The observation area is an observation port arranged on the substrate 2, and the observation port is hermetically connected with a transparent plate; or the substrate 2 is made of a transparent material, and the material shown in the figure is: the entire substrate 2 is an observation area.
The invention also provides an observation method applying the sewage pool 1 cover plate structure easy to observe, which comprises the following steps:
installation work: the method comprises the following steps that a base plate 2 and a solar photovoltaic plate 3 are installed at the edge of a sewage pool 1, the base plate 2 completes sealing and plugging of an opening of the sewage pool 1, the solar photovoltaic plate 3 is adjusted to a proper angle under the movement of a first telescopic mechanism 4, solar energy is converted into electric energy, and the electric energy is stored;
preparation: the first telescopic mechanism 4 is controlled to extend continuously, the included angle between the solar photovoltaic panel 3 and the base plate 2 is increased, an observation space required by an observer is reserved, at the moment, the displacement of the first telescopic mechanism 4 reaches a lowest preset displacement threshold, when the displacement value detected by the displacement sensor 8 is greater than or equal to the lowest preset displacement threshold, the movable water scraping plate 7 is closed after moving the length of at least one observation area, and the observation lamp 6 is kept on; when the displacement value detected by the displacement sensor 8 is greater than or equal to the highest preset displacement threshold value, the first telescopic mechanism 4 stops moving; and the brightness of the observation lamp 6 is gradually reduced along with the increase of the preset displacement threshold;
and (4) observation work: an observer observes the color of sewage in the sewage tank 1, the state of bubbles, the magnitude of aeration amount and the flow state of the sewage through the observation area, records the color, the state of bubbles, the magnitude of aeration amount and the flow state of the sewage, and finally judges whether the operation state of the sewage tank 1 is normal or not.
The inner wall of the base plate 2 is provided with a toxic gas tester 9 which is used for detecting the concentration of toxic gases such as methane, hydrogen sulfide and the like in the sewage tank so as to assist in judging whether the sewage tank 1 can be accessed for equipment maintenance.

Claims (9)

1. A sewage pool cover plate structure easy to observe is characterized by comprising a base plate and a solar photovoltaic plate, wherein the base plate is hermetically installed at an opening of a sewage pool, the solar photovoltaic plate is positioned above the base plate, an observation area used for observing the interior of the sewage pool is arranged on the base plate, the solar photovoltaic plate is fixed on a rotating support, a rotating center which rotates relative to the base plate is arranged at the southward end of the rotating support, the middle part of the side of the rotating support is connected with a telescopic end of a first telescopic mechanism through a driving connecting rod, and the first telescopic mechanism is horizontally installed on the edge of the base plate or the sewage pool; the auxiliary observation assembly comprises an observation lamp for projecting light into the sewage pool and a movable water scraping plate for cleaning the observation area, and power supplies of a driving part of the movable water scraping plate, the observation lamp and a driving part of the first telescopic mechanism are all solar photovoltaic plates; a displacement sensor is arranged at the telescopic end of the first telescopic mechanism, when the displacement value detected by the displacement sensor is greater than or equal to the lowest preset displacement threshold value, the movable water scraping plate is closed after moving for the length of at least one observation area, and the observation lamp is kept on; and when the displacement value detected by the displacement sensor is greater than or equal to the highest preset displacement threshold value, the first telescopic mechanism stops moving.
2. The easy-to-observe sewage pool cover plate structure of claim 1, wherein when said solar photovoltaic panel is parallel to said base plate, the area covered by said solar photovoltaic panel is not smaller than the area of said base plate.
3. The easy-to-observe wastewater tank cover plate structure of claim 1, wherein the base plate is in open-close connection with the opening of the wastewater tank through an open-close structure.
4. The easy-to-observe sewage pool cover plate structure of claim 3, wherein said opening and closing structure is a sliding rail sliding groove structure or a roller sliding groove structure.
5. The easy-to-observe sewage pool cover plate structure of claim 1, wherein the preset displacement threshold of the displacement sensor comprises a plurality of gradually increasing preset displacement thresholds; the adjustable-displacement-type observation lamp further comprises a second telescopic mechanism, wherein the telescopic end of the second telescopic mechanism is connected with a rheostat, the rheostat is located in a control circuit of the observation lamp, and the brightness of the observation lamp is gradually reduced along with the increase of a preset displacement threshold value.
6. The easy-to-observe sewage pool cover plate structure according to claim 1, wherein said auxiliary observation assembly further comprises a toxic gas meter working in real time, a power supply of said toxic gas meter is said solar photovoltaic panel, and said toxic gas meter is located on an inner wall of said base plate.

The easy-to-observe sewage pool cover plate structure according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the observation area is an observation port formed on the base plate, and a transparent plate is hermetically connected to the observation port; or the substrate is made of transparent materials, and the whole substrate is the observation area.
8. A sewage pool observation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
installation work: the method comprises the following steps that a base plate and a solar photovoltaic plate are installed at the edge of a sewage pool, the base plate completes sealing and plugging of an opening of the sewage pool, the solar photovoltaic plate is adjusted to a proper angle under the movement of a first telescopic mechanism, solar energy is converted into electric energy, and the electric energy is stored;
preparation work: the first telescopic mechanism is controlled to extend continuously, an included angle between the solar photovoltaic panel and the substrate is increased, an observation space required by an observer is reserved, at the moment, the displacement of the first telescopic mechanism reaches a lowest preset displacement threshold, when a displacement value detected by a displacement sensor is greater than or equal to the lowest preset displacement threshold, the movable water scraping plate is closed after moving the length of at least one observation area, and an observation lamp is kept on; when the displacement value detected by the displacement sensor is greater than or equal to a highest preset displacement threshold value, the first telescopic mechanism stops moving; and the brightness of the observation lamp is gradually reduced along with the increase of the preset displacement threshold;
and (3) observation work: and observing the color of the sewage in the sewage tank, the state of bubbles, the size of aeration amount and the flow state of the sewage through the observation area by an observer, recording, and finally judging whether the running state of the sewage tank is normal or not.
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the toxic gas detector is disposed on an inner wall of the base plate for detecting the concentration of the toxic gas such as methane and hydrogen sulfide in the wastewater tank to assist in determining whether the wastewater tank can be accessed for equipment maintenance.
