(1) weighing raw materials, by weight, 110 parts of PVC resin, 30 parts of plasticizer, 4 parts of UV stabilizer, 0.5 part of UV-P, 10100.5 parts of antioxidant, 3 parts of acrylic PVC processing aid, 15 parts of superfine activated calcium carbonate, 10 parts of ceramic fiber and 10 parts of pigment for later use; wherein the plasticizer is a mixture of polyethylene glycol adipate and triethylene glycol diheptanoate with the mass ratio of 5:3, the average molecular weight is 2000-3000, and the pigment is a mixture of titanium dioxide and polymerized phosphorus iron powder with the mass ratio of 3: 2;
(2) adding pigment and ceramic fiber into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 5min at a rotating speed of 3000 r/min;
(3) adding PVC resin and a plasticizer into a stirrer, stirring at 3500r/min until the material temperature is 90 ℃, adding UV-P, an antioxidant 1010, superfine active calcium carbonate and the material obtained in the step (2), stirring at 3500r/min until the material temperature is 110 ℃, adding a stabilizer and an acrylic PVC processing aid, stirring at 3500r/min until the material temperature is 160 ℃, stirring for 80min, stopping stirring, and discharging when the material temperature is reduced to 50 ℃;
(4) adding the material obtained in the step (3) into a double-screw extruder for melt blending, and carrying out tape casting extrusion, wherein the temperature of each section of the double-screw extruder is as follows: the temperature of the first zone is 195 ℃, the second zone is 195 ℃, the third zone is 200 ℃, the fourth zone is 200 ℃, the head is 205 ℃, and the temperature of the casting cooling roller is 30 ℃ to obtain the weather-resistant polymer color-changing film.
Example 3
A preparation method of a weather-resistant polymer color-changing film specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing raw materials: 100 parts of PVC resin, 20 parts of plasticizer, 3 parts of UV stabilizer, 3 parts of UVP-3270.3 parts, 10760.4 parts of antioxidant, 2 parts of acrylic PVC processing aid, 10 parts of superfine activated calcium carbonate, 8 parts of ceramic fiber and 5 parts of pigment for later use; wherein the plasticizer is a mixture of polyethylene glycol adipate and triethylene glycol diheptanoate with a mass ratio of 4:3, the average molecular weight is 2000-3000, and the pigment is a mixture of titanium dioxide and polymerized phosphorus iron powder with a mass ratio of 1: 1;
(2) adding pigment and ceramic fiber into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 5min at a rotating speed of 3000 r/min;
(3) adding PVC resin and a plasticizer into a stirrer, stirring at 3500r/min until the material temperature is 90 ℃, adding UVP-327, an antioxidant 1076, superfine active calcium carbonate and the material obtained in the step (2), stirring at 3500r/min until the material temperature is 110 ℃, adding a stabilizer and an acrylic PVC processing aid, stirring at 3500r/min until the material temperature is 160 ℃, stirring for 80min, stopping stirring, and discharging when the material temperature is reduced to 50 ℃;
(4) adding the material obtained in the step (3) into a double-screw extruder for melt blending, and carrying out tape casting extrusion, wherein the temperature of each section of the double-screw extruder is as follows: the temperature of the first zone is 195 ℃, the second zone is 195 ℃, the third zone is 200 ℃, the fourth zone is 200 ℃, the head is 205 ℃, and the temperature of the casting cooling roller is 30 ℃ to obtain the weather-resistant polymer color-changing film.
Comparative example 1
The plasticizer is polyethylene glycol adipate with equal weight, and the rest steps are the same as the example 1;
comparative example 2
The plasticizer was triethylene glycol diheptanoate at an equal weight, and the procedure was the same as in example 1;
examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to weather resistance test
Weather resistance test the product was evaluated according to astm d2244-93, "standard test method for calculating color differences of color coordinates measured by an instrument," color-modified films were placed in a QUV ultraviolet weatherometer, the color characteristics (L, a, and b parameters) of each sample were measured using a color guide 45/0BYKGardner unit using UVB ultraviolet radiation at 200 hours of irradiation, and the change in color (Δ E) was calculated using astm d2244, and the results are shown in table 1;

From the above, the raw materials are compatible and combined with each other, so that the prepared automobile color-changing film has excellent comprehensive performance, high glossiness and excellent weather resistance.

Claims (10)
1. A weather-resistant polymer color-changing film is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: 90-110 parts of PVC resin, 15-30 parts of plasticizer, 2-4 parts of stabilizer, 0.2-0.5 part of ultraviolet absorber, 0.2-0.5 part of antioxidant, 1-3 parts of processing aid, 5-15 parts of superfine activated calcium carbonate, 5-10 parts of ceramic fiber and 1-10 parts of pigment.
2. The weatherable polymeric color modifying film of claim 1, comprising the following raw materials: 100 parts of PVC resin, 20 parts of plasticizer, 3 parts of stabilizer, 0.3 part of ultraviolet absorber, 0.4 part of antioxidant, 2 parts of processing aid, 10 parts of superfine active calcium carbonate, 8 parts of ceramic fiber and 5 parts of pigment.
3. The weatherable polymer color-changing film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the plasticizer is a polyester plasticizer and has an average molecular weight of 2000-3000.
4. The weather-resistant polymer color-changing film according to claim 3, wherein the polyester plasticizer is a mixture of polyethylene glycol adipate and triethylene glycol diheptanoate in a mass ratio of 2-5: 3.
5. The weatherable polymeric color-changing film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the stabilizer is a UV stabilizer, and the antioxidant is 1010 or 1076.
6. The weatherable polymeric color-changing film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the processing aid is an acrylic type PVC processing aid.
7. The weatherable polymeric color-changing film according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pigment is a mixture of titanium dioxide and polymerized iron powder, and the mass ratio of the titanium dioxide to the polymerized iron powder is 1-3: 2.
8. The preparation method of the weather-resistant polymer color-changing film is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing raw materials of PVC resin, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, an ultraviolet absorber, an antioxidant, a processing aid, superfine activated calcium carbonate, ceramic fiber and a pigment according to parts by weight for later use;
(2) adding the pigment and the ceramic fiber into a dispersion machine, and dispersing for 3-5min at the rotating speed of 2000-3000/min;
(3) adding the PVC resin and the plasticizer into a stirrer, stirring until the material temperature is 80-90 ℃, adding the ultraviolet light absorber, the antioxidant, the superfine active calcium carbonate and the material obtained in the step (2), stirring until the material temperature is 100-110 ℃, adding the stabilizer and the processing aid, stirring until the material temperature is 140-160 ℃, stirring for 60-80min, stopping stirring, and discharging when the material temperature is reduced to 40-50 ℃;
(4) and (4) adding the material obtained in the step (3) into a double-screw extruder for melt blending, and performing tape casting extrusion to obtain the weather-resistant polymer color-changing film.
9. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the rotation speed of the stirring in step (3) is 2800-3500 r/min.
10. The method for preparing the weather-resistant polymer color-changing film according to claim 8, wherein the temperatures of the sections of the twin-screw extruder in the step (4) are respectively as follows: the first zone is 185-195 ℃, the second zone is 185-195 ℃, the third zone is 190-200 ℃, the fourth zone is 190-200 ℃, the head is 195-205 ℃, and the temperature of the casting cooling roller is 20-30 ℃.
