Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A humidity control method of an air conditioner, a computer-readable storage medium, a humidity control apparatus of an air conditioner, and an air conditioner having the same according to embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a humidity control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a humidity control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the steps of:
and S1, acquiring the current indoor environment humidity during the operation of the air conditioner in the cooling mode.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the air conditioner may include a compressor 1, a liquid storage tank 2, a four-way selector valve 3, an outdoor heat exchanger 4, an outdoor fan 5, a throttling element 6 (e.g., an electronic expansion valve/capillary tube), an indoor heat exchanger 7, and an indoor fan 8.
When the air conditioner operates in a refrigeration mode, high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the compressor 1 flows to the outdoor heat exchanger 4 (also called a condenser in the refrigeration mode) through the four-way reversing valve 3, is changed into high-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant after heat exchange by the outdoor heat exchanger 4, is changed into low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant after throttling by the throttling element 6, is changed into low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant after heat exchange by the indoor heat exchanger 7 (also called an evaporator in the refrigeration mode), flows into the liquid storage tank 2, is subjected to gas-liquid separation by the liquid storage tank 2 and flows back to the compressor 1, and.
During the operation of the air conditioner in the cooling mode, the current indoor environment humidity can be obtained in real time through a humidity sensor (such as the humidity sensor 9 in fig. 2) arranged at the side of the indoor heat exchanger
Figure BDA0001405799080000071
And S2, judging whether the current indoor environment humidity is in a preset humidity range.
The preset humidity range is an optimum humidity range comfortable for a user, and may be set by the user through a remote controller or the like, and when the user does not set the humidity range, the preset humidity range may be a default humidity range in the air conditioner, or may be a humidity range corresponding to a target temperature set by the user (a temperature-humidity range correspondence table may be preset in the air conditioner to be obtained by table lookup).
And S3, if the current indoor environment humidity is not in the preset humidity range, further judging whether a throttling element exists in the air conditioner.
And S4, if the air conditioner has a throttling element, acquiring the current outdoor environment temperature and the current indoor environment temperature, and acquiring the opening degree regulating quantity of the throttling element, the indoor rotating speed regulating quantity of the indoor fan and the outdoor rotating speed regulating quantity of the outdoor fan according to the current outdoor environment temperature, the current indoor environment temperature and the current indoor environment humidity.
And S5, controlling the current operation frequency of the compressor in the air conditioner to be unchanged, and adjusting at least two of the throttling element, the indoor fan and the outdoor fan according to the opening degree adjustment quantity, the indoor rotating speed adjustment quantity and the outdoor rotating speed adjustment quantity so as to enable the current indoor environment humidity to be within a preset humidity range.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, if a throttling element is not present in the air conditioner, a frequency adjustment amount of the compressor is acquired according to a current outdoor ambient temperature, a current indoor ambient temperature, and a current indoor ambient humidity, and at least two of the compressor, the indoor fan, and the outdoor fan are adjusted according to the frequency adjustment amount, the indoor rotational speed adjustment amount, and the outdoor rotational speed adjustment amount.
In particular if the current indoor ambient humidityIf not, it indicates the current indoor environment humidity
Figure BDA0001405799080000073
Not meeting the requirement of user comfort, at the moment, the air conditioner is judged firstlyBecause some air conditioners are not provided with the throttling element 6 shown in fig. 2, in order to realize the universality of the control algorithm, the judgment is firstly carried out, and then the corresponding control strategy is executed according to the judgment result. For example, when a throttling element exists in the air conditioner, the opening degree of the throttling element, the rotating speed of an indoor fan and the rotating speed of an outdoor fan can be adjusted to adjust the latent heat sensible heat ratio (the relative proportion of the latent heat quantity and the sensible heat quantity) of air conditioner refrigeration, so that the relative humidity of indoor air is controlled, and the comfort requirement of a user is met; and when there is not throttling element in the air conditioner, the accessible is adjusted the operating frequency, indoor fan rotational speed and the outdoor fan rotational speed of compressor and is adjusted the refrigerated latent heat apparent heat ratio of air conditioner, and then the relative humidity of control room air satisfies user's travelling comfort demand.
For convenience of description, the adjustment of the opening degree of the throttling element, the rotation speed of the indoor fan, the rotation speed of the outdoor fan, and the operation frequency of the compressor will be specifically described below separately.
The opening degree adjustment process of the throttling element will be described in detail below.
In particular, when the current indoor ambient humidityWhen the temperature is not in the preset humidity range, the current outdoor environment temperature T can be obtained through the temperature sensor arranged on the side of the outdoor heat exchangeroutAnd acquiring the current indoor environment temperature T by a temperature sensor arranged at the side of the indoor heat exchangerinThen according to the current outdoor ambient temperature ToutCurrent indoor ambient temperature TinAnd the current indoor ambient humidity

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the opening degree adjustment amount satisfies the following formula (1):

In this case, the ambient humidity in the room may be divided into a plurality of stages in advance, wherein each stage corresponds to one adjustment amount. Specifically, when the indoor environment humidity is divided into stages, the preset humidity range may be divided into one stage, and the corresponding adjustment amount is 0. For example, the indoor ambient humidity of 10% to 100% can be divided into three phases, wherein the first phase is

The corresponding adjustment amount is 5; the second stage is

The corresponding adjustment amount is 0; the third stage is

The corresponding adjustment amount is 10.
Further, when the preset humidity range is 45% -65%, the first stage is
Figure BDA0001405799080000094
The corresponding adjustment amount is 5; the second stage isThe corresponding adjustment amount is 0; the third stage is
Figure BDA0001405799080000096
The corresponding adjustment amount is 10, i.e. as shown in the above equation (2). The operating frequency of the compressor is adjusted. According to one embodiment of the present invention, if the current indoor environment humidity is greater than the upper limit value of the preset humidity range, the current operation frequency of the compressor is increased by a frequency adjustment amount; and if the current indoor environment humidity is less than the lower limit value of the preset humidity range, reducing the current running frequency of the compressor by the frequency regulating quantity.
In particular, asFruit current indoor environment humidityGreater than the upper limit of the preset humidity range
Figure BDA00014057990800001612
It means that the humidity in the room is higher, and then a high humidity control process is performed, i.e. the operation frequency of the compressor is controlled to be increased, for example, the operation frequency of the compressor after adjustment

Wherein f is0To adjust the operating frequency of the front compressor. The running frequency of the compressor is increased, so that the evaporation temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is reduced, and when the evaporation temperature is lower than the dew point temperature of indoor air, moisture in the air is condensed and separated out, so that the indoor humidity is reduced to reach the preset humidity range.
