wherein the antibacterial agent is L-cystine which is L-cystine and is one of main components in human hair, a sulfur-containing amino acid which is white hexagonal plate crystal or crystalline powder and has the chemical name of (R, R) -3, 3-dithiobis (2-aminopropionic acid), dithioaminopropionic acid or bis-beta-thioalanine, has the effects of promoting the oxidation and reduction functions of body cells, preventing the development of pathogenic bacteria and the like, and is used for preventing alopecia and skin allergy.
The PVC resin is suspension-process PVC resin powder with the average polymerization degree of 1000-1700, and the ethylene process or the calcium carbide process can be used, and the PVC resin powder has loose particles, the arithmetic average particle size of 80-120 mu m, less impurities and high whiteness.
The heat stabilizer is one or more of an organic tin stabilizer, a calcium-zinc composite stabilizer, a rare earth stabilizer or an organic antimony stabilizer. Preferred are organotin stabilizers, which are excellent in thermal stability, light and weather resistance, and color stability.
The composite lubricant is a mixture of an internal lubricant and an external lubricant. Wherein the internal lubricant is stearic acid, calcium stearate, fatty acid lower alcohol ester, fatty acid, etc.; the external lubricant is oligomeric composite ester of polyhydric alcohol, paraffin, polyethylene wax or oxidized polyethylene wax, etc.
The plasticizer is one or more of phthalic acid esters, benzene polyacid esters, fatty acid dibasic acid esters, citric acid esters, phosphoric acid esters, polyesters, epoxy compounds, synthetic vegetable esters (environment-friendly plasticizer taking vegetable oil as raw material) or novel environment-friendly plasticizers. Preferred are environmental plasticizers such as ESBO, DIDP, TXIB, DINCH, D-810, etc.
The flatting agent is flatting polyvinyl chloride resin, the average polymerization degree is 1000-1300, and the gel content is 15-25%, preferably 20%.
The softener is styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer (SBS), the molecular weight is 7-12 ten thousand, the S/B ratio is 30/70, the rubber elasticity is shown at normal temperature, the hand feeling is closer to human skin, and the composition is more smooth and exquisite in touch feeling.
The moisture absorbent is synthetic resin super absorbent resin, which is obtained by copolymerizing polyvinyl alcohol and anhydride, acrylic acid or vinyl acetate, and has strong hydrophilicity, swelling property, water retention property and the like.
The antioxidant is one or more of hindered phenol, hindered amine, phosphite ester, thiodipropionate or thiol antioxidant; the light stabilizer is one or more of salicylate, benzoate, benzophenone, benzotriazole, triazine or hindered amine light stabilizer; the filler is inorganic filler, such as one or more of titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate or talcum powder.
The colorant in the color masterbatch is carbon black or other pigments.
The preparation method of the antibacterial PVC fiber composition for wigs comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials according to the formula, putting the raw materials into a high-speed mixer, mixing and heating to 120 ℃, putting the raw materials into a low-speed mixer after the plasticizer is completely absorbed and uniformly mixed, and cooling to 40-50 ℃ to obtain the antibacterial PVC fiber composition for wig.
