s1, cleaning raw materials required by the preparation of the dietary fiber solid beverage, and then air-drying for 30 min;
s2, putting the air-dried raw materials into a mixing kettle, adding clear water accounting for 30% of the total volume of the mixing kettle, mixing the raw materials with the water, and continuously stirring for 35 min;
s3, heating the stirred mixed solution to 120 ℃, and keeping the heating for 10 min;
s4, stirring the heated mixed solution again for 8 min;
s5, pouring the stirred mixed solution into the filter bag 12, and discharging the mixed solution after multi-layer treatment of the first filter screen plate 23 and the second filter screen plate 24;
and S6, drying the mixed solution for 45min, and collecting and storing.
To sum up:
according to the invention, the filtering mechanism 10 is arranged to filter large-particle raw materials in the raw material mixed liquid of the dietary fiber solid beverage, so that the large-particle raw materials are prevented from influencing the quality of the finished dietary fiber solid beverage product, and the drinking taste of the finished dietary fiber solid beverage product is prevented from being influenced by the overweight granular feeling.
In the invention, the raw material mixed liquid of the dietary fiber solid beverage is filtered for a plurality of times by arranging the slag removing mechanism 20, and scum is filtered before the raw material mixed liquid of the dietary fiber solid beverage is dried, so that the screening workload of the finished dietary fiber solid beverage is reduced.
