Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present disclosure is further described in detail by the accompanying drawings and examples.
In the process of verifying the publications, particularly the technical publications, although the verification is usually independent of the independent link outside the process of editing and verifying the technical publications, the verification is an important link for ensuring the integrity, consistency, accuracy and operability of the contents of the technical publications and is a necessary condition for correctly guiding customers to use and maintain the aircraft. The technical publication is verified, and the technical publication user with qualification needs to evaluate and confirm the design conformity, usability, accuracy and the like of the technical publication.
A flow diagram of some embodiments of a content verification method of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 1.
In step 101, data to be verified is obtained. In some embodiments, the data to be verified may be part or all of the content to be published. The data to be verified may be divided into a plurality of data blocks, and the following operations are performed in units of data blocks.
And classifying the data block set according to a verification task or a verification plan, and performing classification identification and time identification. The classification identification is divided into a written verification data block set, an operation verification data block set and a written and operation verification data block set. The time mark is marked according to a natural period or an item period, and the period or the period can be customized by a system user and has adjustable properties.
In step 102, a verification mode of the data to be verified is determined according to the data verification identification, wherein the verification mode comprises at least one of written verification or operation verification. In some embodiments, the data block sets with verification requirements of the same type and the same period can be summarized and combined.
In step 103, a verification list is generated according to the determined verification mode and the data verification identification, the verification list comprises at least one of a written verification list and an operation verification list, and the verification list comprises a verification executing party and a verification entry.
In some embodiments, the verification list may further include a data block number to be verified, a data block header to be verified, and the like, so as to facilitate management. In some embodiments, special requirements may also be included in the verification manifest to enhance the personalization of the verification. In some embodiments, the verification list may further include a verification auditor, and the verification auditor is different from the execution party, so that the verification result is verified by a third party, and the reliability of the verification is improved.
In some embodiments, the validation entry may be a specific validation mode of operation, e.g., a written validation mode in which the validation entry includes one or more of an expert review, a source data comparison, a S1000D/ATA2200 standard comparison; in the operation verification mode, the verification items may include one or more of non-complete-machine ground operation verification, flight test verification, flight simulator verification and ground test verification.
In some embodiments, multiple verification entries may be preconfigured and maintained for selection, a corresponding verification entry may be selected according to the data identifier, and a caption may be configured for reference by the executing party.
In step 104, the verification list and the data to be verified are sent to the verification executing party, and a verification result is obtained. In some embodiments, the result of the verification may include a conclusion and record information of the verification process, so as to facilitate traceability of the verification.
In step 105, it is determined whether the data to be verified passes the verification according to the verification result. In some embodiments, it is determined that the data to be verified passes the verification if and only if the verification results in all the determined verification modes pass the verification. For example, in the case that the verification manner includes written verification and operation verification, if the verification results of the written verification and the operation verification are both verification passed, it is determined that the data to be verified passes the verification, otherwise, it is determined that the data to be verified does not pass the verification, thereby further improving the reliability of the verification.
By the method, at least one of a written form and an operation can be selected for verification according to the verified content, the verification executing party and the verified item are designated, the verification result is monitored, the reliability of verification is improved, and the accuracy and the reliability of the content are guaranteed.
In some embodiments, the whole verification process and the result of each stage can be carried by the verification list and stored after the verification is completed, so that the result can be used as the basis for measuring the corresponding data and the verification process in the following.
In some embodiments, in the case that the determined verification manner includes operation verification, the verification manifest is an operation verification manifest; the operation verification list also comprises a verification means, and the verification means is experimental verification or combination of simulation verification and experimental verification. Because the mode of simulation verification is low in cost and high in efficiency, the reliability and the accuracy of operation verification can be improved under the condition of group control without influencing the efficiency as an auxiliary for experimental verification.
In some embodiments, the simulation verification executing party executes the verification process through a simulation platform, where the simulation platform includes a three-dimensional model and attribute information of an entity object corresponding to the data to be verified, and a three-dimensional model and attribute information of a required tool and an operating environment. And sending the data to be verified to a simulation platform, performing simulation modeling through the simulation platform, for example, creating a simulation operator according to the data verification identifier and the data to be verified, controlling the simulation operator to execute simulation operation according to a preset procedure, and recording the whole process and various parameters, thereby improving traceability.
In some embodiments, when the verification mode includes operation verification and the verification means includes simulation verification and experimental verification, if both verification results of the simulation verification and the time delay verification are verified, the verification result of the operation verification is determined to be verified, and otherwise, the verification result of the operation verification is determined to be failed, so that the reliability of the operation verification result is improved.
In some embodiments, when the verification mode includes operation verification and the verification means includes simulation verification and experimental verification, the simulation verification may be performed first, and the experimental verification may be further performed only when the verification result of the simulation verification is verification pass, so that no further verification is required when the simulation verification fails, thereby improving the verification efficiency and reducing the workload and the verification cost of the operator.
A flow diagram of further embodiments of the content verification method of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 2.
In step 201, data to be verified is obtained.
In step 202, the verification mode of the data to be verified is determined according to the data verification identifier. In some embodiments, the verification manner may be through a preprocessing process of the data to be verified, through manual labeling.
In the case where it is determined that the authentication manner is written authentication, step 213 is performed; in case it is determined that the verification manner is operation verification, step 223 is performed; and in the case that the verification mode is determined to be written verification and operation verification, the step 213 and the step 223 are executed, and the step 213 and the step 223 can be executed synchronously without sequencing.
In step 213, a written verification list is generated and sent to the verification executing party together with the data to be verified, and the verification executing party performs verification according to the verification entries in the verification list and supplements the generated verification result and the verification process record to the verification list.
In step 214, the verification list supplemented by the verification executing party is sent to the verification auditor identified in the verification list.
In step 215, the verification auditor verifies the verification result according to the supplemented verification list, and supplements the verification result to the verification list.
In step 216, it is determined whether the audit result is that the audit is passed. If the audit is not passed, the verification result can be considered to be invalid. In some embodiments, the verification may be fed back to the verification executor to re-execute the verification; in other embodiments, the written verification list may be regenerated, returning to step 213, and in some embodiments, the written verification list may be adjusted based on the audit process information supplemented by the auditor in the verification list.
If the verification is passed, the verification result is valid, and step 200 is executed.
In step 223, an operation verification list is generated, wherein the operation verification list further comprises a verification means.
In step 224, it is determined whether the verification means includes simulation verification. If simulation verification is included, go to step 225; if simulation verification is not included, step 227 is performed.
In step 225, the verification manifest and the data to be verified are sent to the simulation platform. In some embodiments, the simulation platform may store three-dimensional models and related attributes of physical objects that need to be verified (e.g., product configuration information, part number information, assembly relationship information, suitability information, weight, material, storage records, manufacturing vendor, etc.) and store three-dimensional models and related attributes of various tool fixtures or operating environments (e.g., test benches, test workshops, test plants, etc.) that need to be verified. All three-dimensional models and associated attributes are consistent with the current situation. And the verification system automatically calls the three-dimensional model of the entity object to be verified according to the verification list for the verification executor to use.
In step 226, the simulation platform may perform simulation verification in the manner mentioned above and supplement the generated verification result and verification process record into the verification manifest. In some embodiments, the simulation platform provides a simulation modeling function, the verification execution can perform simulation modeling according to the identified information category and content of the data block, and the parameterization setting is performed on the numerical values in the data block during modeling. In the simulation verification platform, the verification work is to verify the data block in a simulation real environment according to a real procedure by a simulator in a simulation system. During verification, a verification executor can perform Virtual simulation verification on a verified entity object (a three-dimensional model, a tool and tool required for verification or a three-dimensional model of an operating environment) through immersive equipment (such as VR (Virtual Reality) glasses, VR gloves and the like), and verify the operability of the process, so that the verification step of Virtual simulation is completed.
In some embodiments, the step 200 may be performed by directly feeding back the verification result if the verification result is that the verification fails; or may perform step 229 for review by the reviewer. In other embodiments, after step 226, the simulation verification result may be disregarded, and step 227 may be continued by objectively recording data including the verification result, the verification process, the audit process, and the audit result by the verification list.
In step 227, the verification list and the data to be verified are sent to the executing party of the experimental verification. The experimental verification is realized by the actual operation of a worker on the real equipment or the model, and the verification items can comprise at least one of non-complete-machine ground operation verification, flight test verification, flight simulator verification or ground test verification.
In step 228, the generated verification result and verification process record are supplemented into the verification manifest.
In step 229, it is determined whether the result of the audit is a pass audit. And if the audit is not passed, the verification result is invalid. In some embodiments, the verification may be fed back to the verification executor to re-execute the verification; in other embodiments, the operation verification list may be regenerated by returning to step 223, and in some embodiments, the operation verification list may be adjusted according to the audit process information supplemented by the auditor in the verification list.
If the verification is passed, the verification result is valid, and step 200 is executed.
In step 200, it is determined whether the data to be verified passes verification according to the verification result. In some embodiments, it is determined that the data to be verified passes the verification if and only if the verification results in all the determined verification modes pass the verification.
By the method, the efficiency and the reliability of verification execution can be improved through an automatic flow, multiple verification modes and execution and auditing of different parties.
In some embodiments, when the verification result and the process of the verification executing party are examined, the verification conclusion can be analyzed item by item (including data identification, verification item and the like) by comparing the keywords. If the unmatched information items are found, content highlighting or dialog box reminding is carried out, and if the unmatched degree reaches the preset standard that the audit is not passed, the audit is determined not to be passed.
In some embodiments, the data being verified may be passed through an advanced process to ensure a probability that the verification operation can be successfully performed. A flow chart of yet further embodiments of the content verification method of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 3.
In step 301, a data block to be verified is captured from the content to be published according to a verification plan, and the data block is automatically identified. In some embodiments, the identification may be based on a verification plan entered manually, and the identification may be performed by identifying which data blocks need to be verified, at what time, according to the verification plan. Therefore, the verification plan should at least include the entity object information required to be verified, the task category information required to be verified, and the verification time. And according to the verification plan, automatically matching the data block codes (the data block codes can contain entity object information required to be verified and task category information required to be verified), grabbing the data blocks required to be verified, and automatically identifying the data blocks according to the verification plan.
In step 302, a data block is obtained.
In step 303, the data block that needs to be verified currently is screened out according to the data verification identifier of the data block. Further, a specific verification process may be performed by performing the above-mentioned operation of determining the verification manner, such as step 102 or 202.
