The food is placed on the resting grooves 1157 of the flame core plate 1151, the inner flame plate 1152 and the outer flame plate 1153 for grilling.
The compression member 105 infuses the compressed high-temperature flue gas into the baking plate 104, and the oxygen charging pipe in the baking plate 104 infuses oxygen into the high-temperature flue gas, so that the remaining particles which are not sufficiently combusted are combusted again, the temperature of the high-temperature flue gas is increased again, and simultaneously, the cleanness of the flue gas is increased again by the secondary combustion. The flue gas passing through bake plate 104 is exhausted to the environment.
