Abstract
本发明公开了用于眼部直接给药的隐形眼镜,包括隐形眼镜本体、以及用于给药的富含微孔的添加层,所述添加层附着在隐形眼镜本体的内表面,添加层为微孔PDMS弹性体材料,用于在微孔中存储药物。药物浓度稳定,给药连续,不会存在忘记给药的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于隐形眼镜技术领域,尤其是用于眼部直接给药的隐形眼镜。
背景技术
截至目前,滴眼药水仍然是治疗眼部疾病的最主要方案。通常来说,眼药水生效需要具有一定的浓度。而正常滴眼药水后,在眼球表面药水浓度会迅速攀升到一个比较高的数值,然后在较长的时间内被眼球缓慢吸收。当眼药水浓度下降到生效浓度以下,眼药水就会失去作用。
眼科常规给药方式的缺陷:眼药水导致眼表药物浓度波动剧烈,可能存在一定的副作用;一日多次的使用方法和吸收曲线导致生效时间占比较少,利用率低;眼药水的使用对患者主动性的需求较高,容易发生遗忘。
隐形眼镜作为与眼球直接接触的器件,有潜力成为药物缓释平台。利用化学势和渗透压,药物可以轻易穿过角膜、眼球壁等器官输送到眼球内部。今年年初,日本强生旗下Johnson&Johnson Vision推出了Acuvue Theravision用于季节性眼部过敏的预防和治疗,在日本市场取得了一定的成功。
发明内容
本发明提出了用于眼部直接给药的隐形眼镜,包括隐形眼镜本体、以及用于给药的富含微孔的添加层,所述添加层附着在隐形眼镜本体的内表面,添加层为微孔PDMS弹性体材料,用于在微孔中存储药物。当眼压正常时,微孔中的药物缓慢释放到眼球表面,实现连续给,当眼压增高时,微孔受到挤压,微孔中的药物快速释放到眼球表面,使得眼球表面药物浓度迅速升高。
进一步的,所述添加层为环状,添加层的中心位于隐形眼镜本体的对称轴上;
进一步的,所述添加层是多个结构相同的扇环,多个扇环有共同的圆心,扇环的圆心位于隐形眼镜本体的对称轴上。
进一步的,隐形眼镜本体的内表面开设有凹槽,添加层位于隐形眼镜本体的凹槽中。
进一步的,环状添加层的内圆半径大于瞳孔半径,扇环添加层的内弧半径大于瞳孔半径,佩戴时添加层不会遮挡视线。
有益效果:本发明的隐形眼镜具有以下优势:药物浓度稳定,给药连续,不会存在忘记给药的问题,且采用本发明的隐形眼镜给药副作用较小;药物浓度始终维持在有效范围,见效快,疗效理想。

具体实施方式
本发明的用于眼部直接给药的隐形眼镜,包括隐形眼镜本体,和用于给药的富含微孔的添加层,所述添加层附着在隐形眼镜本体的内表面,所述内表面是指佩戴时隐形眼镜本体朝向人眼的一面;
如图1所示,所述添加层为环状,添加层的中心位于隐形眼镜本体的对称轴上;
如图2所示,所述添加层也可以是多个结构相同的扇环,多个扇环且有共同的圆心,扇环的圆心位于隐形眼镜本体的对称轴上。
隐形眼镜本体的内表面开设有凹槽,添加层位于隐形眼镜本体的凹槽中。
环状的内圆半径大于瞳孔半径,扇环的内弧半径也大于瞳孔半径,佩戴本发明的隐形眼镜后不会被添加层遮挡视线,也可以保持隐形眼镜本身具有的视力矫正功能。
添加层材质为微孔PDMS弹性体材料,具有生物相容性,同时充分的孔洞和空隙可以保证眼球表面的水氧透过率,避免眼球干燥和缺氧。
如图3所示,微孔随眼压的变化示意图,药物分子储存在微孔中,日常使用时,因为微孔与眼表环境的接触面较小,药物分子利用孔内和外部环境的浓度差产生的化学势缓慢释放到眼表环境中,释放速度被极大地控制了。
当眼内压产生较大变化时,角膜膨胀,对微孔产生了挤压,也内富含药物分子的液体受迫加速向外流动,短时间内迅速提高了眼表环境的药物浓度,产生了短期的高强度治疗效果;当眼内压恢复正常时,弹性体的弹性使其恢复原形,从周边补充液体维持内外压强的平衡。
其中,添加层是可以进行替换的。添加层要药物释放完全后可以直接更换,方便了长期使用。添加层是低成本、易制备的,极大地降低了使用本器件进行眼科治疗的成本。同时,添加层也可进行回收和药液的重新补充。

1.用于眼部直接给药的隐形眼镜,其特征在于,包括隐形眼镜本体、以及用于给药的富含微孔的添加层,所述添加层附着在隐形眼镜本体的内表面,添加层为微孔PDMS弹性体材料,用于在微孔中存储药物。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于眼部直接给药的隐形眼镜,其特征在于,所述添加层为环状,添加层的中心位于隐形眼镜本体的对称轴上。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于眼部直接给药的隐形眼镜,其特征在于,所述添加层是多个结构相同的扇环,多个扇环且有共同的圆心。
4.根据权利要求1所述用于眼部直接给药的隐形眼镜,其特征在于,隐形眼镜本体的内表面开设有凹槽,添加层位于隐形眼镜本体的凹槽中。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述用于眼部直接给药的隐形眼镜,其特征在于,环状添加层的内圆半径大于瞳孔半径,扇环添加层的内弧半径大于瞳孔半径。
