Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a dust collector for nail art having a mechanism for preventing dust generated during nail art work and chemical substances such as makeup remover used during nail art work from flying off, and easily and quickly replacing a filter for separating the dust and the like from air.
Background
There are not a few substances used for nail beauty, such as crystal nails (artificial nails that are cured by polymerization reaction caused by mixing an Acrylic liquid and an Acrylic powder), gel nails (artificial nails that are cured by applying an Acrylic resin or a urethane resin to a nail and irradiating the nail with light such as ultraviolet light) (hereinafter, referred to as "nail beauty and the like"), and nail polish or makeup remover containing components toxic to the human body and the environment, such as acetone. In nail salon or the like, when removing nails or the like using a nail polish remover or acetone, not only dust such as the nail that has been cut off but also germs, mold, cutin, and volatile acetone that have adhered to the nail or the like are scattered into the air (scattered all at once). In operation, since the nail dresser performs work while gazing at the tip of a customer at a very close distance for a long time, there is a high possibility that the dust and the like are sucked.
When the dust or the like is sucked, respiratory diseases and infectious diseases may be induced, and when the air containing dust or the like is exposed for a long time, diseases of the skin or eyes may be induced. Therefore, in order to prevent scattering of dust and the like accompanying nail removal and nail care treatment, a nail care dust collector provided with illumination described in patent document 1 below is provided.
The nail care dust collecting device with illumination described in patent document 1 includes: a bellows-shaped suction pipe unit having an illumination unit for illuminating a nail at one end thereof, and capable of adjusting a length, a direction, and an angle thereof toward the nail; and a main body unit connected to the other end of the suction pipe unit, providing power for sucking harmful gas generated by nail care, filtering the sucked harmful air, and discharging purified air.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 to 8 are a perspective view and a six-side view of a dust collector 100 for nail art according to the present invention. The dust collector 100 for nail art includes: a main body 1 as a rectangular case, a filter structure 2 disposed on the upper (planar) side of the main body 1, a switch 3 disposed on the front side of the main body 1, and a suction unit 4 disposed inside the main body 1.
The main body 1 is a rectangular flat case, and includes a groove 1a for fitting the suction port 11 and a filter structure 2 (described later) on the upper (flat) side, an exhaust port 12 on both side surfaces, and an exhaust port 13 on the bottom surface. The main body 1 may be a circular or polygonal case other than a rectangular case. The material of the body 1 is preferably polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, acrylonitrile, polyamide, polyimide, or the like. In general, metal, glass, or the like may be used as long as it can withstand acetone used in makeup remover or the like.
In addition, by applying a coating layer made of a material having a water-repellent effect such as polytetrafluoroethylene to the surface of the main body 1, the durability of the main body 1 is improved. By applying this coating, a material other than the metal, for example, wood, can be used as the material of the main body 1. Further, it is preferable to arrange a porous member around the suction portion 4 described later, and to provide a silent design.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view of the filter structure 2 of the dust collector 100 for nail art according to the present invention. Fig. 10 is a sectional view a-a' of a dust collector 100 for nail art according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the filter structure 2 is constituted by a cover 21, a filter 22, and a filter fixing portion 23 in this order, and is disposed so as to be fitted into the groove 1a so as to cover the suction port 11 provided in the main body 1.
The cover 21 is an elliptical plate or a net, and has a plurality of holes 21a over the entire surface or a part thereof. The cover 21 may have any shape as long as it can cover the suction port 11, and may have a circular shape, a polygonal shape, or the like. The shape of the hole 21a may be any shape such as a circle, a polygon, a petal shape, or a rectangle, and the diameter of one hole 21a is preferably 3mm to 20 mm. The cover 21 is preferably made of metal or synthetic resin, and the durability of the cover 21 is improved by coating the surface with a material having a water-repellent effect such as polytetrafluoroethylene in the same manner as the main body 1.
The filter 22 has a planar shape as a whole, corresponds to the cover 21, and is formed by folding a porous or fibrous material into a pleated shape or a plate-like shape. In addition, as the filter 22, for example, a substance having a deodorizing effect using fine powder or granular activated carbon, a substance containing water in a fibrous material, a substance obtained by impregnating aromatic oil or the like into a fibrous material, or the like can be used. One of the above substances may be used for the filter 22, or a plurality of the substances may be used in combination.
The filter fixing portion 23 has a shape corresponding to the cover 21, and is, for example, an elliptical ring shape. The filter fixing portion 23 is made of a magnetic material, and can be made of, for example, a magnet or a magnet piece. When the cover 21 is made of metal, the cover 21 and the filter fixing portion 23 are fixed by the magnetic force of the filter fixing portion 23, and thus the filter 22 can be firmly held between them. According to this structure, even when the filter structure 2 is removed integrally from the main body 1, the circumferential portion of the filter 22 is held by being sandwiched, and therefore, the filter can be stably moved or conveyed. The filter fixing portion 23 may be formed of a plurality of members. For example, the filter fixing portion 23 is disposed so as to be fitted to 4 portions around the cover 21, and the filter 22 is fixed by the 4 portions (not shown).
On the other hand, when the cover 21 is made of a material other than metal, the cover 21 may be made of a material other than magnetic material, for example, synthetic resin, wood, or the like. In this case, it is preferable that the cover 21 and the filter fixing portion 23 are provided with a concave-convex portion or a notch portion which can be fixed to each other, and a concave portion corresponding thereto (not shown). By providing these, the filter 22 can be firmly sandwiched and held between the cover 21 and the filter fixing portion 23, as in the case of fixing by magnetic force.
With the structure of the filter structure 2, the user can easily perform the replacement work of the filter 22 without scattering (secondary scattering) the dust and the like adhering to the filter 22. In detail, first, the user detaches the filter structure 2 as one body from the main body 1. Next, the filter structure 2 is transported to a trash or the like, and the cover 21 and the filter fixing portion 23 are removed from the upper portion or the middle portion thereof, and the sandwiched filter 22 is taken out. Then, the filter 22 is replaced or cleaned, and the filter 22 is fixed again by sandwiching the filter 22 between the cover 21 and the filter fixing portion 23. Finally, a filter structure 2 is fitted in the groove 1 a.
Further, according to the structure of the filter structure 2, the user can perform the replacement operation of the filter 22 without scattering (secondary scattering) dust and the like that do not reach the filter 22. Specifically, due to the difference in weight and adhesiveness between dust and the like, some of them do not pass through the holes 21a provided in the cover 21, but remain attached to the surface of the cover 21. By detaching the filter unit 2 from the main body 1 as a unit, the user can replace the filter 22 without scattering (secondarily scattering) a part of the dust and the like that does not reach the filter 22.
The switch 3 controls on/off of the suction unit 4, the intensity of suction, and the suction time, which will be described later. For example, the suction portion 4 can be controlled manually in a variable manner, or automatically in a predetermined pattern. In detail, in the case where the switch 3 is formed in a push button type, the state of the suction unit 4 can be turned on/off by a manual pressing operation, or the suction unit 4 can be automatically operated under a predetermined condition by an operation such as a long pressing of the switch 3. In order to realize the above-described operation, the switch 3 may be configured by a single button or a plurality of buttons, and may be provided with a display unit for displaying an operated set value and may monitor an operation state (not shown).
The suction unit 4 includes a suction fan 41 and a motor (not shown) for driving the suction fan 41 in response to an input of an operation signal from the switch 3, and the suction fan 41 includes a sirocco fan (sirocco fan). The suction fan 41 may be a radial fan, an axial fan, a centrifugal fan, or the like, in addition to the sirocco fan. A known motor can be used as a power source for operating the suction fan 41, and therefore, a detailed description thereof is omitted.
The suction fan 41 is configured to guide the flow of air so as to suck dust and the like from the suction port 11. Specifically, when the air containing the dust and the like introduced from the suction port 11 passes through the filter 22, the dust and the like are separated from the air and discharged from the exhaust port 12 and the exhaust port 13.
Next, a method of using the nail art dust collector 100 will be described. First, the user places the nail dust collector 100 on the console with the suction port 11 facing upward, and presses the switch 3 to operate the suction unit 4. Next, an operation such as nail care is started near the suction port 11 provided in the main body 1, that is, near the upper direction of the cover 21. Since the air near the suction port 11 is guided to the suction port 11 by the suction unit 4, the air containing dust and chemicals accompanying the nail care and the like is sucked into the suction port 11 through the filter 22. The air containing dust and the like is separated into dust and the like and air when passing through the filter 22. Then, by the operation of the suction unit 4, air from which dust and the like are removed is discharged from the exhaust port 12 and the exhaust port 13 provided in the main body 1.
Then, the user who has finished the work such as nail care presses the switch 3 to stop the suction unit 4. The user removes the filter structure 2 as a unit from the main body 1, carries it to a trash box or the like, removes the cover 21 and the filter fixing portion 23 from the upper portion or the middle portion, and takes out the sandwiched filter 22. Next, the filter 22 is replaced or cleaned as necessary, and the filter 22 is fixed again by sandwiching the filter 22 between the cover 21 and the filter fixing portion 23. Finally, the filter structure 2 is fitted into the groove 1 a.
According to the dust collector 100 for nail care, a user can safely and quickly perform work related to nail care and the like. That is, since the dust collector 100 for nail care efficiently sucks air containing dust and chemical substances generated during a nail care operation, the incidence of diseases induced by the user by sucking the air is reduced.
Further, according to the filter structure 2, the filter 22 to which dust and the like adhere can be easily replaced after an operation such as nail care, and therefore, the risk that the user throws away (secondarily scatters) dust and the like adhering to the filter 22 is reduced, and the incidence of disease is reduced as described above. Further, since the filter 22 can be replaced quickly, for example, in the case of operation in a nail salon, a nail artist can replace the filter 22 for each customer, and a sanitary operation environment can be maintained at all times.
Further, by implementing the silent design inside the main body 1, a more favorable surgical environment can be created without hindering the conversation between the nail art and the customer.
In the above description, the embodiment according to the invention of the present application has been described, but the invention of the present application is not limited thereto. For example, although the nail art dust collector 100 is placed on the console so that the suction port 11 faces upward, the respective configurations may be adjusted so that the nail art dust collector can be used while being placed so that the suction port 11 faces aside (not shown). With this configuration, the work space can be adjusted and secured.
The filter structure 2 may be configured such that one end of the cover 21 is rotatably fixed to the body 1, and only the filter 22 or the filter 22 and the filter fixing portion 23 are removed when the filter 22 is replaced. In this configuration, the filter 22 can be replaced easily and quickly.
The filter unit 2 may be configured such that the filter unit 2 is slidably fitted in the groove 1 a.
As an additional filter, a filter that can be used as the filter 22 may be appropriately disposed inside the main body 1 of the exhaust port 12 or the exhaust port 13. With this configuration, the function of separating dust and the like from air can be further improved.
