"axial, radial" generally refers to relative to the axis of rotation of the tire. Terms such as "first," "second," and the like, are used herein to distinguish one element from another, and are not necessarily sequential or significant. Furthermore, in the following description, when referring to the drawings, like reference numbers in different drawings denote like elements.
In the prior art, an alarm device is integrally arranged inside a tire, for example, an alarm wire harness of the alarm device is arranged in a belt layer below a tire tread or inside the tire tread, and when the tire is worn to a certain degree, the alarm wire harness is broken and an alarm occurs. However, disposing the wire harness within the belt layer or inside the tire tread is difficult to achieve technically and affects the overall strength of the tire. In the prior art, the alarm device can be arranged on one side of the tire, but research and analysis show that the tire is of a flexible structure, so that deformation continuously occurs in the driving process, and a wire harness of the alarm device is easy to break, so that the alarm device is easy to damage, fail or give false alarm.
In view of the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides a wheel, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, including a rim 1, a solid tire 2 mounted on the rim 1, and an alarm device provided on the rim 1, the alarm device being capable of giving an alarm signal when the solid tire 2 reaches a predetermined amount of wear, that is, when an outer circumferential surface of the solid tire 2 is worn to the vicinity of a safety line thereof. The solid tire 2 may be made of rubber or polyurethane, and is attached to the outer circumferential surface of the hub 1 by vulcanization or adhesion. In addition, the alarm device can comprise a sensor for detecting the abrasion loss of the solid tire 2, a controller and an alarm, when the sensor detects that the solid tire 2 reaches a preset abrasion loss, a signal can be transmitted to the controller, and the controller can control the alarm to give an alarm, so that a driver is reminded of tire faults.
