Abstract
本发明公开了一种木质纤维复合防火门及其生产方法,包括第一平衡纸层(1)、第一玻镁板层(2)、LVL骨架(3)、蜂窝纸(5)、第二玻镁板层(6)和第二平衡纸层(7);本发明具有高效生产高品质防火门等优点,因此本发明可广泛应用于板材加工领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及板材加工领域,具体是指一种木质纤维复合防火门及其生产方法。
背景技术
在现代生活中,人们对于家具木门的品质有了更高的要求,除了其最基本的安全防护性能外,利用木门隔绝高温或者火灾,也逐渐成了人们关注的重点,但是增强木门的性能,也不可避免的增加了木门的生产成本,因此研发一种既可以保证木门的品质,又可以降低木门生产成本的木质纤维复合防火门及其生产方法是具有现实意义的。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种木质纤维复合防火门及其生产方法,包括第一平衡纸层、第一玻镁板层、LVL骨架、蜂窝纸、第二玻镁板层和第二平衡纸层;
所述蜂窝纸嵌压在所述LVL骨架的内部,所述第一平衡纸层、所述第一玻镁板层、所述LVL骨架、所述第二玻镁板层与所述第二平衡纸层依次通过胶水粘附在一起,所述第一平衡纸层、所述第一玻镁板层、所述LVL骨架、所述第二玻镁板层与所述第二平衡纸层的同一位置设有贯穿的锁孔,所述LVL骨架的边缘处设有铰链孔;
进一步地,生产方法包括以下步骤:
S1.使用辊压机将所述蜂窝纸嵌压在所述LVL骨架内,并通过胶水将所述蜂窝纸与所述LVL骨架连接;
S2.使用双面机将所述第一平衡纸层、所述第一玻镁板层、所述LVL骨架、所述第二玻镁板层与所述第二平衡纸层依次贴附在一起并通过胶水依次粘贴得到防火门;
S3.将步骤S2得到的防火门放置在微波设备用加热去水分;
S4.将步骤S3得到的防火门在LVL骨架使用锯子锯出透气孔,并放置在货架上并冷却至环境温度;
S5.将步骤S4得到的防火门放置在铣床中进行去毛边和切直角;
S6.将步骤S5得到的防火门进行封边;
S7.将步骤S6得到的防火门放置在钻床钻出锁孔和铰链孔;
S8.将步骤S7得到的防火门使用空气脉冲去除灰尘并得到木质纤维复合防火门。
采用以上技术方案,本发明具有生产加工木门效率高和成本低的技术效果,本发明在工艺上主要以LVL骨架为基础,内部填充蜂窝纸,外部双面加工,同时加工第一玻镁板层和第二玻镁板层,最终达到具有生产加工木门效率高和成本低的技术效果。

具体实施方式
为了更好地解释本发明,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步阐述,需要声明的是,以下内容仅是为了更好地说明本发明,并非是限制本发明权利要求书的保护范围;
实施例一
如图1~2所示,一种木质纤维复合防火门及其生产方法,包括第一平衡纸层1、第一玻镁板层2、LVL骨架3、蜂窝纸5、第二玻镁板层6和第二平衡纸层7;
蜂窝纸5嵌压在LVL骨架3的内部,第一平衡纸层1、第一玻镁板层2、LVL骨架3、第二玻镁板层6与第二平衡纸层7依次通过胶水粘附在一起,第一平衡纸层1、第一玻镁板层2、LVL骨架3、第二玻镁板层6与第二平衡纸层7的同一位置设有贯穿的锁孔8,LVL骨架3的边缘处设有铰链孔4;
为保证本发明的强度,可先使用气枪将第一玻镁板层2、LVL骨架3和第二玻镁板层6钉在一起;
生产方法包括以下步骤:
S1.使用辊压机将蜂窝纸5嵌压在LVL骨架3内,并通过胶水将蜂窝纸5与LVL骨架3连接;
S2.使用双面机将第一平衡纸层1、第一玻镁板层2、LVL骨架3、第二玻镁板层6与第二平衡纸层7依次贴附在一起并通过胶水依次粘贴得到防火门;
若是需使用气枪,则先使用气枪将第一玻镁板层2、LVL骨架3和第二玻镁板层6钉在一起,然后再通过胶水将第一平衡纸层1、第一玻镁板层2、LVL骨架3、第二玻镁板层6与第二平衡纸层7依次粘贴;
S3.将步骤S2得到的防火门放置在微波设备用加热去水分;
S4.将步骤S3得到的防火门在LVL骨架3使用锯子锯出透气孔,并放置在货架上并冷却至环境温度;
透气孔主要用于在微波加热过程中散出水蒸气;
S5.将步骤S4得到的防火门放置在铣床中进行去毛边和切直角;
使用铣床记性四边铣工艺,洗掉毛边和得到直角;
S6.将步骤S5得到的防火门进行封边;
S7.将步骤S6得到的防火门放置在钻床钻出锁孔8和铰链孔4;
S8.将步骤S7得到的防火门使用空气脉冲去除灰尘并得到木质纤维复合防火门。

1.一种木质纤维复合防火门及其生产方法,其特征在于,包括第一平衡纸层(1)、第一玻镁板层(2)、LVL骨架(3)、蜂窝纸(5)、第二玻镁板层(6)和第二平衡纸层(7);
所述蜂窝纸(5)嵌压在所述LVL骨架(3)的内部,所述第一平衡纸层(1)、所述第一玻镁板层(2)、所述LVL骨架(3)、所述第二玻镁板层(6)与所述第二平衡纸层(7)依次通过胶水粘附在一起,所述第一平衡纸层(1)、所述第一玻镁板层(2)、所述LVL骨架(3)、所述第二玻镁板层(6)与所述第二平衡纸层(7)的同一位置设有贯穿的锁孔(8),所述LVL骨架(3)的边缘处设有铰链孔(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种木质纤维复合防火门及其生产方法,其特征在于,生产方法包括以下步骤:
S1.使用辊压机将所述蜂窝纸(5)嵌压在所述LVL骨架(3)内,并通过胶水将所述蜂窝纸(5)与所述LVL骨架(3)连接;
S2.使用双面机将所述第一平衡纸层(1)、所述第一玻镁板层(2)、所述LVL骨架(3)、所述第二玻镁板层(6)与所述第二平衡纸层(7)依次贴附在一起并通过胶水依次粘贴得到防火门;
S3.将步骤S2得到的防火门放置在微波设备用加热去水分;
S4.将步骤S3得到的防火门在LVL骨架(3)使用锯子锯出透气孔,并放置在货架上并冷却至环境温度;
S5.将步骤S4得到的防火门放置在铣床中进行去毛边和切直角;
S6.将步骤S5得到的防火门进行封边;
S7.将步骤S6得到的防火门放置在钻床钻出锁孔(8)和铰链孔(4);
S8.将步骤S7得到的防火门使用空气脉冲去除灰尘并得到木质纤维复合防火门。
