Among the existing reheat dehumidification system, the internal unit usually includes dehumidification portion and reheat portion, and the forced draught blower blows indoor air and passes through dehumidification portion and reheat portion in proper order to cool down the dehumidification to indoor air in the dehumidification portion, then heat the indoor air that temperature and humidity reduce in the reheat portion, thereby realize dehumidification and control temperature's effect. In the reheating temperature rise process of the reheating part, the condensation heat of the reheating dehumidification system comprises the condensation heat of the outdoor heat exchanger and the condensation heat of the reheating part, and according to the law of energy conservation, if the condensation heat of the outdoor heat exchanger is reduced, the condensation heat of the reheating part can be increased. Referring to fig. 2, the present invention provides an air conditioning system.
Fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of an air conditioning system, specifically, the air conditioning system is a multi-split system, that is, the air conditioning system includes an outdoor unit 1 and at least two indoor units 2 (two indoor units a and B are shown in the figure, and in other embodiments, indoor units C, D, E and f. Taking an indoor unit a as an example, the indoor unit includes an indoor fan 21, a dehumidification unit 22, and a reheater 23; the outdoor unit comprises an outdoor heat exchanger 11, a four-way valve 12, a compressor 13, a liquid storage tank 14 and a plate heat exchanger 15, wherein an a end of the four-way valve 12 is communicated with the compressor 13, a b end of the four-way valve 12 is communicated with the compressor 13 through the liquid storage tank 14, a c end of the four-way valve 12 is communicated with the dehumidification part 22 of the indoor unit 2, a d end of the four-way valve 12 is communicated with the outdoor heat exchanger 11, and the outdoor heat exchanger 11 is respectively connected to the dehumidification part 22 and the reheater 23 through the plate heat exchanger 15; one end of the compressor 13 communicated with the four-way valve 12 is communicated to the reheater 23. It will be appreciated that the air conditioning system may also include other structures, such as: the electromagnetic valve, the gas-liquid separator, etc. are not described in detail herein.
Further, the indoor unit 2 further includes a first electronic expansion valve 24 connected to the pipe of the reheater 23, and the outlet air temperature of the reheater 23 is adjusted by adjusting the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve 24, so as to increase the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit 2. The outdoor unit 1 further includes a second electronic expansion valve 16 connected to the pipeline of the outdoor heat exchanger 11, and the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 16 is adjusted to adjust the distribution of the refrigerant quantity, so as to reduce the condensation heat dissipation quantity of the outdoor heat exchanger 11, increase the heat dissipation quantity of the reheater 23, and thereby increase the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit 2.
When the air conditioning system starts dehumidification and reheating, the indoor fan 21 blows indoor air to sequentially pass through the dehumidification part 22 and the reheater 23, so that the indoor air blown by the indoor fan 21 is cooled and dehumidified in the dehumidification part 22, and then the cooled and dehumidified indoor air is heated in the reheater 23, thereby achieving dehumidification and temperature control effects.
Based on this, the condensation heat of the air conditioning system includes the condensation heat of the outdoor heat exchanger 11 and the condensation heat of the reheater 23, and since the condensation heat of the reheater 23 can be increased if the condensation heat of the outdoor heat exchanger 11 is decreased according to the law of conservation of energy during heating and warming of the reheater 23.
Based on the air conditioning system of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a flowchart of a first embodiment of a control method of the air conditioning system of the present invention is shown, specifically, the control method of the air conditioning system includes the following steps:
s10, after the air conditioning system starts dehumidification and reheating, obtaining the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature of the air conditioning system;
s20, when the indoor environment temperature is smaller than or equal to a first set temperature, acquiring the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger;
and S30, adjusting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the outdoor environment temperature and the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger.
In this embodiment, the execution main body is an air conditioning system, or may be a control terminal of the air conditioning system, such as a server or a central controller, and the control terminal is connected to the air conditioning system wirelessly or by wire, so as to control the performance of the pressure sensor to execute a corresponding operation.
It is understood that the air conditioning system in the embodiment may be a multi-split system, that is, the multi-split system includes an outdoor unit and at least two indoor units connected to the outdoor unit, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Based on the above embodiment, the air conditioning system includes an outdoor unit and at least two indoor units communicated with the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit includes an outdoor heat exchanger and an outdoor fan, and the indoor units include reheaters. The existing dehumidification reheating temperature control adjusting method generally adjusts the flow through a throttle valve of a reheating part to change the reheating quantity, so as to change the outlet air temperature; in addition, there is also a method of regulating and controlling the outdoor throttle valve, for example, by changing the outdoor flow rate, increasing the reheat partial flow rate and the heat, so as to change the outlet air temperature, but the reheat temperature-increasing effect is still not obvious.
In order to solve the above drawbacks, in the technical solution described in this embodiment, the rotation speed of the outdoor fan of the air conditioning system may be adjusted by obtaining the outdoor ambient temperature and the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, that is, the rotation speed of the outdoor fan is increased, so as to change the condensation heat dissipation of the outdoor heat exchanger, thereby improving and improving the reheating temperature increasing effect of the indoor unit, that is, improving the indoor ambient temperature, so that the indoor ambient temperature reaches the temperature set by the user, and improving the comfort level of the user.
Specifically, after the air conditioning system starts dehumidification and reheating, the indoor ambient temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature of the air conditioning system are obtained first, so that whether the indoor ambient temperature needs to be adjusted or not is judged according to the relation between the indoor ambient temperature and a first set temperature. The first set temperature is a temperature set by a user, and a specific value is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, after the indoor environment temperature is obtained, if the indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the first set temperature, at this time, the indoor environment temperature does not reach the temperature set by the user, that is, the indoor environment temperature can be adjusted by increasing the temperature rise effect of the reheater of the indoor unit. It can be understood that, since the air conditioning system is a multi-split air conditioning system, that is, before obtaining the indoor environment temperature, it is necessary to determine whether the indoor unit corresponding to the indoor environment temperature is started, that is, when the indoor unit is started, it indicates that there is a user in the environment where the indoor unit is located, and at this time, it is necessary to obtain the indoor environment temperature for determination.
Further, when the indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to a first set temperature, the current temperature of an outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioning system is obtained. In this embodiment, the middle temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger may be obtained through a temperature detection device, and the obtained middle temperature is corrected to obtain a corrected middle temperature as a condensation temperature, that is, the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, where the temperature detection device includes, but is not limited to, a temperature sensor, a temperature sensing bulb, and the like, and is not limited herein.
Of course, in other embodiments, the condensing temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, i.e. the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, may also be determined by obtaining the discharge pressure of the outdoor heat exchanger.
Optionally, when the acquired middle temperature is corrected, the correction value is related to the air conditioning system, and the correction value is zero in this embodiment.
Further, after the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is obtained, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the outdoor environment temperature and the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger. Specifically, the rotating speed regulating quantity of the outdoor fan is determined according to the outdoor environment temperature and the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, and after the rotating speed regulating quantity of the outdoor fan is determined, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan of the air conditioning system is regulated according to the rotating speed regulating quantity.
Optionally, the rotation speed adjustment amount may be a target rotation speed value, that is, the rotation speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted to the target rotation speed value; or, the rotation speed adjusting value may be a rotation speed adjusting percentage, that is, the rotation speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the rotation speed adjusting percentage.
Further, the step of determining the rotation speed adjustment amount of the outdoor fan according to the outdoor environment temperature and the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger comprises the following steps:
correcting the outdoor environment temperature according to preset correction parameters;
determining at least two temperature intervals according to the corrected outdoor environment temperature, the corrected outdoor environment temperature and a second set temperature;
and determining the rotating speed regulating quantity of the outdoor fan according to the temperature interval of the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger.
After the outdoor environment temperature is obtained, correcting the outdoor environment temperature through a preset correction parameter to obtain the corrected outdoor environment temperature, and taking the corrected outdoor environment temperature as a correction temperature value; and after the corrected temperature value is obtained, determining at least two temperature intervals according to the corrected temperature value, the outdoor environment temperature and a second set temperature. For example, the temperature is divided into four temperature intervals, wherein the first temperature interval is smaller than the outdoor environment temperature; the second temperature interval is greater than or equal to the outdoor environment temperature and less than or equal to the corrected temperature value; the third temperature interval is greater than the correction temperature value and less than the second set temperature; the fourth temperature interval is greater than or equal to the second set temperature.
Further, when the rotating speed regulating quantity of the outdoor fan is determined according to the temperature interval of the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger, if the current temperature is in a first temperature interval, the rotating speed regulating quantity is determined to be the absolute value of the difference value between the current temperature and the outdoor environment temperature; if the current temperature is in a second temperature interval, determining that the rotating speed regulating quantity is zero, namely not regulating the rotating speed of the outdoor fan; if the current temperature is in a third temperature interval, determining that the rotating speed regulating quantity is twice of the absolute value of the difference value between the current temperature and the corrected temperature value; and if the current temperature is in a fourth temperature interval, determining that the rotating speed regulating quantity is the absolute value of the difference value between the maximum rotating speed of the outdoor grade and the current rotating speed of the outdoor fan, namely regulating the rotating speed of the outdoor fan to the maximum rotating speed.
Further, in the step of performing correction on the outdoor environment temperature according to the preset correction parameter, the outdoor environment temperature value is increased, and then the increased outdoor environment temperature is corrected, so as to increase the adjustment range, that is, the outdoor environment temperature value can be increased by 5 ℃ to 15 ℃ and then corrected, in this embodiment, the increased temperature value may be selected as 8 ℃, so that the increased outdoor environment temperature range is [35, 55], thereby increasing the adjustment range.
Optionally, the preset correction parameter is 4 ℃, that is, the outdoor ambient temperature is increased by 4 ℃ to obtain the corrected temperature value. Of course, in other embodiments, the preset correction parameter may also be set to other temperature values, for example, any temperature value within a range of 2 ℃ to 10 ℃, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, the second set temperature is 56 ℃. Of course, in other embodiments, the second set temperature may also be set to another temperature value, for example, any temperature value within the range of 55 ℃ to 65 ℃, as long as the temperature is greater than the increased outdoor ambient temperature, and is not limited herein.
Further, after the rotational speed adjustment amount is determined, since the rotational speed adjustment amount may be an integer or a decimal, that is, when the outdoor fan is a stepless speed regulation fan, the rotational speed change of the fan may be accurate to one rotation, that is, after the rotational speed adjustment amount takes a normal value, the rotational speed change is multiplied by a corresponding gear of the fan, for example, every 20 of the outdoor fan is changed to one gear, that is, at this time, the rotational speed that the fan needs to adjust is the rotational speed adjustment amount × 20. When the outdoor fan is a non-stepless speed regulation fan, after the rotating speed regulating quantity normally takes a value, a rounding mode is adopted, for example, when the numerical value after the decimal point of the rotating speed regulating quantity is greater than 4, the numerical value before the decimal point of the rotating speed regulating quantity is increased by one, and when the numerical value after the decimal point of the rotating speed regulating quantity is less than or equal to 4, the numerical value before the decimal point of the rotating speed regulating quantity is unchanged and the numerical value after the decimal point is omitted, namely, the rotating speed regulating quantity can be obtained again in a rounding mode, wherein the rotating speed regulating quantity is an integer, at the moment, if the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is changed into one gear every 20, namely, at the moment, the rotating speed required to be regulated by the fan is the rotating speed regulating quantity obtained again, namely 20.
Of course, in this embodiment, if the indoor ambient temperature is greater than the first set temperature, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate according to a preset rotation speed. The preset rotating speed is the current operating rotating speed of the outdoor fan, namely when the indoor environment temperature is higher than the first set temperature, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is not adjusted.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the air conditioning system starts dehumidification and reheating, the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature of the air conditioning system are obtained, and when the indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to a first set temperature, the current temperature of an outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioning system is obtained; and adjusting the rotating speed of an outdoor fan of the air conditioning system according to the outdoor environment temperature and the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger. When the indoor environment temperature is lower than or equal to a first set temperature, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the relation between the outdoor environment temperature and the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger so as to change condensation heat dissipation of the outdoor heat exchanger, and therefore the reheating temperature rise effect of the indoor unit is improved, namely the indoor environment temperature is improved, the temperature set by a user is reached, and the comfort level of the user is improved.
Based on the air conditioning system and the first embodiment of the present invention, the indoor unit 2 further includes a first electronic expansion valve 24 connected to the pipeline of the reheater 23, and the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve 24 is adjusted to adjust the outlet air temperature of the reheater 23, so as to increase the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit 2. The outdoor unit 1 further includes a second electronic expansion valve 16 connected to the pipeline of the outdoor heat exchanger 11, and the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve 16 is adjusted to adjust the distribution of the refrigerant quantity, so as to reduce the heat dissipation capacity of the outdoor heat exchanger 11 by condensation, and increase the heat dissipation capacity of the reheater 23, thereby increasing the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit 2.
As shown in fig. 4, a flowchart of a second embodiment of the control method of an air conditioning system according to the present invention is shown, and specifically, after the step of obtaining the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger when the indoor ambient temperature is less than or equal to the first set temperature, the method further includes:
s21, acquiring the outlet temperature of the reheater;
s22, determining a first target supercooling degree of the reheater according to the current temperature and the outlet temperature;
and S23, adjusting the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve according to the first target supercooling degree.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioning system starts dehumidification and reheating, the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve in the reheater pipeline of the indoor unit is adjusted to adjust the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit.
Further, before adjusting the first electronic expansion valve, that is, before step S21, obtaining the indoor humidity of the environment where the air conditioning system is located, and comparing the indoor humidity with the preset humidity, if the indoor humidity is less than the preset humidity, that is, it is said that the humidity of the environment where the air conditioning system is located is low, at this time, it is necessary to dehumidify the environment where the air conditioning system is located. According to the dehumidification principle, after the environment that air conditioning system place dehumidifies, the temperature in the environment that air conditioning system place can reduce, in this embodiment promptly, air conditioning system is after dehumidifying, and the reheater of indoor set needs to carry out reheat intensification to improve indoor ambient temperature, in order to reach the temperature that the user set for, improve user's comfort level.
Specifically, if the indoor humidity is less than the set humidity, the indoor ambient temperature and the first set temperature are compared, and when the indoor ambient temperature is less than or equal to the first set temperature, the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is obtained.
Specifically, after the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is acquired, the step S21 is executed, that is, the step S21 of acquiring the outlet temperature of the reheater is executed.
Further, when the indoor ambient temperature is less than or equal to a first set temperature, that is, when a difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the first set temperature is less than or equal to zero, that is, the indoor ambient temperature is lower than the first set temperature, at this time, the indoor unit needs reheating capacity, in this embodiment, the reheating capacity of the indoor unit is adjusted by controlling an opening degree of a first electronic expansion valve arranged on a reheater pipeline, that is, the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve is adjusted by a supercooling degree of a reheater.
Specifically, after the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outlet temperature of the reheater are obtained, a first target supercooling degree of the reheater is determined according to the current temperature and the outlet temperature, and the opening of the first electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to the first target supercooling degree, that is, the opening of the first electronic expansion valve is adjusted to adjust the outlet air temperature of the indoor unit. The supercooling degree of the reheater is a difference value between the condensing temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outlet temperature of the reheater, that is, a difference value between the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outlet temperature of the reheater in this embodiment.
Further, after a first target supercooling degree of the reheater is determined through a difference value between the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outlet temperature of the reheater, a first target opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve is determined according to a first preset supercooling degree interval in which the first target supercooling degree is located; and adjusting the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve according to the first target opening degree. The first preset supercooling degree interval is an interval set by a user, for example, the first preset supercooling degree interval is [ a, b ], where a is 9 ℃ and b is 12 ℃. Of course, in other embodiments, a may be any value from 5 ℃ to 11 ℃, and b may be any value from 8 ℃ to 16 ℃, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, if the first target supercooling degree is less than a, the first target opening degree is a first preset step number, that is, the first electronic expansion valve is controlled to adjust according to the first preset step number. In this embodiment, the first electronic expansion valve adjusts a first preset number of steps every first preset time, where the first preset number of steps is (the first target subcooling degree is-10) × 6 steps, and the first preset time is 40 s.
Specifically, if the first target supercooling degree is greater than b, the first target opening degree is a second preset step number, that is, the first electronic expansion valve is controlled to adjust according to the second preset step number. In this embodiment, the first electronic expansion valve adjusts a second preset number of steps every second preset time, where the second preset number of steps is any one of 5 steps to 15 steps, and the second preset time is 40 s.
Specifically, if the first target supercooling degree is within a first preset supercooling degree range, that is, the first target supercooling degree is greater than or equal to a and less than or equal to b, the first target opening degree is zero, that is, the first electronic expansion valve maintains the current step number.
Of course, it is understood that, when the difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the first set temperature is greater than 1 ℃, the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve is set to the minimum opening degree to prevent the refrigerant from being accumulated. The minimum opening is the opening which ensures reheating when the air conditioning system performs reheating so that the outlet air temperature is close to the set temperature of a user. Generally, the minimum opening is 70 steps, but in other embodiments, the minimum opening may range from 40 to 100 steps, and is not limited herein.
In another embodiment, when the difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the first set temperature is greater than zero and less than or equal to 1 ℃, the first electronic expansion valve maintains the current step number. For example, before the difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the first set temperature is greater than zero and less than or equal to 1 ℃, the first electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to the minimum opening degree set when the difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the first set temperature is greater than 1 ℃, that is, when the difference between the indoor ambient temperature and the first set temperature is greater than zero and less than or equal to 1 ℃, the current step number of the first electronic expansion valve is the minimum step number.
And if the difference between the indoor environment temperature and the first set temperature is greater than zero and less than or equal to 1 ℃, the first electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to a first target opening degree determined by a first target supercooling degree when the difference between the indoor environment temperature and the first set temperature is less than or equal to zero, namely when the difference between the indoor environment temperature and the first set temperature is greater than zero and less than or equal to 1 ℃, the current step number of the first electronic expansion valve is the step number adjusted according to the first target opening degree.
It can be understood that, after comparing the indoor humidity with the preset humidity, if the difference between the indoor humidity and the preset humidity is less than or equal to-5% and the duration reaches a third preset time, at this time, the indoor humidity is already close to the preset humidity, that is, the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve is set to the minimum opening degree, so as to prevent the refrigerant from being accumulated. The third preset time is 10s, and the minimum opening is 70 steps, but in other embodiments, the third preset time may be 8s to 15s, and the minimum opening may range from 40 to 100 steps, which is not limited herein.
If the difference between the indoor humidity and the set humidity is greater than-5% and less than or equal to zero, at this time, the indoor humidity is already close to the set humidity, and the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve is set to be the minimum opening degree, so that the refrigerant is prevented from being accumulated. The minimum opening is 70 steps, but in other embodiments, the minimum opening may range from 40 to 100 steps, and is not limited herein.
Further, after the step of adjusting the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve according to the first target opening degree, the method further includes:
when the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve is larger than a preset opening degree, acquiring the maximum outlet temperature of the outlet temperatures of the reheaters;
determining a second target supercooling degree according to the current temperature and the maximum outlet temperature;
and adjusting the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve according to the second target supercooling degree.
The opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve arranged on the outdoor heat exchanger pipeline directly influences the refrigerant flow distribution of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, and the refrigerant flow distribution can be reasonably adjusted by adjusting the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve, so that the condensation heat dissipation of the outdoor heat exchanger is reduced, the condensation heat dissipation of the reheater is increased, and the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit is increased.
Specifically, after the first electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to the first target opening degree, whether the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve is larger than a preset opening degree is judged, and when the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve is larger than the preset opening degree, the maximum outlet temperature of the outlet temperatures of the reheaters is obtained. That is, since the air conditioning system is a multi-split air conditioning system, the indoor unit in an environment in which the indoor temperature is higher than the set temperature is used as an indoor unit that is needed in the present embodiment. Here, the indoor unit that can be needed includes not only just starting up, still includes the condition of midway starting up, as long as there is new indoor unit to join promptly, will cause the change of indoor ambient temperature, at this moment, needs the air-out temperature of this indoor unit of adjustment promptly. Wherein, the preset opening is the minimum opening of the first electronic expansion valve, which is 70 steps.
When the maximum outlet temperature of the outlet temperatures of the reheaters is obtained, a second target supercooling degree is determined according to the current temperature and the maximum outlet temperature, and the supercooling degree is a difference value between the condensing temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outlet temperature of the reheater, namely, a difference value between the current temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger and the outlet temperature of the reheater in the embodiment, and at the moment, the second target supercooling degree is the minimum supercooling degree of all indoor units which can be needed.
And further, after a second supercooling degree is obtained, adjusting the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve according to the second target supercooling degree.
Specifically, a second target opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve is determined according to a second preset supercooling degree interval in which the second target supercooling degree is located; and adjusting the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve according to the second target opening degree. That is, the second preset supercooling degree interval is a user-set interval, for example, the second preset supercooling degree interval is [ b, c ], where b is 12 ℃ and c is 22 ℃. Of course, in other embodiments, c may have any value from 16 ℃ to 28 ℃, and b may have any value from 8 ℃ to 16 ℃, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, if the second target supercooling degree is less than b, the second target opening degree is a preset step number, that is, the second electronic expansion valve is controlled to increase the preset step number. In this embodiment, the second electronic expansion valve increases the preset number of steps every fourth preset time, where the preset number of steps is 15 steps, and the fourth preset time is 40 s. It is understood that the preset number of steps may be set to any number of steps from 10 to 25 steps, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, if the second target supercooling degree is greater than c, the second target opening degree is a preset step number, that is, the second electronic expansion valve is controlled to decrease the preset step number. In this embodiment, the second electronic expansion valve is decreased by a predetermined number of steps every fourth predetermined time.
Specifically, if the second target supercooling degree is within the second preset supercooling degree range, that is, the second target supercooling degree is greater than or equal to b and less than or equal to c, the first target opening degree is zero, that is, the first electronic expansion valve maintains the current step number.
Further, the initial opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve is 480 steps. However, in order to ensure the safety of the air conditioning system and prevent the pressure of the air conditioning system from being too high or in other situations, the opening degree adjustment range of the second electronic expansion valve may be [ d, 480], where the value of d may be 160 steps, and it is understood that the preset number of steps may also be set to any number of steps from 160 to 300 steps, which is not limited herein.
In another embodiment, after the first electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to the first target opening degree, it is determined whether the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve is greater than a preset opening degree, and when the opening degree of the first electronic expansion valve is less than or equal to the preset opening degree, at this time, the reheating capacity demand of all indoor units is small, and the outdoor unit needs to share more condensation heat, that is, in this embodiment, the opening degree of the second electronic expansion valve is fixed at the initial opening degree, that is, 480 steps.
In other words, in this embodiment, the heat dissipation of the outdoor heat exchanger can be changed by adjusting the rotation speeds of the first electronic expansion valve, the second electronic expansion valve, and the outdoor fan, so that the reheating temperature rise effect of the indoor unit is improved, that is, the indoor ambient temperature is improved, the temperature set by the user is reached, and the comfort level of the user is improved.
Based on the air conditioning system and the first embodiment, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a third embodiment of a control method of the air conditioning system according to the present invention. Specifically, before the step of the indoor ambient temperature being less than or equal to a first set temperature, the control method of the air conditioning system includes:
s50, after the air conditioning system starts dehumidification and reheating, acquiring the target operation frequency of a compressor of the air conditioning system;
s60, determining initial operation parameters of the outdoor fan according to the target operation frequency and the outdoor environment temperature;
and S70, controlling the outdoor fan to operate according to the initial operation parameters.
Based on the above embodiment, the air conditioning system increases the rotation speed of the outdoor fan to accelerate the heat dissipation of the condensation heat of the outdoor heat exchanger, so as to indirectly adjust the temperature rise effect of the reheater of the indoor unit. And because the outdoor fan has a rotating speed, after the air-conditioning system starts dehumidification and is reheated, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan needs to be initialized, and the step of obtaining the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature of the air-conditioning system is executed after the rotating speed is initialized.
Specifically, after the air conditioning system starts dehumidification and reheating, a target operation frequency of a compressor of the air conditioning system is obtained, wherein the compressor is a compressor of an outdoor unit. That is, the target operating frequency of the compressor is obtained by a frequency detection device, wherein the type of the frequency detection device may be set according to specific requirements, and is not limited herein.
Further, after the target operating frequency of the compressor is obtained, the initial operating parameter of the outdoor fan is determined according to the target operating frequency and the outdoor environment temperature, where the initial operating parameter of the outdoor fan may include an initial gear value of the outdoor fan or a frequency gear of the outdoor fan, and is not limited herein.
Further, after the initial operation parameters of the outdoor fan are obtained, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate according to the initial operation parameters so as to complete initialization of the outdoor fan, and the step of obtaining the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature of the air conditioning system is executed.
Specifically, the gear value range of the outdoor fan is 0-30, namely the maximum gear value of the outdoor fan is 30. Taking the initial operation parameter as an initial gear value as an example, after an initial gear value is obtained, determining a target rotation speed of the outdoor fan according to the initial gear value, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate according to the target rotation speed.
Optionally, when the target rotation speed of the outdoor fan is determined according to the initial gear value, a preset parameter is obtained first, and the initial gear value is multiplied by the preset parameter to obtain the target rotation speed of the outdoor fan, where the preset parameter is a number of steps corresponding to each gear of the outdoor fan, for example, in this embodiment, the preset parameter is 20, that is, the number of steps corresponding to each gear of the outdoor fan is 20. Of course, in other embodiments, the preset parameters may be determined according to the type of the outdoor fan, such as: 10. 30, 40, 50, or 10 to 50, and the like, are not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the step of determining the initial operating parameter of the outdoor fan according to the target operating frequency and the outdoor environment temperature includes:
acquiring a frequency ratio of the target operating frequency and the maximum operating frequency of the compressor;
and determining initial operation parameters of the outdoor fan according to the frequency ratio and the outdoor environment temperature.
That is, the present embodiment determines the initial operating parameter of the outdoor fan according to the obtained frequency ratio between the target operating frequency and the maximum operating frequency of the compressor, and the outdoor environment temperature.
Specifically, after the frequency ratio of the target operating frequency to the maximum operating frequency of the compressor is determined, the initial operating parameters of the outdoor fan are determined according to a preset temperature interval where the outdoor environment temperature is located. Such as: setting the first preset temperature interval to be less than or equal to 5 ℃; the second preset temperature interval is more than 5 ℃ and less than or equal to 12 ℃; the third preset temperature interval is more than 12 ℃ and less than or equal to 20 ℃; the fourth predetermined temperature interval is greater than 20 ℃ and less than or equal to 30 ℃. And determining the initial operating parameters of the outdoor fan according to the frequency ratio and the outdoor environment temperature specifically according to the following table:
Figure GDA0003796334110000191
in the above table, "T" is the outdoor ambient temperature, "Ft" is the target operating frequency of the compressor, "Fmax" is the maximum operating frequency of the compressor, and "X" is the initial gear value of the outdoor fan. For example, when the step number of each gear value of the outdoor fan is 20, the outdoor environment temperature is 8 ℃, and the frequency ratio is 70%, the initial gear value of the outdoor fan is 12, and at this time, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is 240 r/min.
Further, after the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is initialized, an adjusting time interval is obtained according to the initial operating parameter and a preset operating parameter, and after the adjusting time interval is obtained, the step of obtaining the current temperature of the outdoor condenser of the air conditioning system is executed at intervals of the adjusting time interval.
Specifically, the adjusting time interval is determined according to the relationship between the initial operation parameter and the preset operation parameter by judging the relationship between the initial operation parameter and the preset operation parameter, wherein the preset operation parameter is zero. For example, when the initial operating parameter is equal to a preset operating parameter, adjusting a time interval to be a first time interval, that is, performing the step of obtaining the current temperature of the outdoor condenser of the air conditioning system every other first time interval. In this embodiment, the first time interval is 20s, but in other embodiments, the first time interval may be set to any value between 10 and 60, and is not limited herein.
Optionally, since the initial operating parameter is an operating parameter of the outdoor fan, that is, there may be a condition smaller than zero, when the initial operating parameter is greater than a preset operating parameter, adjusting a time interval to a second time interval, that is, executing the step of obtaining the current temperature of the outdoor condenser of the air conditioning system every second time interval. In this embodiment, the second time interval is 40s, but in other embodiments, the first time interval may be set to any value between 30 and 120, which is not limited herein.
In the embodiment of the present invention, because the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted to indirectly adjust the temperature rise effect of the indoor unit, and the outdoor fan has a rotating speed, that is, after the air conditioning system starts dehumidification and reheating, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is initialized to improve the accuracy of adjustment.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention also provides an air conditioning system comprising a memory, a processor, and a control program of the air conditioning system stored in the memory and operable on the processor, the control program of the air conditioning system implementing the various embodiments of the control method of the air conditioning system as described above when executed by the processor.
