技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高弹性夜光服装面料。
背景技术
目前,用于制作服装的面料花样繁多,面料的种类以及性能各不相同,面料作为服装的三要素之一,在服装行业扮演着非常重要的角色,不同的面料,其扮演的角色以及所起到的功能也各不相同。为了满足户外运动爱好者的需求,市场上产生了多种夜光服装。
申请号为CN201911160246.4的发明公开了一种质轻高弹性的弹性服装面料,可以有效的解决弹性面料回弹性差的问题,使得弹性面料长时间处于形变状态后几乎能够恢复原状,从而提高弹性面料的使用寿命。
申请号为CN201310032270.6的发明公开了一种夜光面料及其制成的夜光服与红领巾,夜光纺织面料具有在白天吸收和储存自然光、日光灯光、紫外光的光能并在夜间或黑暗中发出光亮的功能,利用夜光纺织面料制成夜光衣、夜光标识、夜光用具等,能够较好地满足人们在安全、警示和时尚方面的需要。
现有的面料无法满足户外运动爱好者兼具透气、高弹性和夜光多功能的需要,实用性较低。
发明内容
本发明针对背景技术中存在的技术问题,提出一种高弹性夜光服装面料。
本发明的技术方案:一种高弹性夜光服装面料,包括夜光母粒、夜光纱和弹性膜层;夜光纱包括经纱和纬纱;经纱和纬纱编织组合形成夜光纱布料;经纱包括一组织料;纬纱包括两组织料,其中一组设置为弹力纱;夜光母粒均匀设置在夜光纱布料上,每组夜光母粒的上方为经纱,每组夜光母粒的下方为纬纱;弹性膜层设置在夜光纱上;夜光母粒位于弹性膜层和夜光纱布料之间。
优选的,夜光母粒设置为PP、PET、TPU或PA。
优选的,夜光纱设置为丙纶纱、涤纶纱、低弹纱或棉纶。
优选的,夜光纱采用丙纶PP时,织数为300D-900D。
优选的,夜光纱采涤纶纱PET或PA,织数为120D-300D。
优选的,弹性膜层设置在夜光纱基体的两侧,弹性膜层的原材料为PA6200 胶。
优选的,PA6200胶在夜光纱基体表面性形成外敷层纤网。
本发明提出的一种高弹性夜光服装面料,其生产流程如下:
S1、编织:将经纱和纬纱按1:1交替排列织入本面料;其中,经纱在纬纱上的排列方式为单种经纱与两种纬纱分别按三上一下与一上三下复合组织交织而成;
S2、加入夜光母粒:经纱和纬纱的每一组复合交织过程中,均在夜光纱的基体表面注入夜光母粒;
S3、包覆弹性膜层:在夜光纱的基体表面喷洒PA6200胶,使PA6200胶在夜光纱基体表面形成外敷层纤网;
S4、染整加工:对加入夜光母粒的夜光纱进行压整染色;
S5、烘干烧结:对染色完毕的面料进行150摄氏度的恒温烘干;
S6、冷却收卷:烘干完毕后对面料进行风冷,并进行质检;对质检完毕后的面料成品进行收卷。
与现有技术相比,本发明的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
一、通过设置夜光纱,在纬纱中设置弹力纱,使得编织成型的夜光纱在纬纱方向上具有弹性效果,从而提高本面料的弹性和透气性,有利于提高穿着者的舒适程度;
二、通过设置夜光母粒,夜光母粒均匀注入夜光纱中,白天吸收光源,便能将光能蓄储在纤维中,使夜光纱能够在黑暗中持续发光10小时以上,且可无限次循环使用,有利于提高面料的夜光性能,并且该夜光性能不收外界干扰,面料能够进行正常水洗;
三、通过设置弹性膜层,对夜光纱和夜光母粒形成的面料进行弹性包覆,从而提高面料的强度和使用寿命,并且提高了夜光母粒在夜光纱内的稳定性。

如图1所示,本发明提出的一种高弹性夜光服装面料,包括夜光母粒1、夜光纱2和弹性膜层3。夜光纱2包括经纱21和纬纱22。经纱21和纬纱22编织组合形成夜光纱布料。经纱21包括一组织料。纬纱22包括两组织料,其中一组设置为弹力纱。夜光母粒1均匀设置在夜光纱布料上,每组夜光母粒1的上方为经纱21,每组夜光母粒1的下方为纬纱22。弹性膜层3设置在夜光纱2上。夜光母粒1位于弹性膜层3和夜光纱布料之间。
在本实施例中,通过设置夜光纱2,在纬纱22中设置弹力纱,使得编织成型的夜光纱2在纬纱22方向上具有弹性效果,从而提高本面料的弹性和透气性,有利于提高穿着者的舒适程度。
