The flow charts shown in the drawings are merely illustrative and do not necessarily include all of the steps. For example, some steps may be decomposed, and some steps may be combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information processing method comprises the following steps:
step S110: receiving a batch printing request, wherein the batch printing request comprises the batch printing electronic bill number N, and N is an integer larger than 1.
Specifically, the number N of batch printed electronic coupons may be set by the merchant on demand. In some variations, the number N of batch-printed electronic tickets may also be obtained from statistics of historical electronic ticket marking records at the merchant end. Further, the value of N can be adjusted based on the printer performance, printer status, etc. of the merchant. For example, when the printer performance and the printer status of the merchant terminal indicate that a larger number of electronic tickets can be printed, the value of N can be increased; when the performance of the printer and the state of the printer at the merchant end indicate that more electronic bills cannot be printed, the value of N can be reduced.
Step S120: and determining the priority of each candidate order as a prior delivery order according to a preset rule.
Specifically, the preset rule may include a rule selected when the batch printing request is generated by the merchant. Further, the preset rules may also be configured by the merchant.
In some embodiments, the preset rules may include determining a priority of the candidate order as a priority shipment order based on the first preset rule according to the at least one order attribute.
The first preset rule may include increasing the priority of the candidate orders for the designated courier as the priority shipment order. Specifically, considering that when a typical customer designates a courier, it indicates that there is a demand for shipment in advance/a demand for speed of transportation of the courier, the priority of the candidate order of the designated courier as the priority shipment order may be increased by the first preset rule.
The first preset rule may include increasing the priority of the candidate orders placed on hold as priority delivery orders. Specifically, when the customer orders, the customer directly reflects the demand that the customer has delivery as soon as possible, so that the priority of the ordered candidate order as the prior delivery order can be improved through the first preset rule. Further, customer solicitation includes, but is not limited to, selecting an "solicitation" option on the order details page for solicitation and expressing intent to solicit the order by customer service.
The first preset rule may include correlating a length of remaining shipping time for the candidate order inversely with a priority of the candidate order as the priority shipping order. Specifically, the remaining shipment time of the candidate order is the difference between the scheduled shipment time and the current time of the candidate order. Therefore, the shorter the remaining delivery time of the candidate order is, the faster the candidate order should be delivered, and therefore, the priority of the candidate order can be set through the first preset rule.
The first preset rule may include increasing a priority of a candidate order for a replenishment order as a priority shipment order. Specifically, the reissue order is based on the post-sale processing of the previous order, and therefore, the customer has a higher time-dependent demand for reissuing the order. Thus, the candidate orders for reissued orders can be prioritized as priority delivery orders by the first preset rule.
The first preset rule may include increasing a priority of a candidate order of a main store order of the merchant as a priority shipping order. Specifically, when the merchant has a plurality of stores on the e-commerce platform and orders of the stores are managed in a unified manner, the candidate orders of the main store order of the merchant are taken as priority of a prior delivery order by the first preset rule, so that user evaluation of the main store is guaranteed, and promotion of the secondary store is facilitated based on the main store evaluation, considering that the main store of the merchant is generally a main order source of the merchant.
The first predetermined rule may include increasing a priority of setting a candidate order of the placing user order as a priority shipping order. Specifically, the order placing user may be, for example, a member user at the merchant end, a member user at the e-commerce platform, or a user with a high credit rating. Therefore, the shopping logistics experience of the users is guaranteed through the first preset rule.
The first predetermined rule may include increasing a priority of a candidate order of the same city order as the priority shipping order. Specifically, the logistics transportation time of the same city order is shortest, so that the priority of the candidate order of the same city order as the priority delivery order is improved through the first preset rule, the delivery processing speed of the same city order is increased, and after the same city order delivery is completed, each system and equipment can be in an idle state as soon as possible to process more other candidate orders, so that the overall delivery efficiency of each order is improved
The first preset rule may include increasing a priority of setting the candidate orders for courier as the priority shipment orders. Specifically, the express delivery of the first preset rule is set to be different from the designated express delivery. Designating a courier refers to a customer designating a courier company for shipment (each customer may designate a different courier company). And setting express delivery refers to that a merchant selects one or more express delivery companies, and the priority of taking candidate orders of the set express delivery companies as the priority delivery orders is improved. For example, the merchant may prioritize candidate orders for promoting soft deliveries as the preferred delivery orders.
The first preset rule may include increasing a priority of a candidate order for the fresh order as the priority shipment order. Particularly, the fresh order has a high requirement on the logistics aging, so that the priority of the fresh order is improved through the first preset rule, and the logistics aging requirement of the fresh order is met.
Specifically, in each of the first preset rules described above, the degree of increase in the priority may be set as needed. Further, the first preset rule may also include a combination of any of the above rules to meet different types of aging requirements of the order attribute dimension.
Further, when the number of the order attributes is multiple, the execution of the first preset rule may refer to fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows the following steps together:
step S101: and determining the quasi-priority of each candidate order as a prior delivery order according to the order attributes.
Step S102: and determining the priority of each candidate order as a priority delivery order according to the weight of each order attribute and the determined quasi-priority.
Thus, FIG. 2 illustrates the manner in which the various order attributes are prioritized, and the invention is not so limited.
In some embodiments, the preset rules may include determining a candidate order as a priority for a priority shipment order based on a second preset rule according to at least one platform shipment rule. In particular, the platform shipping rules are another dimension than the order attributes. The e-commerce platform sets some penalty rules for merchant delivery in order to guarantee the shopping experience of the consumer. In such embodiments, candidate orders may be prioritized as priority shipping orders according to platform shipping rules, thereby helping merchants avoid platform penalty rules in advance.
The second preset rule may include increasing the priority of the candidate order whose order attribute complies with the quasi-penalty rule of the platform shipment rule as the priority of the priority shipment order. Specifically, the quasi-penalty rule for order attributes that conform to platform shipping rules indicates that the order is not yet penalized, but is more likely to be penalized if the shipment is not being made. Thus, the merchant can be helped to avoid being penalized in advance through the second preset rule.
The second preset rule may also include increasing the priority of the candidate order whose order attribute conforms to the penalty rule of the platform delivery rule as the priority of the priority delivery order. Specifically, the second preset rule is for candidate orders that currently have met the penalty rules of the platform shipping rules. In general, the penalty rules will also specify that the penalty strength is related to the delay time of delivery. Therefore, for candidate orders that have met the penalty rules, their priority is increased to be able to reduce the strength of the merchant being penalized.
Specifically, in each of the second preset rules, the degree of increase in the priority may be set as needed. Further, the second preset rule may also include a combination of any of the above rules to meet different types of timeliness requirements of the platform delivery rule.
In some embodiments, the preset rules may include determining a priority of the candidate order as the preferred shipping order based on a third preset rule according to historical shipping data of the merchant. Specifically, the historical shipping data of the merchant can reflect the requirements of the consumers, the merchants and the e-commerce platforms on order aging. Thus, in this embodiment, the determination of priority may be achieved by the dimensionality of the historical shipping data at the merchant.
The third preset rule may include automatically selecting an order attribute for determining priority from a plurality of order attributes according to historical shipping data of the merchant. Specifically, in this embodiment, it is equivalent to realize the determination of the priority in combination with the third preset rule and the first preset rule. Further, in this embodiment, the order attribute used by the first preset rule is first determined according to the historical shipping data of the merchant by the third preset rule, so that the priority of the candidate order can be determined according to the first preset rule. Specifically, the order attribute of the historical shipping data of the merchant, the difference between the order placing time and the shipping time of the user, the user feedback, the merchant feedback, and the feedback of the e-commerce platform may be used as sample data to train a machine learning model, and thus the used order attribute may be determined according to the output of the machine learning model. The invention is not so limited. The order attributes used above may also be selected by the merchant.
In some embodiments, the preset rules may include determining a priority of the candidate order as a priority shipment order based on the priority flag. Specifically, the priority flag may be triggered according to a user operation. The user action to trigger a prior flag may include user input of prior shipping appeal information in a chat log of associated orders/goods. For example, when the user sends "order solicitation", "quick delivery", etc. in the chat log of the associated order/goods, the system may automatically recognize these priority delivery appeal information and set a priority flag to the order associated with the chat log, or set a priority flag to the purchase order of the goods associated with the chat log for a set period of time. Further, whether the text actually sent by the user in the chat record is the priority delivery appeal information or not can be determined through matching of a preset priority delivery appeal information set. In some variations, whether the text actually sent by the user in the chat log is the prior delivery appeal information may also be identified by some trained intent prediction model. The invention is not so limited. The user action to trigger a prior flag may include the user action on an order page to provide an option to remind the user of shipment. When the user selects and operates the provided option to remind the shipment (e.g., the "order taking" option) on the order page, the system may automatically place a priority flag on the associated order. In some preferences for this embodiment, the consumer/merchant may also be provided with a setting of a preferred shipping time when the priority flag is set.
The preset rules provided by the present invention are only schematically described above, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and the preset rules may also be used in combination.
Step S130: and selecting N orders from the candidate orders according to the determined priority as the prior delivery orders.
In some embodiments of the present invention, step S130 may further include: and sending the selected N priority delivery orders to the merchant terminal for confirmation by the merchant terminal. Thus, confirmation and adjustment steps of the priority delivery order are provided for the merchant terminal, so that flexibility of the priority delivery order is improved.
Step S140: and allocating logistics order numbers to the N priority delivery orders.
Step S150: and sending the logistics list numbers and the electronic list printing information of the N priority delivery orders to a merchant terminal so that the merchant terminal can print the N electronic lists of the priority delivery orders according to the logistics list numbers and the electronic list printing information.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the priority shipment order is associated with a priority shipment time and a general shipment time. Therefore, the information processing method provided by the invention can also comprise the steps of responding to the prior delivery order, setting a time period before the prior delivery time, not printing the electronic bill, and sending first printing reminding information to the merchant end; responding to the prior delivery order, setting a time period before the general delivery time, not printing the electronic order, and sending second printing reminding information to the merchant terminal; wherein the general shipment time is subsequent to the priority shipment time. The general delivery time can be set by the merchant side, and can also be set according to platform delivery rules. In this embodiment, the first print reminding message may be, for example, a short message, a mailbox, or the like, which is sent to the merchant terminal at the time. The second print reminder information may be in the form of a message push, a message pop, or the like, for example. In other words, the second printing reminding information can play a reminding effect compared with the first printing reminding information. Further, in response to the priority delivery order, when the general delivery time is reached, the electronic invoice is not printed, the printing of the electronic invoice of the priority delivery order can be automatically executed, and third printing reminding information is sent to the merchant terminal. The third printing reminding information can be a telephone reminding, for example, so as to be distinguished from the first printing reminding information and the second printing reminding information, and the third printing reminding information can play a reminding effect compared with the second printing reminding information.
In the information processing method provided by the invention, in response to the receiving of the batch printing request, the priority of each candidate order as a priority delivery order is determined according to the preset rule, N orders are selected from the candidate orders as the priority delivery orders according to the determined priority, and the logistics order number distribution and electronic order printing of delivery are executed on the N priority delivery orders, so that the batch intelligent and automatic processing of the priority delivery orders is realized through the automatic determination of the priority, the requirement of a user on the priority delivery is met, and the order management and processing efficiency of a merchant is improved.
The above are merely a plurality of specific implementation manners of the information processing method of the present invention, and each implementation manner may be implemented independently or in combination, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Furthermore, the flow charts of the present invention are merely schematic, the execution sequence between the steps is not limited thereto, and the steps can be split, combined, exchanged sequentially, or executed synchronously or asynchronously in other ways within the protection scope of the present invention.
