divided into a sealing plate upper transverse folding surface (31), a sealing plate vertical surface (32) and a sealing plate lower transverse folding surface (33);
the lower transverse folding surface (33) of the sealing plate is attached to the lower transverse folding surface (12) of the car wall, so that the lower transverse folding surface (33) of the sealing plate is connected with the lower transverse folding surface (12) of the car wall in a sealing manner;
the upper transverse folding surface (31) and the vertical surface (32) of the sealing plate are hermetically connected with the vertical surface (11) of the car wall.
11. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 1,
the lower end of the sealing plate (3) is connected with the lower transverse folding surface (12) of the car wall in a welding or sticking sealing mode, and the upper end, the front end and the rear end are connected with the vertical surface (11) of the car wall in a welding or sticking sealing mode, so that a silencing air channel is formed by the sealing plate (3), the vertical surface (11) of the car wall and the lower transverse folding surface (12) of the car wall.
12. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 1,
the upper skirting cross surface (21) of the skirting board (2) is used for being buckled with the interior trim buckle plate (6) between the bottom plate of the elevator car;
the vent holes (52) are formed on the car wall lower transverse folding surface (12) and the kick upper transverse surface (21) which are attached and installed together between the interior trim buckle plate (6) and the kick vertical surface (22).
13. The elevator car wall structure of claim 12,
a gap of 0.1-2 mm is formed between the interior gusset plate (6) and the bottom plate of the elevator car.
14. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 1,
the cross section of the skirting board (2) is in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', and the skirting board is divided into a skirting upper transverse plane (21), a skirting vertical plane (22) and a skirting lower transverse plane (23);
the lower skirting cross surface (23) of the skirting board (2) is abutted against the bottom plate of the elevator car;
the interior trim buckle plate (6) is buckled between the upper transverse surface (21) of the skirting and the lower transverse surface (23) of the skirting;
a gap of 0.1 mm-2 mm is formed between the interior trim buckle plate (6) and the lower transverse surface (23) of the skirting.
15. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 1,
the minimum sectional area of the silencing air channel is not smaller than the effective area specified by related national standards, industrial standards or international standards;
the total area of the air inlet holes (51) and the total area of the vent holes (52) are not smaller than the effective area specified by related national standards, industry standards or international standards.
16. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 1,
a plurality of air inlet holes (51) are arranged;
the ventilation hole (52) is provided with a plurality of holes.
17. The elevator car wall structure according to claim 1,
the air inlet hole (51) and the air outlet hole (52) are square holes or round holes.
