The invention discloses an automobile and a control method thereof, wherein the automobile comprises a high-voltage wire harness, a power supply module, a power utilization module, a detection module, a control module and an alarm module, the high-voltage wire harness is connected with the power supply module and the power utilization module through two connecting ends, the detection module and the alarm module are both connected with the control module, the detection module is used for detecting the temperature of the connecting ends, and/or the detection module is used for detecting the pressure between the connecting ends and the power supply module or the power utilization module, and the control module controls the alarm module to alarm under the condition that the temperature is higher than the preset temperature and/or the pressure is smaller than the preset pressure. According to the scheme, the connecting end of the high-voltage wire harness can be monitored and early-warned, when the connecting end is over-temperature or becomes loose, the control module controls the warning module to warn, the hidden trouble which is not shown temporarily in the automobile can be effectively checked, and the hidden trouble is avoided from being further enlarged to cause high-voltage system faults or safety accidents.

When the connecting end of the high-voltage wire harness 100 of the automobile disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has an over-temperature phenomenon or a loose connection phenomenon, the detection module 400 can transmit a detected temperature signal or pressure signal to the control module 500, and the control module 500 starts the alarm module 600 to alarm; through monitoring and early warning the connecting end of the high-voltage wire harness 100, the hidden trouble that the automobile does not show temporarily can be timely and effectively checked, and the hidden trouble is prevented from further expanding to cause high-voltage system faults or safety accidents.
The alarm module 600 may be an audio alarm, or an alarm lamp or a text alarm displayed on the central control device of the vehicle, and the specific alarm form of the alarm module 600 is not limited in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, the disclosed car further includes a charging module 700, the charging module 700 may be connected to the power supply module 200 through the high voltage wire harness 100, and the charging module 700 charges the power supply module 200.
Specifically, the charging module 700 may include a dc charging module and/or an ac charging module, the dc charging module may be a dc charging port on the vehicle, the ac charging module may be a vehicle-mounted charger on the vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted charger may provide protection when the vehicle is charged with ac power.
Referring to fig. 2, the control module is further configured to send temperature information and/or pressure information to the destination device 800, the destination device 800 may include a terminal device and/or a cloud server, the terminal device may include a vehicle-mounted terminal and/or a central control device, and when the temperature or the pressure at the connection end is abnormal, the temperature information and/or the pressure information may be displayed on the central control device, so that a vehicle owner can visually observe the temperature information and/or the pressure information at the connection end, and the vehicle owner can make an accurate judgment. Certainly, the vehicle-mounted terminal can also send the temperature information and/or the pressure information to the cloud server, and technicians can directly obtain data from the cloud server, so that background operation and maintenance are facilitated.
The high voltage wire harness 100 includes a wire harness body 110 and a connector 120, the connector 120 is connected to an end of the wire harness body 110, and the wire harness body 110 is connectable to the power supply module 200 and the power consumption module 300 through the connector 120, thereby achieving electrical conduction of the power supply module 200 and the power consumption module 300.
The detection module 400 includes a temperature sensing probe 410, the temperature sensing probe 410 is disposed at a connection position of the wire harness body 110 and the connector 120, and the temperature of the connection position of the wire harness body 110 and the connector 120 is detected by the temperature sensing probe 410, so as to reflect the temperature of the connection end of the high voltage wire harness 100.
The high voltage wire harness 100 may further include a threaded connector 130, and the high voltage wire harness 100 may be connected and fixed to the power supply module 200 and the power utilization module 300 through the threaded connector 130, in an alternative embodiment, the threaded connector 130 may be a bolt, a through hole is provided on the connector 120, and the threaded connector 130 passes through the through hole to be in threaded fit with the power supply module 200 or the power utilization module 300.
The detection module 400 includes a pressure sensor 420, and the pressure sensor 420 may be disposed between the threaded connection 130 and the connector 120, and when the threaded connection 130 is loosened, the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 420 becomes small, and thus, the pressure sensor 420 may monitor whether the threaded connection 130 is loosened.
Of course, the pressure sensor 420 may be disposed between the connector 120 and the power module 200 or the power consumption module 300, and when the screw 130 is loosened, the pressure between the connector 120 and the power module 200 or the power consumption module 300 becomes small.
Based on the automobile disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the embodiment of the invention discloses a control method of the automobile, and as shown in fig. 4, the disclosed control method of the automobile comprises the following steps:
s101, detecting the temperature of the connecting end and/or detecting the pressure between the connecting end and the power supply module 200 or the power utilization module 300;
s102, evaluating the fault level of the automobile according to the acquired temperature information and/or pressure information and a preset rating standard;
and S103, starting a processing response corresponding to the fault grade according to the fault grade.
In the above step S102, the fault level may be classified into a serious fault, a moderate fault and a general fault according to the detected temperature and/or pressure, and a ratio of a preset temperature and/or a preset pressure:
when a serious fault occurs, the processing response corresponding to the serious fault may include the alarm module 600 alarming, sending a power limit instruction or sending a power-off instruction, and sending the temperature information and/or the pressure information to the destination device 800;
when a moderate fault occurs, the processing response corresponding to the moderate fault may include the alarm module 600 alarming and sending the temperature information and/or the pressure information to the destination device 800;
when a general fault occurs, it is indicated that a potential risk exists, and the processing response corresponding to the general fault may include the alarm module 600 alarming to remind the owner of the overhaul as soon as possible.

the high-voltage wiring harness (100) is provided with two connecting ends, and the high-voltage wiring harness (100) is respectively connected with the power supply module (200) and the electricity utilization module (300) through the two connecting ends;
the detection module (400) and the alarm module (600) are connected with the control module (500), the detection module (400) is used for detecting the temperature of the connecting end, and/or the detection module (400) is used for detecting the pressure between the connecting end and the power supply module (200) or the power utilization module (300), and the control module (500) controls the alarm module (600) to alarm under the condition that the temperature is higher than the preset temperature and/or the pressure is smaller than the preset pressure.
2. The vehicle of claim 1, further comprising a charging module (700), wherein the charging module (700) is connected to the power supply module (200) via the high voltage wiring harness (100).
3. The automobile of claim 1, wherein the control module (500) is further configured to send temperature information and/or pressure information to a destination device (800), and the destination device (800) comprises a terminal device and/or a cloud server.

The automobile of claim 1, wherein the high voltage wire harness (100) comprises a harness body (110) and a connector (120), the connector (120) is connected to an end of the harness body (110), and the detection module (400) comprises a temperature sensing probe (410), and the temperature sensing probe (410) is provided at a connection of the harness body (110) and the connector (120).
5. The automobile of claim 4, characterized in that the high voltage wire harness (100) further comprises a threaded connection (130), and the connector (120) is connected to the power supply module (200) or the power consuming module (300) through the threaded connection (130).
