Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a locking and/or positioning drive for windows, doors or the like, comprising a housing, a motorized drive unit arranged in the housing and having an associated gear, and a driven element that can be acted upon by the motorized drive unit having the associated gear. The invention also relates to a window, door or the like having such a drive.
Background
The window profile provides less space for an integrated drive. This is the case in particular when the fan drive is to be mounted directly on a push rod, by means of which a defined locking point is to be actuated. The assembly possibilities are limited if the drive is located in the fan chamber of the fan profile. Furthermore, current latch drives are relatively slow. In addition, some conventional integrated drives also affect the thermal insulation of the window profile. Also disadvantageous is: the locking drives known to date can only assume the "locked" and "unlocked" states.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a locking and/or positioning drive of the type mentioned at the outset and a window, door or the like, in which the problems listed above are eliminated. In this case, the drive should be able to be installed in the window or door in a relatively simple and space-saving manner while maintaining the thermal insulation of the window or door, with the most compact and large possible maximum travel, should the window or door be able to be locked and unlocked relatively quickly or be able to be positioned relatively quickly, and should be able to actuate a plurality of locking points of the window or door via the drive, in particular also simultaneously.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a locking and/or positioning drive having the features of claim 1 or a window, door or the like having the features of claim 13. Preferred embodiments of the drive according to the invention and of the window, door or the like according to the invention emerge from the dependent claims.
The locking and/or positioning drive according to the invention for windows, doors or the like has a housing, a motorized drive unit with an associated transmission arranged in the housing, and a driven element that can be acted upon by the motorized drive unit with the associated transmission. The locking and/or positioning drive is characterized in that the housing and the output element each have an elongated shape and the elongated output element extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing over the entire length of the housing through the housing and can be driven in both longitudinal directions via the motorized drive unit with the associated transmission, the output element being couplable at both ends to a push rod or a push rod element, respectively.
Due to the design of the drive, the push rods on both sides of the drive can be operated synchronously in the same direction. Thus, only one motor is required for a plurality of latching points. In addition, the space otherwise occupied by one or more push rods for the drive can thereby be utilized, since the driven element forms to some extent an intermediate element between the push rods arranged on both sides of the drive, which intermediate element connects the push rods. Furthermore, the drive according to the invention is very fast, which enables practically real-time position adjustment and real-time blocking.
Preferably, the two ends of the driven element each extend at least to such an extent outward from the housing that they also remain outside the housing during the maximum displacement travel of the driven element. The coupling point of the output element to the tappet is thus always accessible.
The transmission associated with the motorized drive unit expediently comprises a worm gear stage.
In certain cases it is also advantageous: the transmission associated with the motorized drive unit comprises at least one spur gear stage.
Advantageously, the elongated output element is provided with a toothing at least in sections in the form of a toothed rack, with which an element of the transmission provided with a mating toothing engages.
According to a preferred practical embodiment of the drive device according to the invention, both ends of the elongated output element are each provided with a removable, replaceable end piece for connection to the respective tappet or tappet element. In this way, different end pieces can be used in relation to the used sash profile or frame profile, whereby an optimum adaptation of the respective push rod or of the respective push rod element to the respective end of the driven element can be achieved.
In this case, it is particularly advantageous: the respective end piece on the associated end of the elongated driven element is adjustable relative to this associated end and can be mounted in a manner that is fixable in different positions.
Preferably, the respective end piece has an elongated shape, which is provided at one end with a hinge pin which can be inserted into a corresponding opening of the associated end of the elongated driven element and at the opposite end with a threaded opening, into which a cap screw, which extends through an elongated hole provided in the associated end of the driven element, can be screwed in order to fix the end piece, which is rotatable relative to the associated end of the driven element about a rotational axis defined by the hinge pin, in the respective rotational position.
It is furthermore advantageous: the respective end piece has, on its side opposite the hinge pin, a connecting pin, preferably aligned with the threaded opening, for connecting a push rod or a push rod element. In this case, the connecting pin can have in particular different lengths in different interchangeable end pieces.
Preferably, the housing of the drive device has the shape of an elongated right parallelepiped. The drive can thus be integrated in the door profile or the window profile much more simply.
In particular, it is also advantageous here that: the housing, which has the shape of an elongated right-angled parallelepiped, is designed in a stepped, in particular two-stepped, manner. Via a corresponding housing step, the drive device can in particular be placed onto and fastened to the sash profile or the frame profile.
Preferably, the motorized drive unit is designed to generate a linear force of at least 600N loading the elongated driven element. Thus, a relatively high latching or positioning speed is achieved.
The maximum displacement travel of the elongated driven element is preferably at least 18 mm. Thus, not only the locking and unlocking of the window or door is possible. With a correspondingly large stroke, the sash or the door leaf can also be placed in different positions, such as in particular in the tilt position, the closed position and the rotational position.
The window, door or the like according to the invention is characterized in that the window, door or the like has at least one drive device according to the invention.
Preferably, the drive of the window, door or the like is provided for locking at least one locking point and/or for turning, rotating and/or displacing a sash or a door leaf into its closed position.
The drive device is advantageously integrated at least partially in a profile of a sash or frame of a window or door.
For this purpose, the sash profile or frame profile can advantageously be provided with a recess, in the region of or through which the drive device extends at least partially into the cavity of the sash profile or frame profile. Thus, the space below the push rod or the drive means can also be used for driving.
It is furthermore advantageous: the drive is placed on the sash frame or frame with a step provided on its housing, and is preferably fixed to the sash frame or frame by screws or the like. The drive device can be arranged partially in the cavity of the sash profile or frame profile and partially in the recess (falzlift) of the window or door.
The drive according to the invention can be held relatively compactly, and can be installed in a window or door in a relatively simple and space-saving manner while maintaining the thermal insulation of the window or door. The window or door can be locked and unlocked much faster or can be positioned much faster than hitherto. Furthermore, a plurality of locking points of the window or door can also be actuated simultaneously via the drive. Due to the large maximum travel of the drive, the window or door can be locked and unlocked and can be adjusted into different positions, such as in particular into a tilt position, a closed position and a rotary position.
With the solution according to the invention, the space of the push rod and the space below such a push rod can be used in part for driving in that the conventional push rod is separated and the push rod parts are again connected to one another via the driven element of the drive device, so that the push rod parts can move synchronously despite the separation. By means of the multi-step shape of the drive housing, it can be placed with at least one step onto the sash profile or frame profile and connected to the profile, for example by means of screws or the like. The drive according to the invention is very fast and enables practically real-time position adjustment and real-time blocking. The drive can now be positioned and dimensioned in the fan frame or frame in such a way that the thermal insulation is not impaired.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of a locking and/or positioning drive 10 according to the invention for windows, doors or the like. In this case, the drive 10 is shown in fig. 1 as a complete housing made up of two half-shells, while one half-shell of the drive housing is omitted in the illustration according to fig. 2.
The drive 10 comprises a housing 12, a motorized drive unit 14 provided in the housing 12 and having an associated transmission 16, and a driven element 18 that can be acted upon by the motorized drive unit 14 having the associated transmission 16.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the housing 12 and the driven element 18 each have an elongated shape. The elongated output element 18 extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing 12 over the entire length of the housing and projects beyond the two end faces thereof.
The elongate output element 18 can be driven in both longitudinal directions via a motorized drive unit 14 having an associated gear 16. In this case, the two ends 18', which can be coupled in particular to the thrust rod or the tappet element 20, of the elongated output element 18, each extend at least to such an extent outward from the housing 12 that they also remain outside the housing 12 when the movement path of the output element 18 is at its maximum in one or the other direction. In order to ensure this with sufficient safety, the overall length of the driven element 18 can also be extended to a certain tolerance.
The gear 16 associated with the motorized drive unit 14 may in particular comprise a worm gear stage and/or at least one spur gear stage.
As can be seen in particular from fig. 2, the elongated output element 18 can be provided at least partially in the manner of a toothed rack with a toothing 22, with which an element of the gear 16 provided with a mating toothing engages. Depending on the direction of rotation of the motorized drive unit 14, the driven element 18 is thus moved linearly in one of the directions or the other. In the illustration according to fig. 1 and 2, the elongated output element 18 is moved to the right with respect to the housing 12 with a maximum stroke.
The two ends 18' of the elongated output element 18 are each provided with a removable, replaceable end piece 28 for connection to the respective push rod or push rod element 20. Depending on the used fan or frame profile, different end pieces can therefore be inserted, so that an optimum adaptation of the respective push rod or of the respective push rod element 20 to the respective end 18' of the driven element 18 can be achieved. Exemplary embodiments of such end piece 28 are described in further detail below.
As can also be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the housing 12 has the shape of an elongated rectangular parallelepiped and is stepped, which in this case is implemented in two steps.
The motorized drive unit 14 with the associated gear 16 can be designed to generate a linear force of, in particular, at least 600N, which acts on the elongated output element 18, in order to ensure correspondingly rapid and instantaneous locking and/or unlocking or positioning.
The maximum displacement travel of the elongated output element 18 is in particular at least 18 mm. The drive device 10 can thus be used not only for locking and unlocking but also for shifting the sash or door leaf between different positions, for example a tilted position, a rotated position or a closed position.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic perspective partial view of a sash profile 24 of a window according to the invention with a drive device 10 according to fig. 1 placed onto the sash profile 24 via at least one housing step. As already described, the drive device 10 can be used here not only for locking or unlocking at least one locking point, but in particular for releasing or for locking the tilting, rotation and/or displacement of the wing 24 into its closed position.
As can be seen in particular from fig. 3 and 4, the drive 10 can be integrated at least partially in a profile 24 of a leaf or frame of a window or door. The sash-or frame profile 24 is provided with a recess 26 (see fig. 4 in particular), in the region of which or through which the drive device 10 extends partially into the cavity of the sash-or frame profile 24.
In the present case, the drive device 10 is placed on the sash or frame profile 24 via a step provided at least on its housing 12, to which it is fixed, for example by screws or the like. The drive device 10 is in this case mounted partly in the cavity of the sash or frame profile 24 and partly in the pocket of the window.
The push rod or push rod element 20 is connected to the two ends 18' of the elongated output element 18 of the drive 10, which ends are located outside the drive housing 12, via a removable, interchangeable end piece 28.
As can be seen in particular from fig. 5 and 6, the respective end piece 28 on the respective end 18' of the elongated output element 18 is adjustable relative to this respective end and can be mounted in a manner that is fixable in different positions.
As can be seen in particular also from fig. 7 to 9, the respective end piece 28 has an elongated shape, which is provided at one end with a hinge pin 32 that can be inserted into a corresponding opening 30 of the respective end 18 'of the elongated output element 18 and at its opposite end with a threaded opening 34 into which a cap screw 38, which extends through an elongated hole 36 provided in the respective end 18' of the output element 18, can be screwed in order to fix the end piece 28, which can be rotated relative to the respective end of the output element 18 about the axis of rotation defined by the hinge pin 32, in the respective rotational position.
Furthermore, the respective end piece 28 has, on its side opposite the hinge pin 32, a connecting pin 40 aligned with the threaded opening 34 for connecting the push rod or push rod element 20.
In this case, the connecting pin 40 can have in particular different lengths if the replaceable end piece 28 is different.
The respective end 18 'of the drive element 18 is therefore provided in the illustration according to fig. 5 with an end piece 28, shown enlarged again in fig. 7, having a relatively short connecting pin 40, while the respective end 18' of the drive element 18 is provided in the illustration according to fig. 6 with an end piece 28, shown enlarged again in fig. 8, having a relatively long connecting pin 40.
Fig. 9 shows a schematic top view of the end 18' of the driven element 18 provided with a removable, replaceable end piece 28.
In the schematic partial view of the output element 18 according to fig. 10, the toothing 22 and the end 18' of the output element 18 provided with the removable, replaceable end piece 28 can be seen.
