Background
The high manganese steel frog is a large casting, and needs to be subjected to water toughening treatment after casting, so that the deformation is large. The frog web needs to be detected before machining to ensure that both sides have machining volume. However, the frog web part has a complex structure, and the existing measuring tool cannot effectively detect the frog web part.
AT present, the processing amount of the rail web in the high manganese steel frog is measured by mainly using a sample plate to lean against the end face of the rail web of the high manganese steel frog or by using an AT rail measuring scale to measure the total thickness of the rail web, and then the processing amount is obtained by calculation. However, because the processing length of the rail web of the high manganese steel frog is about 450mm, and the processing amount of the two sides of the rail web is inconsistent, when the method is used for measuring the processing amount, only the processing amount of the end surface and the total processing amount of the rail web can be measured, and the independent processing amount of the two sides of the rail web cannot be accurately measured.
