Wherein the cabinet 100 is provided with a compartment 102 therein; the drawer 104 is arranged in the compartment 102, the drawer 104 can be switched between a pull-out state and a push-back state, and in the pull-out state, a cleaning space 106 is formed by the surrounding of the rear side wall of the drawer 104 and the compartment 102; the circulation loop 108 is adapted to pass the cleaning medium into the cleaning volume 106 to clean the cleaning volume 106 and to recycle the cleaning medium.
According to the storage cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention, the drawer 104 is kept in the pulled-out state, so that the cleaning space 106 is formed by enclosing the rear side wall of the drawer 104 and the inner wall of the compartment 102, and at the moment, the compartment 102 in the storage cabinet can be cleaned by cleaning the cleaning space 106, so that the step of taking down the drawer 104 is omitted, food materials in the drawer 104 do not need to be taken out, and the efficiency of cleaning the compartment 102 of the storage cabinet is improved. By providing the circulation circuit 108, the cleaning medium can be recycled and the cleaning space 106 can be cleaned many times, and thus the amount of the cleaning medium used can be effectively reduced.
With continued reference to fig. 1-6, the cabinet 100 is provided with a plurality of compartments 102, and each compartment 102 is movably provided with a drawer 104. That is, the drawer 104 can be switched between a pulled-out state and a pushed-back state, and when the drawer 104 is pulled out, the drawer 104 is in the pulled-out state, and at this time, a cleaning space 106 is defined between a rear side wall of the drawer 104 and an inner wall of the compartment 102. When the compartment 102 needs to be cleaned, the cleaning space 106 can be directly cleaned, that is, when the compartment 102 needs to be cleaned, the drawer 104 does not need to be detached, and the food materials in the drawer 104 do not need to be taken out, so that the efficiency of cleaning the compartment 102 of the locker is improved. When cleaning is finished, the drawer 104 is pushed back directly, and at the moment, the drawer 104 is in a push-back state.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in an embodiment of the invention, an inner liner 130 is provided within the compartment 102, and the drawer 104 is drawably disposed within the inner liner 130.
In other words, the inner liner 130 is disposed within the compartment 102 and serves to accommodate the drawer 104, whereby the cleaning space 106 is formed inside the inner liner 130 when the drawer 104 is in a pulled-out state. That is, the cleaning space 106 is defined by the inner wall of the inner liner 130 and the rear sidewall of the drawer 104.
In the present embodiment, the inner liner 130 is made of a metal material, and may be a corrosion-resistant and rust-resistant material such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy. In addition, by forming the inner liner 130 using a metal material and disposing the drawer 104 in the inner liner 130, difficulty in cleaning the inner wall of the inner liner 130 is reduced, and thus an effect of saving cleaning media can be achieved. It can be understood that, because the inner liner 130 is made of the metal material, the dirt and the sundries attached to the surface of the inner liner 130 are more easily dropped off, thereby reducing the difficulty of cleaning, and the cleaning space 106 can be cleaned without excessive cleaning media, thereby achieving the above-mentioned effect of saving the amount of the cleaning media.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning space 106 is formed as follows: a seal is provided at the rear side wall of the drawer 104, which in the pulled-out state sealingly cooperates with the inner liner 130 to form the cleaning space 106.
Referring to fig. 6, generally, the rear side wall of the drawer 104 is smaller than the inner liner 130, and in order to improve the sealing effect of the cleaning space 106 and prevent the cleaning medium from overflowing, a sealing member is provided on the rear side wall of the drawer 104, and the size of the sealing member may be equal to or slightly larger than that of the inner liner 130, so that a sealing fit between the sealing member and the inner liner 130 is formed. When the drawer 104 is pulled out, the sealing member and the inner sleeve 130 enclose the cleaning space 106.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sealing member is a waterproof sealing ring 132, and the waterproof sealing ring 132 is disposed around the peripheral edge of the rear sidewall. Wherein, the sealing member can be made of materials such as rubber, silica gel, etc., and the sealing member can be set to the form of a sealing ring sleeved on the rear side wall, or set to the form of a sealing sheet adhered on the rear side wall of the drawer 104, so that the sealing effect of the cleaning space 106 can be improved, and the overflow of the cleaning medium is prevented.
In an embodiment of the invention, a first pressure member 110 for feeding the cleaning medium into the cleaning device is connected to the circulation circuit 108.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the circulation loop 108 is adapted to pass the cleaning medium into the cleaning space 106 to clean the cleaning space 106 and to circulate the cleaning medium.
In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the circulation circuit 108 serves on the one hand to feed the cleaning medium into the cleaning device; on the other hand, the cleaning device has the function of leading the used cleaning medium into the cleaning device again to realize the secondary utilization of the cleaning medium. Therefore, the effects of saving the cleaning medium and reducing the using amount of the cleaning medium are achieved.
The first pressure member 110 connected to the circulation circuit 108 functions to: the cleaning medium is applied with a certain pressure, so that the cleaning medium with a certain pressure can be sprayed out of the cleaning device, thereby further improving the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning space 106 and improving the cleaning capability of stubborn stains.
According to one embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 1-3, an insulated cavity 112 is provided in the bottom wall of the compartment 102, and a heating assembly for heating the cleaning medium is provided within the insulated cavity 112.
Through set up thermal-insulated chamber 112 at the diapire of compartment 102 to set up heating element in thermal-insulated chamber 112, guaranteed that heating element when heating, the heat of giving out can not transmit to in cabinet body 100, promptly, thermal-insulated chamber 112 can be with the thermal-insulated in thermal-insulated chamber 112 of giving out when heating element heats. In an embodiment of the present invention, the insulating chamber 112 may be made of an insulating material, such as a vacuum insulating panel, an aerogel blanket, or the like. By providing a heating assembly within the insulated chamber 112, it is ensured that the cleaning medium flowing into the insulated chamber 112 is heated to a certain temperature.
In other words, the cleaning medium after cleaning the compartment 102 may flow into the heat insulation cavity 112 at the bottom wall of the compartment 102, the heating device heats the cleaning medium in the heat insulation cavity 112, after the heating is completed, the heated cleaning medium enters the circulation loop 108 and is introduced into the cleaning device, the cleaning device sprays the heated cleaning medium into the cleaning space 106, and after the heated cleaning medium completes the cleaning of the cleaning space 106, the cleaning medium flows into the heat insulation cavity 112 again, so as to form a heating, cleaning and circulating cleaning process.
That is, when the bottom wall of the compartment 102 is provided with the insulating chamber 112, both ends of the circulation circuit 108 communicate with the insulating chamber 112 and the cleaning device, respectively, or both ends of the circulation circuit 108 communicate with the compartment 102 and the cleaning device, respectively. Of course, when both ends of the circulation circuit 108 are respectively connected to the compartment 102 and the cleaning device, the circulation circuit 108 is configured to introduce the cleaning medium overflowing from the insulating chamber 112 into the compartment 102 into the cleaning device.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, receiving slots 114 are provided in the insulating cavity 112. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a receiving groove 114 for receiving the heating assembly is provided in the insulation chamber 112, and the heat emitted from the heating assembly can be further prevented from being transferred into the cabinet 100 by providing the receiving groove 114 in the insulation chamber 112.
The heating assembly comprises a tray 116 and a heating element 118, wherein the tray 116 is arranged in the accommodating groove 114 and is used for accommodating and receiving the cleaning medium; the heating component 118 is disposed below the tray 116; the circulation loop 108 communicates with the tray 116 and the cleaning device, respectively.
The tray 116 of the heating assembly is disposed in the receiving groove 114 for receiving the cleaned cleaning medium, i.e., the cleaning medium flows into the tray 116 of the receiving groove 114 after cleaning the cleaning space 106. The heating element 118 disposed below the tray 116 heats the cleaning medium in the tray 116, for example, the heating element 118 may be a heat pipe or an electric heating wire, which can heat the cleaning medium in the tray 116 when the heat pipe or the electric heating wire is turned on, and when the temperature of the cleaning medium reaches a preset temperature threshold, the heated cleaning medium in the tray 116 is introduced into the cleaning device by the circulation loop 108 to clean the cleaning space 106. In order to prevent the cables connected to the heat pipes or electric heating wires from short-circuiting when they encounter water, an outlet sleeve 136 is disposed on the insulating cavity 112 or the receiving groove 114, and the cables can be directly inserted into the outlet sleeve 136.
That is, when the receiving groove 114 is formed in the insulating chamber 112 and the tray 116 is formed in the receiving groove 114, both ends of the circulation circuit 108 are respectively communicated with the tray 116 and the cleaning device.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a screen 120 is provided at the opening position of the receiving groove 114. By providing the filter screen 120 in the receiving groove 114, foreign matter can be prevented from entering the tray 116 and blocking the circulation circuit 108 communicating with the tray 116. Thus, when cleaning is complete, the screen 120 may be removed for cleaning or replacement. In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific structure, material, and number of layers of the filter screen 120 are not specifically limited, as long as the purpose of filtering the impurities in the cleaning medium can be achieved. It should be noted that the screen 120 may be disposed anywhere in the receiving slot 114, for example, the screen 120 may be disposed in a slot of the receiving slot 114, or the screen 120 may be disposed on the tray 116.
Furthermore, a three-way valve 134 may be disposed on the circulation circuit 108, and three ports of the three-way valve 134 may be respectively communicated with an end of the circulation circuit 108 facing the tray 116, the insulating chamber 112 or the compartment 102, an end of the circulation circuit 108 facing the cleaning device, and the outside of the cabinet 100. That is, when the cleaning medium is required to be circulated, the three-way valve 134 may be connected to the port of the circulation circuit 108 at one end facing the tray 116, the heat insulating chamber 112 or the chamber 102, and the port of the circulation circuit 108 at one end facing the cleaning device, so as to circulate the cleaning medium; when the cleaning medium is required to be discharged, the three-way valve 134 may be connected to a port of the circulation circuit 108 facing the tray 116, the insulating chamber 112 or the compartment 102, and a port of the circulation circuit 108 facing the outside of the cabinet 100, so as to discharge the cleaning medium.
When the cabinet is a refrigerator, a sealing plug may be disposed on the circulation circuit 108 or the circulation circuit 108 may be disposed in a spiral shape to prevent cold leakage. For example, the sealing plug may be a silicone plug and the inlet pipe 122 may be laid in the form of an archimedes spiral.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the bottom wall of the drawer 104 is provided with a grid 126, the grid 126 corresponding to the receiving groove 114 in the pushed back state. Through set up grid 126 in the diapire of drawer 104, guaranteed that the user can directly put into drawer 104 with the edible material that does not have the extranal packing or the edible material that adheres to debris more. After the food materials of the above type are placed in the drawer 104, the sundries attached to the food materials can fall into the inner bushing 130 through the grating 126, when the cleaning space 106 is cleaned by the cleaning medium, the sundries can be flushed into the collecting tank, the sundries can be attached to the filter screen 120 through the filtering of the filter screen 120, and the sundries can be removed by replacing the filter screen 120 or cleaning the filter screen 120.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the cabinet further comprises a supply conduit 122 and a second plenum 124. Wherein the inlet pipe 122 is communicated with the tray 116 to introduce unheated cleaning medium into the tray 116; the second pressurizing member 124 is connected to the inlet line 122.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the inlet line 122 is used to introduce unheated cleaning medium outside the cabinet 100 into the tray 116 so that the heating element 118 can heat the cleaning medium in the tray 116. For example, the unheated cleaning medium may come from a water storage tank or a faucet external to the cabinet 100. Taking the example that the unheated cleaning medium can come from a water faucet, the water faucet is turned on first, the second pressurizing member 124 is turned on, after the second pressurizing member 124 starts to work, water in the water faucet can be pumped into the tray 116, and when a certain amount of water is contained in the tray 116, the heating member 118 starts to work. When the temperature of the water in the tray 116 reaches a preset temperature threshold, the heated water in the tray 116 is introduced into the cleaning device via the circulation loop 108 to clean the cleaning space 106.
In an embodiment of the invention, see fig. 4 and 5, the cleaning device comprises a spray head 128, the spray head 128 being rotatably arranged at the peripheral wall of the compartment 102 and communicating with the circulation circuit 108.
The showerhead 128 is disposed on the peripheral wall of the chamber 102. As previously described, an inner liner 130 is disposed within the compartment 102, whereby the nozzle tip 128 in embodiments of the present invention is disposed on a side wall of the inner liner 130. For example, the spray head 128 may be disposed on a rear sidewall, a top wall, or a bottom wall of the inner liner 130. In an embodiment of the present invention, the spray head 128 is disposed on a top wall of the inner liner 130. Thus, when the nozzle 128 ejects the cleaning medium, the cleaning medium is ejected from the top wall of the inner liner 130, and the top wall, the side wall, and the bottom wall of the inner liner 130 are sequentially cleaned.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to better achieve the cleaning of the inner liner 130, the spray head 128 may be rotatably disposed on the peripheral wall of the inner liner 130, for example, the spray head 128 may be directly rotatably disposed on the top wall of the inner liner 130. Thus, when the nozzle 128 is rotated, the side walls, the ceiling wall, and the bottom wall of the inner liner 130 can be uniformly cleaned, and the occurrence of a situation in which the dead space of the inner liner 130 cannot be cleaned is avoided. The connection of the spray head 128 to the inner liner 130 may be in the form of a ball joint, for example.
Alternatively, the nozzle 128 may be configured to include an arc-shaped spraying surface on which a plurality of nozzles are arranged, that is, the spraying surface of the nozzle 128 is arc-shaped, and the cleaning medium may be sprayed from the plurality of nozzles to clean the cleaning space 106.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning step for cleaning the space 106 can be started by the following two ways:
the method comprises the following steps:
a proximity switch may be provided in the inner sleeve 130 near the outer edge to detect the drawer 104 when the drawer 104 is pulled out to a certain position. When the proximity switch detects the drawer 104, a detection signal is sent to a control element (not shown), the control element receives the detection signal, automatically generates a control signal and sends the control signal to a second pressurizing element 124 connected to the inlet pipe 122, the second pressurizing element 124 starts to operate after receiving the control signal, and pumps external cleaning media into the tray 116, and when a certain amount of cleaning media is contained in the tray 116, for example, when the amount of cleaning media in the tray 116 reaches 5 liters, the second pressurizing element 124 stops operating. At this time, the heating member 118 starts to operate, and when the cleaning medium in the tray 116 is heated to a certain temperature, for example, the cleaning medium in the tray 116 is heated to 60 degrees, the heating member 118 stops operating. At this time, the first pressurizing member 110 connected to the circulation circuit 108 is operated to pump the heated cleaning medium in the tray 116 to the spray head 128, and the spray head 128 sprays the heated cleaning medium into the cleaning space 106 and cleans the cleaning space 106. The cleaning medium flows back into the tray 116, at which time the cleaning space 106 may be continuously cleaned or the cleaning medium in the tray 116 may be discharged to the outside of the cabinet 100. Finally, the filter screen 120 is taken out, and the impurities on the filter screen 120 are removed or the filter screen 120 is replaced. Thereby, the cleaning of the cleaning space 106 is completed.
And a second opening mode:
a cleaning button may be provided on the control panel of the cabinet, when the cleaning button is pressed, the control part sends a control signal to the second pressurizing member 124 connected to the inlet pipe 122, the second pressurizing member 124 starts to operate after receiving the control signal, external cleaning media are pumped into the tray 116, and when a certain amount of cleaning media is received in the tray 116, for example, when the amount of cleaning media in the tray 116 reaches 5 liters, the second pressurizing member 124 stops operating.
The cleaning device in the embodiment of the present invention may also be an external cleaning device, such as an external high temperature steam pipe or a high pressure water gun, and the cleaning of the cleaning space 106 may also be achieved. When the cleaning device is an external high-temperature steam pipe, the cleaning space 106 is cleaned by the high-temperature steam, the high-temperature steam flows into the tray 116 after being condensed into water, and the heating, circulating and cleaning processes are repeated to realize repeated cleaning of the cleaning space 106.
