and a data searching module: the method is used for acquiring the demand information of the client for the new construction technology, carrying out keyword decomposition according to the demand information, searching related historical data records from the data storage module according to the decomposed keywords, and pushing the basic unit price data, the basic quantity data and the supplementary quota corresponding to the historical data records to the client.
