Abstract
The quick-change device comprises a guide body and a connecting body, wherein the guide body is used for guiding the connecting body to move along a preset direction, and the preset direction is the disassembling or assembling direction of the transmission; and the abutting body is movably connected with the guide body and is constructed to abut against the speed changer so as to drive the speed changer to move. The quick-change device and the vehicle can rapidly finish the disassembly or assembly operation of the transmission without the help of a lifting appliance, effectively save the working time and improve the working efficiency.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, in particular to a quick-change device and a vehicle.
Background
Generally, in a crane, a clutch is located between an engine and a transmission for cutting off or transmitting power. The clutch with the friction plate is easy to wear in the daily use process. Therefore, the clutch needs to be frequently checked for disassembly. The clutch is arranged between the engine and the transmission, and the transmission needs to be detached from the engine before the clutch is detached.
In the prior art, hoisting equipment is generally required in the process of disassembling or assembling the transmission. Detailed Description
Hereinafter, example embodiments according to the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments of the present application, and that the present application is not limited by the example embodiments described herein.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a quick-change device provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application when a transmission is disassembled. As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a vehicle, which may include a vehicle frame (not shown) as a carrier for various components.
In one embodiment, the vehicle may include a passenger vehicle, a commercial vehicle, a construction machine, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the vehicle may further include an engine 11, a clutch 12, and a transmission 13, the engine 11, the clutch 12, and the transmission 13 are all disposed on the frame, the clutch 12 is disposed between the engine 11 and the transmission 13, and the clutch 12 may transmit or cut off power between the engine 11 and the transmission 13. The clutch 12 with the friction plates is easily worn during operation, and therefore, the clutch 12 needs to be frequently checked for disassembly. Before the clutch 12 is removed, the transmission 13 needs to be removed. For this reason, the embodiment of the present application provides a quick-change device 2 that can quickly disassemble or assemble the transmission 13.

Taking the working process of detaching the transmission 13 as an example, in practical application, after the bolt between the transmission 13 and the engine 11 is detached, the abutting body 22 abuts against the transmission 13, so that the transmission 13 cannot be suddenly separated, and the transmission 13 is protected to a certain extent. Then, the abutting body 22 is controlled to move relative to the guide body 21, the guide body 21 guides the abutting body 22 to move along the preset direction, and the transmission 13 follows the abutting body 22 to move along the preset direction, so that the quick disassembling operation of the transmission 13 can be realized.
In one embodiment, the abutment body 22 is rotatably connected to the guide body 21. Alternatively, the contact body 22 may be slidably connected to the guide body 21.

As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the number of the jacking bolts 2221 may be two, the two jacking bolts 2221 are arranged on the support frame 221 at intervals, and the two jacking bolts 2221 are used for jacking different parts of the transmission 13, so that the probability of inclination and shaking of the transmission 13 during the movement process can be reduced, and the stability of the transmission 13 during the disassembly or assembly process can be improved.
However, it should be understood that the number of the jacking bolts 2221 may also be one, three, four, etc., which is determined according to the requirements of the actual application scenario, and the number of the jacking bolts 2221 is not strictly limited in this application.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the abutting body 22 may further include a sliding block 223, the sliding block 223 is connected to the supporting frame 221, and the sliding block 223 is slidably engaged with the guiding body 21. The guide body 21 can guide the sliding block 223 to move along the preset direction, and the supporting frame 221 is driven by the sliding block 223 to move along the preset direction in the process of moving along the preset direction, so that the transmission 13 moves along the preset direction.
In an embodiment, the sliding block 223 and the supporting frame 221 may be integrally formed. Alternatively, the slider 223 may be attached to the support frame 221 by means of bonding, welding, or the like.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the number of the sliding blocks 223 may be two, and both the sliding blocks 223 are in sliding fit with the guide body 21, so that the sliding process is more stable, which is beneficial to ensuring the stability of the transmission 13 during the moving process.
However, it should be understood that the number of the sliders 223 may also be one, three, four, etc., which is determined according to the requirements of the actual application scenario, and the number of the sliders 223 is not strictly limited in this application.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the guide body 21 may include a guide rail 211, the guide rail 211 is provided with a guide groove 212, and the slider 223 is slidably caught to the guide groove 212. Thus, the guide groove 212 not only can guide the moving direction of the slider 223, but also can reduce the probability of separation between the slider 223 and the guide rail 211, and improve the safety in the sliding process.

As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the quick-change apparatus 2 may further include a driving body 23, the driving body 23 is connected to the abutting body 22, and the driving body 23 can drive the abutting body 22 to move along a predetermined direction after being activated.
In one embodiment, the driving body 23 can be mounted to the frame of the vehicle by a fastener such as a bolt, screw, or the like.
It should be understood that, during the process that the driving body 23 drives the abutting body 22 to move along the preset direction, since the power needs to be continuously output along the preset direction, a situation that the power output end 230 of the driving body 23 is jammed with the abutting body 22 may occur, which affects the dismounting or assembling efficiency of the transmission 13.
For this purpose, as shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the power take-off 230 of the driving body 23 is hinged to the abutment body 22. Thus, the degree of freedom between the power take-off 230 of the driving body 23 and the abutting body 22 can be increased, the probability of the locking between the power take-off 230 of the driving body 23 and the abutting body 22 can be reduced, and the efficiency of disassembling or assembling the transmission 13 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment, the driving body 23 may include a cylinder 231, a piston rod of the cylinder 231 is hinged to the abutting body 22, and after the cylinder 231 is communicated with the air source, the piston rod of the cylinder 231 may push the abutting body 22 to move along a preset direction, so as to achieve the disassembling or assembling operation of the transmission 13. 2. The quick-change device according to claim 1, characterized in that said supporting body (222) is screw-engaged with said supporting frame (221).
3. A quick-change device according to claim 1, characterized in that the abutment body (22) further comprises:
the sliding block (223) is connected with the supporting frame (221), and the sliding block (223) is in sliding fit with the guide body (21) so as to drive the supporting frame (221) to move along the preset direction.
4. A quick-change device according to claim 3, characterized in that the guide body (21) comprises:
the guide rail (211) is provided with a guide groove (212), and the sliding block (223) can be clamped in the guide groove (212) in a sliding mode.
5. Quick-change device according to claim 1, characterized in that the quick-change device (2) further comprises:
the driving body (23) is connected with the abutting body (22), and the driving body (23) is configured to drive the abutting body (22) to move along the preset direction.
6. Quick-change device according to claim 5, characterized in that the power take-off (230) of the driving body (23) is articulated to the abutment body (22).
7. A vehicle, characterized by comprising:
a frame;
a transmission (13) connected to the frame; and
quick-change device (2) according to one of claims 1 to 6, the guide body (21) being connected to the vehicle frame.
8. Vehicle according to claim 7, characterized in that the number of quick-change devices (2) is two, the two quick-change devices (2) being located on opposite sides of the transmission (13).
