In the invention, the elastic yarn 1 is a high-elastic flame-retardant elastic yarn, and the specific manufacturing process is as follows:
s1, preparing raw materials: the rubber band yarn is core yarn, and the polyamide yarn and the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber yarn are cladding yarn;
s2, soaking the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber in a strong acid solution for acid etching, filtering, adding an ethanol solution with any ratio to deionized water for alcohol washing, and finally drying the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber at 50 ℃;

s4, preparing a flame-retardant formula solution: uniformly stirring a proper amount of graphene oxide solution, 5-20 wt% of novel flame retardant ATZ and deionized water;
s5, respectively soaking the nylon yarns of S2 and S3 and the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber yarns into the flame-retardant formula solution for 0.5-24h, and then drying, wherein the drying temperature is kept below 60 ℃;
and S6, blending the dried nylon yarn of S5 and polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber yarn, and covering the blended yarn on elastic yarn according to a traditional method to prepare the high-elastic flame-retardant elastic yarn.
Generally, the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber sample contains small molecular impurities such as spinning oil, additives, auxiliaries and the like, and the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber has low surface energy and few surface active groups, and is not beneficial to stable adhesion of a flame retardant or other substances, so strong acid is adopted for etching to increase the surface activity of the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber. In the present invention, the strong acid is preferably nitric acid.
The preparation method of the novel flame retardant ATZ shown in figure 2 comprises the following steps: a100 mL three-necked flask was charged with 5-aminotetrazole monohydrate (4.12g, 40mmol), 3,4, 5-trihydroxybenzaldehyde (4.88g, 40mmol) and absolute ethanol (60mL), stirred at 85 ℃ for 4h, and 9, 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (8.64g, 40mmol) was added thereto and stirred at 85 ℃ for 18 h. The reaction mixture was slowly cooled to room temperature, filtered, washed with ethanol, and dried in a vacuum oven at 70 ℃ for 24h to afford 6- { [ (1 hydro-tetrazol-5-yl) amino ] [4- (3,4,5) trihydroxyphenyl ] methyl } dibenzo [ c, e ] [1,2] phosphine-6-oxide (novel ATZ).
Through the flame-retardant formula that graphene oxide solution and novel fire retardant ATZ made up, fire-retardant material ATZ can be stable attached to polyacrylonitrile base carbon fiber silk on, its theory of operation is: the graphene oxide can be stably attached to the acid-etched polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber by virtue of the unique wrinkle appearance and functional groups of the graphene oxide, so that the graphene oxide has a large specific surface and chemical activity; meanwhile, the graphene oxide contains rich oxygen-containing functional groups, such as carboxyl, hydroxyl, epoxy group and the like, and forms hydrogen bonds with hydroxyl on the novel flame retardant ATZ, so that the attachment possibility of the graphene oxide is increased; the graphene oxide plays a role of a connecting bridge, so that the novel flame retardant substance ATZ can be stably attached to the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber. Meanwhile, the use of the graphene oxide is beneficial to blending of the polyamide yarns and the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber yarns, so that the blending effect is good.
In the invention, the nylon yarn: the raw material weight ratio of the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber is 60-85: 40-15.
In the invention, the multifunctional fiber 3 is formed by blending the honeycomb microporous structure photocatalyst fiber and the cotton fiber according to the blending ratio of 53-65: 47-35. The honeycomb microporous structure photocatalyst fiber is prepared by perfectly combining nano titanium dioxide and a high polymer material by adopting a modern composite technology and then performing melt spinning on the combined nano titanium dioxide and a poly-cool modified slice with a honeycomb microporous structure trend. The nanometer titania is perfectly placed in the fiber and is superfine and uniformly distributed, so that the application of the photocatalyst technology in the fields of fiber and textile is really realized, and the fiber not only has the general characteristics of moisture absorption, quick drying and the like of the honeycomb microporous structure fiber, but also has the special function that the honeycomb photocatalyst fiber can absorb harmful gases such as benzene, xylene, ammonia, formaldehyde, smoke odor and the like under the action of sunlight, sunlight and visible light and automatically decompose into carbon dioxide and water. Experiments show that the photocatalyst has stronger oxidizing capability than ozone and negative oxygen ions, and can powerfully decompose an odor source. Therefore, the textile of the fiber can also play a role in sterilizing, deodorizing and preventing mildew on the surface of air or objects in an area under the action of sunlight and sunlight. Can effectively remove various bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and pyogenic bacteria, and inhibit the transmission of some pathogens. Due to the super-hydrophilic characteristic of the photocatalyst, dirt is not easy to adhere to the photocatalyst, and the fabric can be kept clean for a long time. Furthermore, the gaps of the coating yarn are filled with flame-retardant fibers.
