具体实施方式
在图1中示出根据本发明的混动模块1的剖开的侧视图。
混动模块1包括输入轴70、离合器装置50、圆弧齿联轴器30、电机40、从动轴10以及壳体60。
在混动模块1集成到混动机动车的动力总成中时,输入轴70用于将混动模块1与动力总成的内燃机耦联,并且从动轴10用于将混动模块1与动力总成的变速器单元耦联。
在内燃机和输入轴70之间的耦联在此经由在输入轴70的朝向内燃机的轴向侧上设置的并且与输入轴70连接的减振器72实现。
在此,从动轴10经由构成为单排滚珠轴承的滚动轴承80在径向内部支撑在支撑套筒71上,其中支撑套筒71经由构成为双排滚珠轴承的旋转轴承81在输入轴70的径向内部支撑在其上。从动轴10因此间接地经由支撑套筒83沿径向方向在径向内部支承在输入轴70上。
此外,输入轴70抗扭地与离合器装置50的输入侧51连接。离合器装置50在此在输入轴70的径向外部设置并且构成为双盘离合器,其中离合器装置50的输入侧51对应地通过两个与输入轴70抗扭地连接的离合器盘53实现。离合器装置50的输出侧52与转子承载件42抗扭地连接,所述转子承载件用于旋转地支承电机40的转子41。
电机40的转子41设置在转子承载件42上,其中电机40的定子45固定地与壳体60连接。转子承载件42在此为了转子41围绕混动模块1的旋转轴线2旋转经由支撑轴承82支撑在壳体60的壳体壁61的壁部段62上。在此,转子承载件42借助由其在径向内部构成并且沿轴向方向延伸的转子承载件部段43支撑在支撑轴承82上。支撑套筒71在轴向的转子承载件部段43的沿径向方向与支撑轴承82相对置的侧上实现在轴向的转子承载件部段43上的直接的机械贴靠部83。
壳体壁61沿径向方向在混动模块1的朝向变速器单元的侧上延伸,并且壁部段62从壳体壁61的径向内部端部沿轴向方向局部地在转子承载件42和从动轴10之间延伸,以支撑转子承载件42。
为了打开或闭合离合器装置50,混动模块1此外包括离合器操纵装置54,构成为环形的活塞缸单元的所述离合器操纵装置设置在壳体壁61或壁部段62上。离合器操纵装置54对应地沿轴向方向设置在转子承载件42的或转子承载件42的径向伸展的部段的与离合器装置50相对置的侧上。为了操纵离合器装置50,离合器操纵装置54沿轴向方向穿过转子承载件42或转子承载件42的径向伸展的部段。
在从动轴10的马达侧的区域12上,所述从动轴包括径向向外延伸的连接凸起14,其中连接凸起14与轴向延伸的转子承载件部段43经由圆弧齿联轴器30连接。因此对应地,转子承载件42经由圆弧齿联轴器30与从动轴10耦联。此外,从动轴10在其输出侧的连接区域11处经由鼠牙盘22与输出元件20连接,以便耦联到变速器单元的输入元件上。从动轴10在此对应地构成鼠牙盘22的一侧23,其中输出元件20构成鼠牙盘22的另一侧24。为了耦联到变速器单元的输入元件上,从动轴20具有轮廓齿部21,以便实现与变速器单元的输入轴的抗扭的连接。由内燃机提供的扭矩因此经由减振器72传递到输入轴70上进而传递到离合器装置50的输入侧51上。在离合器装置50闭合时,内燃机的扭矩此外传导到转子承载件42上,其中扭矩随后经由圆弧齿联轴器30传递到从动轴10上进而经由其输出侧的连接区域11和输出元件20传递到变速器的输入端上。沿相反的方向,在电机40运行时,起动所连接的内燃机。
在打开离合器装置50时,由电机40提供的扭矩经由转子承载件42传导至输出侧。
在混动模块1的旋转轴线2和作为变速器单元的输入元件的变速器输入轴的旋转轴线3之间的径向偏移在此能够借助于圆弧齿联轴器30补偿。
图2示出根据本发明的混动模块1在圆弧齿联轴器30的区域中的放大的局部,如在图1中示出的那样。
从图2中因此对图1补充地可见,圆弧齿联轴器30包括连接元件33,其中连接元件33在其径向外侧35上具有外齿部34。连接元件33构成为套筒,这表示,连接元件33基本上具有空心柱的形状。
在圆弧齿联轴器30的第一轴向部段31中,从动轴10的连接凸起14的内齿部13接合到连接元件33的外齿部34中。此外,在圆弧齿联轴器30的第二轴向部段32中,转子承载件42的轴向的转子承载件部段43的内齿部44接合到连接元件33的外齿部34中。因此,从动轴10的内齿部13与转子承载件42的内齿部44经由连接元件33的外齿部34连接。
此外,圆弧齿联轴器30具有两个密封元件36,其中各一个密封元件36在圆弧齿联轴器30的第一或第二轴向部段31、32处设置在连接元件33的径向外侧35上,并且圆弧齿联轴器30借此为了用润滑剂填充圆弧齿联轴器30在轴向两侧液密地相对于转子承载件42或从动轴10密封。
从动轴10或转子承载件42的相应的内齿部13、44以及连接元件33的外齿部34在此球状地构成,以便在倾斜和/或小的轴向和/或径向偏移的情况下将彼此耦联的轴保持接合,使得可实现在混动模块1的旋转轴线2和(在此未示出的)变速器输入轴的旋转轴线之间的径向补偿。由于使用仅单排的轴承80,从动轴10围绕轴承80的中心的稍微的倾斜是可行的。
借助根据本发明的混动模块以及驱动装置能够以构造简单的方式在轴向结构空间需求小的情况下可靠地确保对径向偏移的补偿。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车的用于耦联内燃机以及变速器的混动模块(1),包括转子承载件(42)以及与所述转子承载件(42)基本上抗扭地耦联的从动轴(10),其中所述混动模块(1)为了实现在转子承载件(42)和从动轴(10)之间的抗扭的耦联而包括圆弧齿联轴器(30)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述转子承载件(42)以及还有所述从动轴(10)分别构成内齿部(13,44),并且所述圆弧齿联轴器(30)具有将所述转子承载件(42)的内齿部(44)与所述从动轴(10)的内齿部(44)连接的连接元件(33),所述连接元件为了接合到所述转子承载件(42)的内齿部(44)和所述从动轴(10)的内齿部(13)中包括至少一个外齿部(34)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述连接元件(33)构成为套筒。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述从动轴(10)具有用于与从动装置、尤其变速器机械耦联的输出侧的连接区域(11),其中所述混动模块(1)为了径向支撑所述从动轴(10)此外包括滚动轴承(80),尤其滚珠轴承,并且所述滚动轴承(80)沿轴向方向设置在所述圆弧齿联轴器(30)的与输出侧的连接区域(11)相对置的侧上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述混动模块(1)此外具有输入轴(70)以及支撑套筒(71),所述支撑套筒至少沿径向方向支撑在所述输入轴(70)上并且所述支撑套筒用于至少径向地支撑所述滚动轴承(80)。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述连接元件(33)在轴向两侧具有至少一个密封元件(36),用于相对于所述转子承载件(42)和所述从动轴(10)基本上液密地密封,其中用于径向地支撑所述从动轴(10)的滚动轴承(80)也基本上液密地构成,以便由此对用于容纳润滑剂的空间限界。
7.根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述从动轴(10)的输出侧的连接区域(11)构成鼠牙盘(22)的一侧(23),用于与具有所述鼠牙盘(2)的另一侧(24)的输出元件(20)机械耦联。
8.根据权利要求4至7中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述混动模块(1)具有壳体壁(61),所述壳体壁的壁部段(62)从输出侧的连接区域(11)的轴向侧延伸到转子承载件(42)和从动轴(10)之间的中间空间中,并且所述壁部段(62)用于经由支撑轴承(82)径向支撑所述转子承载件(42)。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,
所述混动模块(1)此外包括离合器装置(50),其中所述圆弧齿联轴器(30)径向地和轴向地至少部段地设置在由所述离合器装置(50)包围的空间之内。
10.一种用于机动车的驱动装置,包括根据权利要求1至9中至少一项所述的混动模块(1)以及驱动组件以及变速器,所述驱动组件尤其是内燃机,其中所述混动模块(1)在输入侧与所述驱动组件连接以及在输出侧与所述变速器连接。
