Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that a cleaning device for a medical atomized air filter bottle in the prior art is complex in operation and does not have an automatic cleaning function, and provides a self-cleaning medical atomized air filter bottle.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an air filter bottle of a medical atomization self-cleaning filter screen comprises an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe, wherein the inlet pipe is communicated with a branch pipe, the branch pipe is divided into two branch parts, the tail end, far away from the inlet pipe, of each branch part is communicated with a filter vat, a filter screen is fixedly connected in the filter vat, the top wall of the filter vat is communicated with a second connecting pipe and a third connecting pipe, the two second connecting pipes are communicated with each other and communicated with a first connecting pipe and the outlet pipe through a four-way joint, two ends of the first connecting pipe are respectively communicated with the branch pipe and the outlet pipe, the two third connecting pipes are uniformly communicated with the branch pipes, the bottom of the filter vat is communicated with a fourth connecting pipe, the two fourth connecting pipes are both communicated with the outlet pipe, and a backwashing device is arranged in the filter vat;
the back washing device comprises a transmission structure and a linkage structure, the transmission structure comprises sliding boxes arranged at two branch parts, the slide box is fixedly connected with the bottom of the branch pipe and communicated with the interior of the branch pipe, a slide block is connected in the slide box in a sealing and sliding manner, the bottom of the slide block is fixedly connected with a push rod which simultaneously penetrates through the slide box and the top of the filter barrel, the part of the push rod in the filter barrel is sleeved with a square block, the side wall of the square block is rotatably connected with a plurality of rotating plates, the plurality of rotating plates jointly seal the inner wall of the filter screen and divide the filter screen into an upper layer space and a lower layer space, the third connecting pipe simultaneously penetrates through the top wall of the filter barrel and the rotating plate in a sealing way and is inserted into the lower layer space, one end of the rotating plate, far away from the square block, is rotatably connected with a moving block, the moving block is connected to the inner wall of the filter screen in a sealing and sliding manner, and one end of the push rod, far away from the sliding block, is fixedly connected with a sealing plate; the top of the square block is provided with a first spring, the fixed end of the first spring is arranged at the center of the top of the filter barrel, and the first spring is sleeved outside the push rod;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. compressed air enters through the inlet pipe, the two branch parts of the branch pipes divide the entering air into two parts, the two parts respectively enter the corresponding filter barrels, and the two parts flow out through the outlet pipe under the connection action of the second connecting pipe under the action of a filter screen in the filter barrels, so that the atomized liquid medicine cannot be sprayed and mixed with dust or impurities in the air to affect the health of a patient when the atomization equipment using the air as power works;

3. when dust accumulation occurs on the two filter screens at the same time, the two sliding blocks respectively seal the corresponding branch parts, gas entering from the inlet pipe can burst the second pressure valve to enter the first connecting pipe, the first connecting pipe is communicated with the second connecting pipe, so that the gas is divided into two parts which respectively enter the filter barrel through the second connecting pipe, and the effect of backwashing the inner walls of the filter screens is continuously realized;

5. The sealing of the sliding block and the upward movement of the sealing plate are simultaneously realized by the push rod when the air pressure is increased, the principle is that the lower layer space of the filter screen is enlarged under the condition that the sealing plate is driven by a plurality of rotating plates and the rotating plates slide upwards, the requirement of gas expansion under the air pressure is met, the push rod moves upwards to drive the moving rod and the abutting blocks to simultaneously move upwards, the two abutting blocks abut against the baffle, the sealing of the outlet pipe by the baffle can be realized after one abutting block pushes the baffle to move upwards, and the change of the flow direction of the pipeline gas is realized.
6. The arrangement of the first pressure valve and the second pressure valve enables the pressure valve to close the pipeline channel where the gas normally flows under the state that the gas normally flows, and when the sliding block or the baffle plate seals the pipeline channel, the gas breaks through the pressure valve under the action of air pressure, so that the gas flow channel is changed, different pipeline flow directions under normal work and under the work of cleaning the filter screen are realized, and the normal gas flow state is not influenced.

Referring to fig. 1-6, an air filter bottle of a medical atomization self-cleaning filter screen comprises an inlet pipe 1 and an outlet pipe 7, the inlet pipe 1 is communicated with a branch pipe 2, the branch pipe 2 is divided into two branch parts, the tail end of each branch part far away from the inlet pipe 1 is communicated with a filter vat 8, a filter screen 9 is fixedly connected in the filter vat 8, the filter screen 9 is a cylinder structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, the sections of the two symmetrical side surfaces are in a vase shape, the top wall of the filtering barrel 8 is communicated with second connecting pipes 4 and third connecting pipes 5, the two second connecting pipes 4 are communicated with each other and are communicated with a first connecting pipe 3 and an outlet pipe 7 through a four-way joint, two ends of the first connecting pipe 3 are respectively communicated with the branch pipes 2 and the outlet pipe, the two third connecting pipes 5 are uniformly communicated corresponding to the branch pipes 2, the bottom of the filtering barrel 8 is communicated with fourth connecting pipes 6, the two fourth connecting pipes 6 are both communicated with the outlet pipe 7, and a back washing device is arranged in the filtering barrel 8;

Each branch part between the filter barrel 8 and the third connecting pipe 5 is provided with a first pressure valve 23, the first connecting pipe 3 is provided with a second pressure valve 24, the two pressure valves are in a closed state under a normal working state because the gas pressure can not reach the opening pressure of the pressure valve, and when the slide block 12 or the baffle 20 seals the corresponding pipeline space, the pressure valves can be broken under the action of air pressure, so that the change of a gas flow channel is realized, and the normal work is not influenced, the third connecting pipe 5 is made of PU hose material and has the capability of deformation, so that when the rotating plate 15 rotates under the action of air pressure, the third connecting pipe 5 has a deformation space, the gap between the third connecting pipe 5 and the rotating plate 15 is avoided, the connection part of the second connecting pipe 4 and the filter barrel 8 is positioned at the outer ring part of the filter screen 9, so that the gas is introduced into the outer ring from the inside of the filter screen 9 under the filtering action and outputs clean air, the junction of the fourth connecting pipe 6 and the filtering barrel 8 is located at the center of the bottom of the filtering barrel 8, when the sealing plate 10 is located at the bottom of the filtering barrel 8, the junction of the fourth connecting pipe 6 and the branch pipe 2 with the filtering barrel 8 is sealed, and when the sealing plate 10 moves upwards under the driving of the push rod 13, the fourth connecting pipe 6 is unsealed, and the air entering the lower filtering barrel through the branch pipe 2 is filtered again and then output.
The filter screen 9 is divided into two funnel structures which are formed by integrally connecting two annular structures and have wide upper layers and narrow lower layers; the lower floor adopts thin wall cylinder mechanism, the junction diameter of upper strata and lower floor is the same, closing plate 10 constitutes for a ring magnet and a circular iron plate jointly, circular iron plate and the sealed sliding connection of the 9 lower floor inner walls of filter screen, ring magnet and the same height of circular iron plate and inside and outside respectively with the sealed laminating of 9 lower floor inner walls of filter screen and 8 inner walls of filter vat, ring magnet and circular iron plate inter attraction, make when circular iron plate shifts up under the effect of push rod 13, ring magnet shifts up under the effect of magnetic attraction in step, and the 8 inner walls of common seal filter vat, make filter vat 8 divide into two filtration spaces.
When the gas filtering device is used, in a normal working state, as shown in fig. 4, compressed air enters through the inlet pipe 1, enters the inner ring of the filter screen 9 through the third connecting pipe 5 under the flow guiding effect of the branch pipe 2, and the gas in the inner ring is outwards diffused by the continuous entering of the compressed gas, enters the outer ring of the filter screen 9 under the filtering effect of the filter screen 9 and is discharged through the second connecting pipe 4 and the outlet pipe 7, so that the gas filtering work in the normal working state is realized;
in this state, the flow rates of the gas entering the filtering barrel 8 and the gas flowing out of the filtering barrel 8 are the same in a unit time, so that the inside and the outside of the filtering barrel 8 are dynamically balanced, the sealing plate 10 is positioned at the bottom of the filtering barrel 8, the first spring 17 keeps a natural length, the moving rod 18 is positioned at the lower end outside the filtering barrel 8, and the baffle plate 20 cannot seal the outlet pipe 7;
when one of the filter tanks 8 is subjected to dust accumulation, since the filtering direction of the filter screen 9 is always from the inner side to the outer side, so that a large amount of dust always deposits on the inner side of the filter net 9, and at this time, since the filtering effect is reduced and the filter holes are largely blocked, it is equivalent to the filter net 9 sealing the inner space thereof, so that the inflow speed of the gas per unit time is larger than the outflow speed, therefore, the air pressure in the internal space of the filter screen 9 is increased, and at the moment, the air has the force of expanding the relative sealed space, and the space sealed by the filter screen 9, the rotating plate 15 and the sealing plate 10 tends to be relatively enlarged when sliding upward, the air pressure drives the push rod 13 to slide upwards, the sliding block 12 fixedly connected with the push rod 13, the moving rod 18 and the sealing plate 10 simultaneously realize three functions, and the corresponding branch part is sealed by the movement of the sliding block 12; the movement of the mobile rod 18 causes the abutment 21 to push the shutter 20 upwards and eventually seal the outlet tube 7; the upward movement of the sealing plate 10 opens the joint of the branch pipe 2 and the filtering barrel 8 and simultaneously ends the sealing state of the fourth connecting pipe 6, and simultaneously divides the filtering barrel 8 into two filtering spaces which are independent from each other;
the final flow direction of the gas is shown in fig. 5, the gas passes through the filter vat 8 without dust deposition on the other side, enters the second connecting pipe 4 after being filtered, because the outlet pipe 7 is sealed, the gas passes through the second connecting pipe 4 on the other side and reversely enters the upper filtering space of the filter vat 8 to be cleaned, and is input from the outer side of the filter screen 9, the dust on the inner side is removed, and reversely enters the third connecting pipe 5 along with the air, enters the lower filtering space of the filter vat 8 after breaking the pressure valve on the branch pipe 2, and enters the outlet pipe 7 through the fourth connecting pipe 6 after being filtered again and is output; the device has the advantages that the process of cleaning dust on the filter screen does not influence the discharge of compressed air, so that the output of the atomized liquid medicine driven by the compressed air cannot be stopped when the device is used under the self-cleaning action, the atomized liquid medicine is always in a continuous output state, the input of the liquid medicine cannot be disconnected, the patient is always treated by the atomized liquid medicine driven by clean compressed air in an emergency state, and the treatment effect is improved;
when the two filter screens 9 are simultaneously subjected to dust deposition, the air at the inlet breaks through the second pressure valve 24 and reversely enters the filter barrel 8 through the first connecting pipe 3, the flowing principle is the same as that of the one filter screen 9, and the gas flowing channel can be shown in fig. 6, so that the two filter screens 9 can be cleaned simultaneously.
In conclusion, when the impurity content in the air is not large and the dust does not need to be removed completely, the back washing principle in the device is utilized to continuously separate the dust deposited on the filter screen 9, so that the cleanliness of the air is not influenced during output, the treatment work of a patient in a medical atomization device, particularly in an emergency treatment or rescue state, is facilitated, the effect of self-cleaning the filter screen 9 is realized, and the workload of workers is reduced.
Although the terms of the inlet pipe 1, the outlet pipe 2, the first connecting pipe 3, the second connecting pipe 4, the third connecting pipe 5, the fourth connecting pipe 6, the outlet pipe 7, the filter vat 8, the filter screen 9, the sealing plate 10, the slide box 11, the slider 12, the push rod 13, the square block 14, the rotating plate 15, the moving block 16, the first spring 17, the moving rod 18, the sealing box 19, the baffle plate 20, the resisting block 21, the second spring 22, the first pressure valve 23, the second pressure valve 24, etc. are used more frequently, the possibility of using other terms is not excluded. These terms are used merely to more conveniently describe and explain the nature of the present invention; they are to be construed as being without limitation to any additional limitations that may be imposed by the spirit of the present invention.
