As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a storage cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 100 and a drawer 104, wherein a compartment 102 is provided inside the cabinet 100; the drawer 104 is disposed in the compartment 102, and the drawer 104 is switchable between a pulled-out state in which a rear sidewall of the drawer 104 and the compartment 102 enclose a cleaning space 106 and a pushed-back state.
According to the storage cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention, the drawer 104 is kept in the pulled-out state, so that the rear side wall of the drawer 104 and the inner wall of the compartment 102 are surrounded to form the cleaning space 106, and at the moment, the compartment 102 in the storage cabinet can be cleaned by cleaning the cleaning space 106, so that the step of taking down the drawer 104 is omitted, food materials in the drawer 104 do not need to be taken out, and the efficiency of cleaning the compartment 102 of the storage cabinet is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the cabinet 100 has a plurality of compartments 102 disposed therein, and each compartment 102 has a drawer 104 movably disposed therein. That is, the drawer 104 can be switched between a pulled-out state and a pushed-back state, and when the drawer 104 is pulled out, the drawer 104 is in the pulled-out state, and at this time, a cleaning space 106 is defined between the rear side wall of the drawer 104 and the inner wall of the compartment 102. When the compartment 102 needs to be cleaned, the cleaning space 106 can be directly cleaned, that is, when the compartment 102 needs to be cleaned, the drawer 104 does not need to be detached, and the food materials in the drawer 104 do not need to be taken out, so that the efficiency of cleaning the compartment 102 of the locker is improved. When cleaning is finished, the drawer 104 is pushed back directly, and at the moment, the drawer 104 is in a push-back state.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, an inner liner 122 is disposed within compartment 102, and drawer 104 is removably disposed within inner liner 122.
In other words, the inner liner 122 is disposed within the compartment 102 and serves to accommodate the drawer 104, whereby the cleaning space 106 is formed inside the inner liner 122 when the drawer 104 is in a pulled-out state. That is, the cleaning space 106 is defined by the inner wall of the inner liner 122 and the rear side wall of the drawer 104.
In the present embodiment, the inner liner 122 is made of a metal material, and may be a corrosion-resistant and rust-resistant material such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy. In addition, by forming the inner liner 122 using a metal material and placing the drawer 104 in the inner liner 122, the difficulty of cleaning the inner wall of the inner liner 122 is reduced, and thus, a water saving effect can be achieved. It can be understood that, due to the fact that the inner liner 122 is made of the metal material, dirt and sundries attached to the surface of the inner liner 122 can fall off more easily, thereby reducing the difficulty of cleaning, and the cleaning space 106 can be cleaned without needing too much water, thereby achieving the water saving effect.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning space 106 is formed as follows: a seal 124 is provided at the rear side wall of the drawer 104, the seal 124 sealingly engaging the inner liner 122 in the pulled-out state to form the cleaning space 106.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, generally, the rear side wall of the drawer 104 has a size smaller than that of the inner sleeve 122, and in order to improve the sealing effect of the cleaning space 106 and prevent the cleaning medium from overflowing, a sealing member 124 is provided on the rear side wall of the drawer 104, and the size of the sealing member 124 may be equal to or slightly larger than that of the inner sleeve 122, so that a sealing fit between the sealing member 124 and the inner sleeve 122 is formed. When the drawer 104 is pulled out, the sealing member 124 and the inner sleeve 122 enclose the cleaning space 106.
In the present embodiment, the sealing member 124 is a waterproof sealing ring, and the waterproof sealing ring is disposed around the peripheral edge of the rear sidewall. The sealing member 124 may be made of rubber, silicon gel, or the like, and the sealing member 124 may be disposed on the rear sidewall in a sealing ring manner, or the sealing member 124 may be disposed on the rear sidewall of the drawer 104 in a sealing sheet manner, so that the sealing effect of the cleaning space 106 may be improved, and the cleaning medium may be prevented from overflowing.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the component for performing the cleaning function is a cleaning device, which is disposed in the cabinet 100 to clean the cleaning space 106.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cleaning apparatus includes a spray head 108, an inlet line 110, and an outlet line 112.
The showerhead 108 is disposed on a peripheral wall of the chamber 102. As described above, the inner liner 122 is provided in the compartment 102, and thus the head 108 in the embodiment of the present invention is provided on the peripheral wall of the inner liner 122. For example, the spray head 108 may be disposed on a rear sidewall, a top wall, or a bottom wall of the inner liner 122. In an embodiment of the present invention, the showerhead 108 is disposed on a top wall of the inner liner 122. Thus, when the nozzle 108 ejects the cleaning medium, the cleaning medium is ejected from the top wall of the inner liner 122, and the top wall, the side wall, and the bottom wall of the inner liner 122 are sequentially cleaned. Also, the showerhead 108 may be mounted directly inside the compartment 102, or mounted outside the compartment 102 and in communication with the compartment 102.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to better achieve the cleaning of the inner liner 122, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the spray head 108 is rotatably disposed on the peripheral wall of the inner liner 122, for example, the spray head 108 may be directly rotatably disposed on the top wall of the inner liner 122. Thus, when the nozzle 108 is rotated, the side walls, the ceiling wall, and the bottom wall of the inner liner 122 can be uniformly cleaned, and the situation that the dead space of the inner liner 122 cannot be cleaned is avoided. The connection of the spray head 108 to the inner liner 122 may be in the form of a ball joint, for example.
Alternatively, the nozzle 108 may be configured to include an arc-shaped spraying surface, and a plurality of nozzles are disposed on the arc-shaped spraying surface, that is, the spraying surface of the nozzle 108 is arc-shaped, and the cleaning medium may be sprayed from the plurality of nozzles to clean the cleaning space 106.
An inlet line 110 is connected to the spray head 108 for supplying cleaning medium to the spray head 108.
Taking the cleaning medium as water, two ends of the inlet pipeline 110 are respectively communicated with the spray head 108 and an external water source. When the external water source begins to supply water, the water is delivered to the spray head 108 through the inlet line 110, and the spray head 108 sprays the water into the inner liner 122 to clean the cleaning space 106.
Taking the example that the cleaning medium is compressed air, both ends of the inlet pipe 110 are respectively communicated with the spray head 108 and an external air compressor. When the external air compressor is turned on, the compressed air is delivered to the nozzle 108 through the inlet line 110, and the nozzle 108 ejects the compressed air into the inner liner 122 to clean the cleaning space 106.
In an embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the showerhead 108, the inlet line 110, and the outlet line 112 is coupled to a pressurizing member 120 and/or a heating member. For example, a pressure piece 120 can be provided on the feed line 110 in order to ensure that the cleaning medium can be pumped to the spray head 108 at a certain pressure. Wherein the pressurizing member 120 may be a booster pump. Thus, after the cleaning medium flows through the pressurizing member 120, the cleaning medium can be pumped to the nozzle 108 at a certain pressure and then ejected from the nozzle 108 into the inner liner 122, which can significantly improve the cleaning of stubborn stains or impurities, thereby effectively ensuring the cleaning efficiency and effect.
A heating element may also be provided on the inlet line 110. For example, the heating element may be a heat pipe. Thus, after the cleaning medium flows through the heating member, the cleaning medium is heated to a certain temperature and then is sprayed out from the spray head 108, so that stubborn stains in the inner liner 122 can be effectively removed.
Alternatively, the pressurizing member 120 and the heating member may be disposed on the outlet pipe 112 or the nozzle 108 according to actual use requirements.
When the cabinet is a refrigerator, a sealing plug may be disposed on the inlet pipe 110 or the inlet pipe 110 may be disposed in a spiral shape to prevent cold leakage. For example, the sealing plug may be a silicone plug and the inlet conduit 110 may be laid in the form of an archimedes spiral.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the inlet pipe 110 may be formed by a tubular structural member, such as a silicone tube. Or a conduit formed in the foam layer.
The outlet pipe 112 connects the compartment 102 and the outside of the cabinet 100, in other words, after cleaning is completed, the outlet pipe 112 is used for discharging the cleaning medium in the inner liner 122 to the outside of the cabinet 100. In addition, in order to ensure that the cleaning medium after cleaning is able to flow out of the cabinet 100, the outlet pipe 112 may be disposed in an inclined manner, and the specific inclined direction thereof is: from the inner liner 122 toward the cabinet 100, the outlet pipe 112 is inclined downward.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the outlet pipe 112 may be formed by a tubular structural member, such as a silicone tube. Or a conduit formed in the foam layer.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a collection tank 114 is provided on the bottom wall of the compartment 102 in communication with the outlet conduit 112, the collection tank 114 being provided with a screen 116. By providing the collecting gutter 114 in the bottom wall of the compartment 102, the cleaned cleaning medium can be collected, and for this purpose the bottom inner liner 122 can be arranged inclined towards the collecting gutter 114, whereby the cleaning medium in the inner liner 122 can be introduced into the collecting gutter 114. By providing the collection tank 114 with a strainer 116, debris can be prevented from clogging the outlet conduit 112. Thus, when cleaning is complete, the screen 116 may be removed for cleaning or replacement. In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific structure, material, and number of layers of the filter screen 116 are not specifically limited, as long as the purpose of filtering the impurities in the cleaning medium can be achieved. Furthermore, it should be noted that the strainer 116 may be disposed at any position of the collection tank 114, for example, the strainer 116 may be disposed at a notch position of the collection tank 114, or the strainer 116 may be disposed at the bottom of the collection tank 114.
When the storage cabinet is a refrigerator, a sealing plug can be arranged on the outlet pipeline 112 to prevent cold leakage, for example, the sealing plug can be a silicon plug. Alternatively, outlet conduit 112 may be arranged in a spiral configuration to accomplish the above-mentioned objectives. For example, outbound piping 112 may be laid in the form of an archimedes spiral.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning medium may enter the cleaning space 106 from the outside of the cabinet 100 or circulate between the inlet pipe 110 and the outlet pipe 112, and after the cleaning of the cleaning space by the cleaning medium is completed, the cleaning medium may be directly discharged to the outside of the cabinet 100 or recycled.
When the cleaning medium circulates between the inlet line 110 and the outlet line 112, three-way valves may be provided on the inlet line 110 and the outlet line 112. The specific cyclic paths are: the inlet pipeline 110 introduces an external cleaning medium, the cleaning medium is pressurized by the pressurizing member 120 and then pumped to the spray head 108, the spray head 108 sprays the cleaning medium into the cleaning space 106, the cleaning medium cleans the cleaning space 106, the collecting tank 114 collects the cleaning medium, the cleaning medium is filtered by the filter screen 116 and then is led out of the cleaning space 106 through the outlet pipeline 112. At this time, a port of the three-way valve on the outlet pipe 112 communicating with the outside is closed, and a port communicating with the inlet pipe 110 is opened, thereby realizing circulation of the cleaning medium.
Referring to fig. 4, the bottom wall of the drawer 104 is provided with a grid 118, and in the pushed-back state, the grid 118 corresponds to the collection trough 114. Through set up grid 118 in the diapire of drawer 104, guaranteed that the user can directly put into drawer 104 with the edible material that does not have the extranal packing or the edible material that adheres to debris more. After the food materials of the above type are placed in the drawer 104, the sundries attached to the food materials can fall into the inner bushing 122 through the grating 118, when the cleaning space 106 is cleaned by the cleaning medium, the sundries can be flushed into the collecting tank 114, then the sundries can be attached to the filter screen 116 through the filtering of the filter screen 116, and then the sundries can be removed by replacing the filter screen 116 or cleaning the filter screen 116.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning step for cleaning the space 106 can be started by the following two ways:
the method comprises the following steps:
a proximity switch may be provided in the inner sleeve 122 near the outer edge to detect the drawer 104 when the drawer 104 is pulled out to a certain position. When the proximity switch detects the drawer 104, a detection signal is sent to the control element, the control element receives the detection signal, automatically generates a control signal and sends the control signal to the pressurizing element 120 connected to the inlet pipeline 110, the pressurizing element 120 starts to work after receiving the control signal, external cleaning media are pumped to the spray head 108, and the spray head 108 sprays the cleaning media into the cleaning space 106 and cleans the cleaning space 106. After the cleaning is completed or a preset cleaning time threshold is reached, a pressurizing member (not shown) connected to the discharge line 112 starts to operate, and discharges the cleaning medium in the collection tank 114 to the outside of the cabinet 100. Finally, the filter screen 116 is removed, and the filter screen 116 is cleaned of debris or replaced. Thereby, the cleaning of the cleaning space 106 is completed.
And a second opening mode:
a cleaning button may be provided on a control panel of the storage cabinet, and when the cleaning button is pressed, the control part transmits a control signal to the pressurizing member 120 connected to the inlet pipe 110, the pressurizing member 120 starts to operate after receiving the control signal, external cleaning media are pumped to the spray head 108, and the spray head 108 sprays the cleaning media into the cleaning space 106 and cleans the cleaning space 106. After the cleaning is completed or a preset cleaning time threshold is reached, the pressurizing member connected to the outlet line 112 starts to operate, and the cleaning medium in the collecting tank 114 is discharged to the outside of the cabinet 100.
