Abstract
The invention relates to an external ring beam constructional column expansion joint structure and a construction method thereof, wherein the external ring beam constructional column expansion joint structure comprises an external ring beam, an external constructional column and an L-shaped anchor bar; the external constructional columns are arranged on two sides of the expansion joint; the external constructional column on each side is integrally cast with the external ring beam respectively to form a closed whole along the periphery of the building; the external constructional column is connected with the original structural wall body by adopting L-shaped anchor bars; grouting anchor slurry of the L-shaped anchor bars in the wall anchor hole by adopting A-level structural adhesive; the L-shaped anchor bars are bound and poured with the main bars of the constructional column and the hooping of the constructional column.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an external ring beam constructional column expansion joint structure and a construction method thereof, belonging to the technical field of comprehensive reconstruction of existing buildings.
Background
At present, masonry structure houses are the main structural form in the existing buildings in China, and account for more than sixty percent of civil buildings. However, the basic materials and connection mode of the masonry structure determine the shortages of brittle property, small deformation capability, poor seismic performance and the like of the structure, and the seismic damage is serious in the earthquake of all times. Therefore, the research on the seismic reinforcement of masonry structures is an important problem to be solved in the current structural engineering. The most common reinforcement method of masonry structures is an earthquake-resistant reinforcement method that an outer wall adopts reinforced concrete ring beams, constructional columns and inner transverse walls with steel pull rods, and the reinforcement method is safe and reliable after multiple earthquake verifications, and particularly the anti-structural collapse capability is obviously improved, so the reinforcement method is often adopted in earthquake-resistant reinforcement. Although the reinforcement method is practical, some nodes need to be researched in practical engineering, and the invention mainly aims at the structural nodes of the expansion joint structure of the externally-added ring beam structural column and the construction method thereof.

Step seven: and the top of the external ring beam is well flooded outwards, and the bottom surface of the external ring beam is provided with a water dripping groove.

the most obvious advantage of the invention is that the external constructional columns, the external ring beams and the L-shaped anchor bars on the two sides of the expansion joint are respectively integrally poured, so that new and old structures on the two sides of the expansion joint are reliably connected with each other in a pulling way, the common stress is ensured, and the rigidity mutation of each layer is prevented.
