When the wireless communication module with low power consumption is used, the communication modules with different working ranges are respectively used according to the signal intensity, the distance and the like, so that the overall power consumption is reduced, the whole transportation process is free from charging, the real-time states of the packing box and goods in the box are monitored, the packing box is controlled to be unloaded at a destination to avoid the loss of the goods, and the charging of the packing box is implemented in the unloading process; and the anti-theft in the transportation process is realized through the electronic tag of the encryption authentication, the authorization of the background terminal and the unlocking mode of the packing box without a lock hole.
In conclusion, the invention realizes convenient, rapid and safe transportation of goods by the background terminal, the packaging box, the turnover box, the vending machine and other equipment and the control method, can effectively trace the source and the transportation flow of the goods, reduce the risks of replacement and loss in the transportation process, and simultaneously can effectively monitor the goods in the transportation process; meanwhile, the energy consumption of data transmission in the transportation process can be effectively reduced, and the size of the battery is further reduced, so that a larger space is reserved for filling goods and the cost is reduced. The practical value of the invention is greatly improved.

s0120, locking, wherein a sensor is arranged on the lock cover, the sensor detects whether the lock cover is locked or not, when the lock cover is not locked, a worker is reminded to lock, and when the lock cover is locked, the packing box enters an alert state;
s0200, in an alert state, the packaging box starts the wireless communication module to communicate and binds with an intranet gateway of a factory, the packaging box communicates with the background terminal through a gateway, and the background terminal detects a distance and a signal strength between the packaging box and the background terminal and determines a data connection mode;

s0300, networking and monitoring, wherein the packaging box performs data transmission in a polling mode through the wireless communication module and the gateway, the packaging box, the background terminal and the gateway form a network, and the background terminal monitors the packaging box;
s0310, energy-saving monitoring, the background terminal communicating with the packing box in a polling mode, the packing box which is not polled is set to be in a deep sleep state, and the packing box is activated from the deep sleep state and communicates with the background terminal when the polling is about to be performed;
s0400, data transfer, namely storing the packaging box into a turnover box, wherein a second electronic tag is arranged on the turnover box, reading the data on the electronic tag on the packaging box by using a long-distance reading and writing device and storing the data on the second electronic tag, the second electronic tag stores the data of a plurality of electronic tags, and the packaging box is unbound with a gateway of a factory when being stored into the turnover box and is ready to be accessed to the gateway on a transport vehicle;

s0810, the vending terminal monitors, the vending machine communicates with the background terminal, and the vending machine sends the position information and the state information of the vending machine and the stored goods information.
